以双酚F(4,4′-BPF)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法合成4,4′-BPF分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)。运用傅里叶红外(FT-IR)光谱对产物的结构进行表征,并对其吸附等温线、吸附动力学、吸附热力学及选择性识别性能进行研究。结果表明:MIPs对水相中4,4′-BPF具有特异性吸附,最大吸附容量为82.8 mg/g;Freundlich模型拟合吸附等温线的相关系数R2=0.995;热力学参数ΔG、ΔS、ΔH均小于0,表明此吸附过程是自发进行的、熵减的、放热的。  相似文献

A stereoselective Pd(PPh3)4‐catalyzed C?F bond alkynylation of tetrasubstituted gem‐difluoroalkenes with terminal alkynes has been developed. This method gives access to a great variety of conjugated monofluoroenynes bearing a tetrasubstituted alkene moiety with well‐defined stereochemistry. Chelation‐assisted oxidative addition of Pd to the C?F bond is proposed to account for the high level of stereocontrol. An X‐ray crystal structure of a key monofluorovinyl PdII intermediate has been obtained for the first time as evidence for the proposed mechanism.  相似文献

8-Trifluoromethyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-1,4,8a-triaza-s-indacene and 9-trifluoromethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrazolo[5,1-b]quinazolines were efficiently generated by condensation of 5(3)-aminopyrazoles with (2-ethoxycycloalkenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethanones and isolated in excellent yields. The regiochemistry of the prepared compounds was established by 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The syntheses and structural analyses of a series of boron heterocycles derived from 2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-phenylamine (1), 2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-phenol (2), 2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-benzenedisulfide (3), 2-[3-(1,1,1,3,-tetramethyl-butyl)-phenyl]-2H-benzotriazole (4), 2-[3,5-bis-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-phenyl]-2H-benzotriazole (5) and (C6H5)2BOH or BF3·OEt2 are reported. The new boron compounds: diphenyl-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-κN)-phenylamide-κN]-boron (6), diphenyl-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-κN)-phenolate-κO]-boron (7), diphenyl-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-κN)-benzenethiolate-κS]-boron (8), diphenyl-[2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl-κN)-4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-butyl)-phenolate-κO]-boron (9), diphenyl-[2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl-κN)-4,6-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-phenolate-κO]-boron (10), difluoro-[2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-κN)-phenolate-κO]-boron (11), difluoro-[2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl-κN)-4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)-phenolate-κO]-boron (12) and difluoro-[2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl-κN)-4,6-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-phenolate-κO]-boron (13) have four fused rings, with boron included in a six-membered ring and bound to N, O or S atoms and strongly coordinated by a nitrogen atom from the imidazole or triazole rings. Their structures are zwitterionic, with a negative charge on the boron and a delocalized positive charge on the ligand. Compounds 6-12 were studied by NMR, IR, mass spectrometry, and 6-10 and 12 by X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

The bridging fluoroolefin ligands in the complexes [Ir2(CH3)(CO)2(μ‐olefin)(dppm)2][OTf] (olefin=tetrafluoroethylene, 1,1‐difluoroethylene; dppm=μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2; OTf?=CF3SO3?) are susceptible to facile fluoride ion abstraction. Both fluoroolefin complexes react with trimethylsilyltriflate (Me3SiOTf) to give the corresponding fluorovinyl products by abstraction of a single fluoride ion. Although the trifluorovinyl ligand is bound to one metal, the monofluorovinyl group is bridging, bound to one metal through carbon and to the other metal through a dative bond from fluorine. Addition of two equivalents of Me3SiOTf to the tetrafluoroethylene‐bridged species gives the difluorovinylidene‐bridged product [Ir2(CH3)(OTf)(CO)2(μ‐OTf)(μ‐C?CF2)(dppm)2][OTf]. The 1,1‐difluoroethylene species is exceedingly reactive, reacting with water to give 2‐fluoropropene and [Ir2(CO)2(μ‐OH)(dppm)2][OTf] and with carbon monoxide to give [Ir2(CO)3(μ‐κ12‐C?CCH3)(dppm)2][OTf] together with two equivalents of HF. The trifluorovinyl product [Ir21‐C2F3)(OTf)(CO)2(μ‐H)(μ‐CH2)(dppm)2][OTf], obtained through single C? F bond activation of the tetrafluoroethylene‐bridged complex, reacts with H2 to form trifluoroethylene, allowing the facile replacement of one fluorine in C2F4 with hydrogen.  相似文献

Abstract

The electrochemical behaviour of vitamin D3 and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25-OH D3) in a high performance liquid chromatography system using amperometric detection is described. Separation is carried out using a C18 reversed-phase column and the optimum mobile phase was a 0.1 M LiClO4 solution in methanol-water (97:3, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.25 ml/min. 25-OH D3 and vitamin D3 were eluted with good resolution at retention times of 3 and 6 minutes respectively, and determined by amperometric detection with a glassy carbon electrode at + 1.050 V (vs Ag/AgCl). Calibration graphs for both substances showed good linearity when amounts of vitamin D3 between 18 and 312 ng and 27 and 412 ng of 25-OH D3 were injected. Detection limits of 8 ng (vitamin D3) and 25 ng (25-OH D3); relative standard deviations of 3.2% (vitamin D3) and 5.8% (25-OH D3) were obtained.  相似文献
