A convergent synthesis of octadeca-2E, 13Z-dienyl acetate, a pheromone component ofSynanthedon tipuliformis C., has been developed. A commercialRhizomucor miehei lipase was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation. Phenyl Sepharose 6 Fast Row hydrophobic interaction chromatography, and DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow anion-exchange chromatography. The recovery of lipase activity was 32% with a 42-fold purification. The molecular size of the purified enzyme was 31,600 Dalton and the pI 3.8. The enzyme was stable for at least 24 h within a pH range of 7.0-10.0, and 96.8% of the enzyme activity remained when kept at 30‡C for 24 h. Further, about 10–30% of the lipase activity was inhibited by K+, Li+, Ni+, Co2+, Zn2+, Mg2+, Sn2+, Cu2+, Ba2+, Ca2+, and Fe2+ ions and by SDS, but EDTA had no effect. Under the experimental conditions, the optimum temperature for the hydrolysis of olive oil was 50‡C (pH 8.0), and for the synthesis of 1-butyl oleate, 37‡C. It was concluded that hydrolytic activity of lipase alone is not a sufficient criterion for its synthetic potential. The optimal molar ratio of oleic acid and 1-butanol was 2:1 for 1-butyl oleate synthesis. The 1-butyl oleate yield was unaffected by purification of the enzyme after 12 h.  相似文献

The effect of the calcination temperature of bifunctional Pt/zeolites on the isomerization ofn-hexane has been investigated. The catalyst calcined at 350°C showed the highest metal dispersity and the best activity. The higher selectivity of dimethylbutanes over Pt/H- than over Pt/H-MOR might be attributed to the combined effect of acidity, channel structure and pore size of zeolites.  相似文献

The reaction of titanocene dichloride,Cp 2TiCl2 (Cp=5-C5H5), with one or two equivalents of sodium cyanodithioformate affords the new mono- or bis(dithiocarboxylato) derivativesCp 2TiCl(S2CCN) (1) andCp 2Ti(S2CCN)2 (2). Elimination of sulfur converts2 into the metallacyclicCp 2TiS2C2(CN)2 (3), which does not react with the diene isoprene, but can be reconverted into the appropriate titanocene dihalides by chlorine or bromine.

Summary. The fact that cyclic arrangements of double bonds have a dramatic effect on the behavior of conjugated organic molecules is known since the 19th century. The fact that in monocyclic conjugated systems the size of the cycle and the number of -electrons involved is decisive for their stability (aromaticity) or lack of stability (antiaromaticity) is known since the 1930s. In polycyclic -electron systems several cyclic effects are present simultaneously and their separation became possible only recently. A molecular orbital method has been elaborated, by means of which the energy effects of individual cycles in polycyclic -electron systems can be estimated. This method is briefly outlined and illustrated by pertinent examples. An exhaustive bibliography of the topic considered is given.  相似文献

The formation and properties of the products of the radiation-induced chemical reduction of silver ions in aqueous solutions containing sodium polyacrylate were investigated. The absorption spectra of these species exhibit a band at 290 mn and a band in the visible region. The latter shifts from 470 nm to -800 nm with time or after the addition of silver ions. The species obtained (clusterites) arc linear silver clusters bound to the carboxyl groups of the ion exchanger. The red shift of the visible band is due to the increase in their size. 采用水热合成法制备了不同硅锆比的中孔分子筛Zr-MCM-41,用强酸性基团SO42-对其进行修饰,制得SO42-/Zr-MCM-41中孔分子筛.采用XRD、FT-IR、NH3-TPD及氮气吸附脱附等技术对其结构和酸强度进行表征.通过改变硅锆比、负载不同的酸性基团对Zr-MCM-41的酸性进行调变,并将其用于催化聚丙烯(PP)的裂解反应,结果表明S i/Zr=40的SO42-/Zr-MCM-41具有较好的催化裂解活性.另外,与热裂解以及HZSM-5和Zr-MCM-41为催化剂时PP的裂解反应结果进行了比较,结果证明SO42-/Zr-MCM-41不仅具有较高的裂解转化率,而且具有较高的液体产物收率,适宜于空间位阻较大的PP的催化裂解反应.  相似文献

X-ray analysis was carried out to study the molecular structure of β-hydroxyketone, which is one of the minor products of selective aldol condensation of (−)-menthone with 4-carbomethoxybenzaldehyde. The cyclohexanone ring of the compound has a practically undistorted chair conformation with an axial orientation of the 1-methyl group and the bulkiest 2-[1′-hydroxy-1′ -(4-carbomethoxyphenyl)]methyl substituent and the equatorial orientation of the isopropyl group in the 4 position. The stereochemical configuration was found to be (1R,2R,4 R, 1′ S), supporting that the compound belongs to the group of (+)-isomenthones; i.e., the starting (-)-menthone undergoes (to a certain extent) epimerization under the reaction conditions used. In crystal, there is intermolecular hydrogen bonding >C=O...HO- (the -O...H- bond length is 2.15 Å). The molecular conformation in hydroxyketone crystals differs from the one which prevails in solutions (according to previous NMR data) and which is characterized by an inverted cyclohexanone ring and intramolecular hydrogen bonding >C=O...HO.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by S. 以量子化学半经验AM1方法优化几何构型为基础,采用FF/AMl和INDO-SOS方法计算了N-取代螺旋共轭化合物的非线性光学系数,讨论了N原子不同取代位置对螺旋共轭体系结构、电子光谱、非线性光学系数的影响.计算结果表明,N杂原子的引入可改善体系的非线性光学性质,所设计的分子具有较大的二阶非线性光学系数和较好的透明性.  相似文献
