4'-磺酰腙苯并-15-冠-5的合成及阴离子识别研究

由苯并-15-冠-5经磺酰化、肼解两步合成了4’-磺酰肼苯并-15-冠-5(2).后者与芳香醛在室温下发生缩合制得了一系列未见文献报道的冠醚化磺酰腙类化合物3a～3h,产物经元素分析,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS确证了其结构.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考查了其对不同阴离子的识别作用,结果表明,化合物3d,3e,3h对碱性较强的阴离子有较强的选择性识别作用.     

Cu（Ⅱ）—L—氨基酸配合物与5‘—核苷酸的反应和分子识别关系

研究了Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）－Ｌ－氨基酸配合物与５’－核苷酸之间的反应性和形成三元配合物的能力，根据ＩＲ，ＥＳＲ和ＮＭＲ谱讨论了二者之间的配位和分子识别关系。     

双相(O/W)识别手性萃取分离α-环己基扁桃酸对映体

提出一种新的手性分离技术双相(O/W)识别手性萃取. 研究了α-环己基扁桃酸对映体在D(L)-酒石酸异丁酯1,2-二氯乙烷有机相和β-环糊精衍生物水相萃取体系中的分配行为; 考察了β-环糊精衍生物种类和浓度、酒石酸酯构型和浓度、水相pH 值等因素对萃取性能的影响. 实验结果表明, 双相(O/W)识别手性萃取具有很强的手性分离能力, 羟丙基β-环糊精、羟乙基β-环糊精、甲基β-环糊精均对S-α-环己基扁桃酸对映体的识别能力大于对R-α-环己基扁桃酸对映体的识别能力, 其中以羟丙基β-环糊精的识别能力最强; 而D-酒石酸异丁酯的识别能力刚好相反; 在羟丙基β-环糊精和D-酒石酸异丁酯萃取体系中, α-环己基扁桃酸外消旋体一次萃取分离后, 水相中S-对映体e.e.%达到27.6%, R-和S-对映体的分配系数(k_R和k_S)分别为2.44和0.98, 分离因子(α)达2.49; 同时pH值和萃取剂浓度对手性分离能力有显著影响. 双相(O/W)识别手性萃取对外消旋体化合物的制备性分离有着十分重要的意义.     

受体生物传感器的研究进展

综述了利用各种生物材料中的膜受体蛋白作为分子识别元件的受体生物传感器研究的最新进展。主要从离体受体传感器、细胞受体传感器和神经组织受体传感器3个方面，讨论了它们的特点和存在的问题，并展望了受体生物传感器未来的发展方向。共引用文献42篇。     

Molecular Recognition of Bases and Nucleosides by Mono－substituted Mononuclear Complexes of 1,4,7,10－Tetraaza－cyclododecane

The mononuclear macrocyclic polyamine metal complexes 5a-5e have been shown to form stable 1 : 1 complexes with bases and nucleosides. Their binding constants (K) were determined by UV-visible spectrometric titration. The results show that recognition ability of the complexes 5a--5e for uracil, U (Uridine), dT (Thymidine) is higher than that for the other bases or nucleosides (such as Cytidine, Guanosine, Adenosine). The metal ion also plays an important role for the recognition ability of complexes.     

囊泡表面分子间通讯交流体系的构建: 利用受体的分子识别行为调控酶的活性

在人工双层膜囊泡表面, 构建了一个通过人工受体的分子识别行为控制酶反应活性的超分子体系. 体系以生物体细胞信号转导系统为模拟原型, 由作为受体的烷基胺、被受体识别的信号分子吡哆醛衍生物、乳酸脱氢酶、受体和酶之间的媒介物Cu^2＋以及作为体系载体的合成肽脂囊泡五个成分构成．通过UV-vis光谱法及动态光散射测定对体系进行了评价, 结果表明: 随着受体疏水参数增大, 其对信号分子的识别能力增强, 二者呈良好的线性关系; 通过信号分子与囊泡表面静电相互作用的研究表明信号分子具有选择性; 媒介物与信号分子–受体可形成化学计量比为1∶2的配合物, 其形成能力比媒介物与酶的结合能力更强．作为结论, 体系中烷基胺受体对磷酸吡哆醛信号分子的识别有效控制了处于囊泡表面的乳酸脱氢酶的活性．

手性锌卟啉对咪唑类客体分子识别的构象研究

Chiral recognition is an attractive subject in the area of host-guest chemistry. Conformation study is performed to understand chiral recognition of zinc(Ⅱ) porphyrin with imidazole derivatives on a molecular level. The molecular recognition of three novel chiral zinc porphyrin(1-3) with four types of imidazole derivatives was studied. The conformation searching of this host-guest system was studied by using simulated annealing method on the basis of Tripos force field. The different minimal energy conformation of imidazole combind with porphyrin was studied. The quantum chemistry calculation was performed to calculate the single-point energies of the host-guest system. The minimal energy conformation of ZnT(o-BocAla)APP (3)-Im showed that Im attaching from the single-side chain of the host had the reasonable configuration than that from the three-side chain. The former also had the lower energy than the latter. And the quantum chemistry calculation results of orbital energy, ΔE_L-H, and atomic net charge revealed the same way. The results illumate that combination oriention of the host-guest system is the single chain of the hosts.     

环糊精-六次甲基四胺超分子络合物电化学研究及应用

在0.05 mol/L KCl底液中,β-环糊精(β-CD)-六次甲基四胺超分子络合物在2.5次微分极谱仪上于-0.78V(vs.SCE)处产生吸附还原波,峰形对称且稳定,其峰电流与六次甲基四胺浓度在4.0×10-4-1.0×10～mol/L之间呈良好线性关系;检出限为1.5×10-4mol/L。应用该法测定了有机工业产品六次甲基四胺,并与传统方法进行了比较,结果令人满意。对超分子络合物电化学性质及分子识别机理进行了探讨。
