以邻氨基二苯甲酮为原料,经自身缩合环化合成了3种二苯并[1,5]二氮杂芳辛四烯衍生物(1a~1c);以邻苯二甲酸酐和溴苯为原料经傅-克反应制得中间体2-(4-溴苯甲酰溴)苯甲酸(M1);M1经叠氮化后自缩合制得6,12-二(4-溴苯基)二苯并[b,f][1,5]二氮杂环辛四烯(1d);以邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯为原料,经自身缩合环化制得中间体二苯并[b,f][1,5]二氮杂环辛四烯-6,12(5H,11H)-二酮(M2);M2经氯化合成6,12-二氯二苯并[b,f][1,5]二氮杂环辛四烯(1e),化合物1a~1e的结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和ESI-MS表征,其中化合物1c为新化合物。利用超临界色谱(SFC)技术对化合物1a~1e实现了手性拆分,获得5对具有高旋光度的光学活性异构体(ee99%)。  相似文献

Since the discovery of electrochemically active LiFePO4, materials with tunnel and layered structures built up of transition metals and polyanions have become the subject of much research. A new quaternary arsenate, sodium calcium trinickel aluminium triarsenate, NaCa1–x Ni3–2x Al2x (AsO4)3 (x = 0.23), was synthesized using the flux method in air at 1023 K and its crystal structure was determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD) data. This material was also characterized by qualitative energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS) analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure belongs to the α‐CrPO4 type with the space group Imma . The structure is described as a three‐dimensional framework built up of corner‐edge‐sharing NiO6, (Ni,Al)O6 and AsO4 polyhedra, with channels running along the [100] and [010] directions, in which the sodium and calcium cations are located. The proposed structural model has been validated by bond‐valence‐sum (BVS) and charge‐distribution (CHARDI) tools. The sodium ionic conduction pathways in the anionic framework were investigated by means of the bond‐valence site energy (BVSE) model, which predicted that the studied material will probably be a very poor Na+ ion conductor (bond‐valence activation energy ∼7 eV).  相似文献

d ‐Fructose modified poly(ε‐caprolactone)‐polyethylene glycol (PCL‐PEG‐Fru) diblock amphiphile is synthesized via Cu(I)‐catalyzed click chemistry, which self‐assembles with D‐α‐tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS) into PCL‐PEG‐Fru/TPGS mixed micelles (PPF MM). It has been proven that glucose transporter (GLUT)5 is overexpressed in MCF‐7 cells other than L929 cells. In this study, PPF MM exhibit a significantly higher uptake efficiency than fructose‐free PCL‐PEG‐N3/TPGS mixed micelles in both 2D MCF‐7 cells and 3D tumor spheroids. Also, the presence of free d ‐fructose competitively inhibits the internalization of PPF MM in MCF‐7 cells other than L929 cells. PPF MM show selective tumor accumulation in MCF‐7 breast tumor bearing mice xenografts. Taken together, PPF MM represent a promising nanoscale carrier system to achieve GLUT5‐mediated cell specific delivery in cancer therapy.

A novel biocompatible polymer was prepared by grafting the derivate of β ‐cyclodextrin (6‐SH ‐β ‐CD ) onto poly(3,4‐dihydroxycinnamic acid) (PDHCA ) via Michael addition. PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles were prepared by the self‐assembly of amphiphilic PDHCA ‐β ‐CD polymer with N,N ‐dimethylformamide (DMF ) as good solvent and water as poor solvent. The PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles were monodispersed with spherical morphology as shown in the scanning electron microscopic (SEM ) images in accord with the result of dynamic light scattering (DLS ) measurement. The size of the nanoparticles could be controlled from 60 to 180 nm by tuning the grafting degree (GD ) of PDHCA ‐β ‐CD polymer and also significantly influenced by the amount of water used during the process. These as‐prepared nanoparticles were stable without any significant change in the particle size after six‐months’ storage and even after being irradiated by UV at λ >280 nm for hours. The formation mechanism of PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles was explored. The content of doxorubicin (DOX ) loaded onto the nanoparticles was up to 39% with relatively high loading efficiency (approximately 78.8% of initial DOX introduced was loaded). In vitro release studies suggested that DOX released slowly from PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles. These features strongly support the potential of developing PDHCA ‐β ‐CD nanoparticles as carriers for the controlled delivery of drug.  相似文献

