Synthesis,Structure and Photoluminescence of （CH_3-4,4＇-H_2bipy）-（HgCl_4） with CH_3-4,4＇-H_2bipy Generated in Situ

A novel viologen(4,4'bipyridinium)-based complex (CH3-4,4'-H2bipy)(HgCl4) (1),in which the CH3-4,4'-H2bipy (MQ2+) was generated in situ,has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group P21/c of monoclinic system with four formula units in a cell:a = 8.1848(6),b = 21.809(2),c = 9.0285(6) ,β = 107.377(1)°,V = 1538.0(2) 3,C11H11Cl4HgN2,Mr = 513.61,Dc = 2.218 g/cm3,S = 1.009,μ(MoKα) = 10.685 mm-1,F(000) = 956,R = 0.0360 and wR = 0.0812. The crystal structure analysis reveals that the title complex features an isolated structure based on a CH3-4,4'-H2bipy moiety and a mercury atom terminally bound by four chlorine atoms. Photoluminescence investigation reveals a strong emission in blue region,which may originate from π→π* charge-transfer interaction of the CH3-4,4'-H2bipy moiety.

 一、什么是科学素养什么是科学素养?实际上,科学素养体现在每个人的日常生活中,体现在“在过去一年中,您是否参观过科技馆或历史博物馆,是否去过公共图书馆,是否有E-mail地址……”这些点点滴滴之中。公众科学素养是公众靠非教育系统逐渐积累起来的科学素质修养,是公众应具备的对科学技术最基本的理解。公众科学素养的高低与我们每个人的生活关系密切。因为科学素养的提高不仅会给个人带来发展,还会促进整个社会政治、文化、经济的进步。美国芝加哥科学院副院长米勒提出科学素养主要包括三个方面的内容:对科学知识(术语和概念)的基本理解,对科学的研究过程和方法的基本理解,对科学技术如何影响社会的基本理解.     

DFT Study of Thiophene Adsorption on the Pd（111） and Pt（111） Surfaces

Thiophene adsorption on the(111) surfaces of Pd and Pt have been investigated by density functional theory.The results indicate that the adsorption at the hollow sites is the most stable.To our interest,the molecular plane of thiophene ring is distorted with C=C bond being elongated to 1.450  and C-C bond being shortened to 1.347 ,and the C-H bonds tilt 13.91～44.05o away from this plane.Furthermore,analysis on population and density of states verified the calculated adsorption geometries.Finally,charge analysis suggests that thiophene molecule is an electron acceptor,reflecting the interaction between the lone pair of sulfur and the d-orbitals of metal.

Liquid Membrane Oscillation of Water/Oil/Water System Containing TTAB and Recognition to Amino Acids

The liquid membrane oscillation of a novel water(aqueous tetradecyl trimethyl ammoniumbromide,TTAB and alcohol solution)/oil(picric acid in chloroform solution)/water(aqueous glucose solution) system was investigated by means of a homemade device.The results show that the water(aqueous 7 mmol/L TTAB and 0.5 mol/L n-propanol solution)/oil(0.5 mmol/L icric acid in chloroform solution)/water(0.1 mol/L glucose solution) system performed sustained and stable oscillation at 30 °C.The oscillation curve under optim...     

儿童铅中毒:一个不容忽视的问题

随着我国城市化和工业化进程的加快,现代工业和现代交通获得迅猛发展,同时环境铅污染也日趋严重。儿童是对铅毒性作用易感的人群。我国9省19个城市学龄前儿童铅损伤的流行病学调查结果显示,近30%的幼儿血铅含量超过国际公认的儿童铅中毒诊断标准(即100μg/L)。其中北京市和上海市分别有68·7%和37·8%的儿童血铅超标。而美国目前学龄前儿童血铅超标率仅为4%。可见,儿童铅中毒已成为危害儿童健康的“隐形杀手”,也是当前我国政府和公众需共同关注的重要环境健康问题和社会问题。铅中毒对儿童认知功能和行为产生不利影响,主要是因为铅具有很…

15.5％ 日前发布的（2008年中国企业财务及应收账款状况调查研究报告》，对10个行业的近千家企业的信用与应收账款管理状况进行调查，调查结果表明，中国企业的信用管理及应收账款状况得到了明显改善。报告指出，中国企业延期30天以上付款比重在3年间下降了I5．5％：一些指标与其他发展中国家相比名列前茅，但与发达国家相比还存在明显差距。     

国产仪器仪表与进口产品的差距

中国科协不久前发布了他们组织的调查结果：我国仪器仪表中的主体分析仪器，社会上正在应用的有90余种分析仪器，我国能够生产的产品为20余种，不到总量的1／3。其中，生命科学专用仪器约有80余种，我国商品化的生命科学专用仪器产品只有6种，目前在研的约10多种，离市场需求相差很远，这是数量上的差距。