Immobilization of biomolecules with a proper orientation is considered as a basis for diverse biotechnological applications. Herein, we report a host‐guest inclusion complexation between β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) and biotin as a versatile approach for the immobilization of biomolecules. As a practical application, a sandwich‐type electrochemical immunosensor was designed for the determination of prostate specific antigen (PSA). The immunosensor was fabricated by in situ electropolymerization of poly(N‐acetylaniline) onto a rGO‐modified Pt electrode. Then, β‐CD was covalently grafted onto the over‐oxidized polymer backbone. For improving the efficiency of the assay, AuNPs were casted on the polymeric film, on the surface of which thionine (TH) as an electron mediator was covalently immobilized. Using a host‐guest inclusion complexation between β‐CD and biotin, a β‐CD/biotin‐Ab1/PSA/Ab2‐horseradish peroxidase (HRP) sandwich was formed on the electrode surface. The analytical signal was produced via electrochemical reduction of THox, generated by biocatalytic oxidation of the THred in the presence of HRP/H2O2. Under optimal conditions, the proposed sensor responded linearly to PSA in the range from 10.0 pg mL−1 to 25.0 ng mL−1, with a low detection limit of 6.7 pg mL−1 (S/N=3). Kinetic parameters of the interaction of β‐CD with Ab1 were also investigated. Finally, the applicability of the immunosensor was successfully investigated for the detection of PSA in human serum samples.  相似文献

β‐Cyclodextrin (β‐CD ), a naturally occurring supramolecular structure, is an effective catalyst for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. Its ubiquity, high performance, nontoxicity, ease of separation, and reusability have drawn the attention of green chemists. Here we present the synthetic procedures of heterocyclic compounds catalyzed by β‐CD in water and compare them with those using organic solvents. In many cases, using water as the solvent shows better efficiency than conventional organic solvents with regard to catalytic activity and simplicity of recycling procedures. This review highlights the applications of β‐CD in catalysis covering the years 2004–2016.  相似文献

β‐AgVO3 nanorods have been demonstrated to exhibit intrinsic peroxidase‐like activity. The oxidation of glucose can be catalyzed by glucose oxidase (GOx ) to generate H2O2 in the presence of O2 . The β‐AgVO3 nanorods can catalytically oxidize peroxidase substrates including o‐phenylenediamine (OPD ), 3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethylbenzidine (TMB ), and diammonium 2,2′‐azino‐bis(3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonate) (ABTS ) by H2O2 to produce typical color reactions: OPD from colorless to orange, TMB from colorless to blue, and ABTS from colorless to green. The catalyzed reaction by the β‐AgVO3 nanorods was found to follow the characteristic Michaelis–Menten kinetics. Compared with horseradish peroxidase and AgVO3 nanobelts, β‐AgVO3 nanorods showed a higher affinity for TMB with a lower Michaelis–Menten constant (K m) value (0.04118 mM ) at the optimal condition. Taking advantage of their high catalytic activity, the as‐synthesized β‐AgVO3 nanorods were utilized to develop a colorimetric sensor for the determination of glucose. The linear range for glucose was 1.25–60 μM with the lower detection limit of 0.5 μM . The simple and sensitive GOx ‐β–AgVO3 nanorods–TMB sensing system shows great promise for applications in the pharmaceutical, clinical, and biosensor detection of glucose.  相似文献

A set of pentacoordinated dimethyltin(IV) complexes of flexible N‐protected amino acids and fluorinated β‐diketone/β‐diketones was screened for their antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Staphylococcus aureus and Streptomyces griseus . These pentacoordinated complexes of the type Me2SnAB (where : R = CH(CH3)C2H5, A1H; CH2CH(CH3)2, A2H; CH(CH3)2, A3H; CH2C6H5, A4H; and BH = R'C(O)CH2C(O)R″: R′ = C6H5, R″ = CF3, B1H; R′ = R″ = CH3, B2H; R′ = C6H5, R″ = CH3, B3H; R′ = R″ = C6H5, B4H) were generated by the reactions of dimethyltin(IV) dichloride with sodium salts of flexible N‐protected amino acids (ANa) and fluorinated β‐diketone/β‐diketones (BNa) in 1:1:1 molar ratio in refluxing dry benzene solution. Plausible structures of these complexes were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectral studies. 119Sn NMR spectral data revealed the presence of pentacoordinated tin centres in these dimethyltin(IV) complexes.  相似文献

A β‐diketimine ligand with vinylidene substitution at γ‐carbon, CH2C(CH3CNAr)2 (Ar = 2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) ( L 2 ), was synthesized by treating β‐diketimine H2C(CH3CNAr)2 with n ‐BuLi followed by paraformaldehyde. L 2 formed the homobimetallic ether‐bridged β‐diketiminate complex [O{(CH2‐β‐diketiminate)Pd(OAc)}2] ( 1 ) with (PdOAc)2. It also gave complexes [L2PdCl2] ( 2 ) and [L2NiBr2] ( 3 ) when treated with PdCl2(CH3CN)2 and NiBr2(dimethoxyethane), respectively. All the compounds were characterized using 1H/13C NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. The catalytic activity of Pd and Ni complexes 1 , 2 and 3 was explored in Heck coupling and alkyne trimerization reactions and it was found that they are very good catalysts.
