分级实验中限制性开放的探索与实践

分级物理实验中限制性开放能够提高学生科研素质,激发学生的学习热情,促进综合职业能力。我校采用了物理实验分级教学和分级实验中限制性开放等手段,取得了良好的效果。     

试论研究创新型实验的潜科学方法

针对研究创新型实验的思想方法与潜科学的思想方法的相关性,首次将潜科学方法融人研究创新型实验的工作之中,弥补了以往轻思想方法培养,轻潜能开发,轻素质教育的缺陷,为培养学生的综合实践能力,起到了很好的推动作用,由此也为研究创新型实验的探讨开辟了新的领域。     

大学物理实验教学改革

对比于国内现状．介绍了国外大学在大学物理实验教学中一些比较有意义的做法,指出学习借鉴的必要性。     

Structural Characterization of Volatile Components of Rosa Banksiae Ait for Estimation and Prediction of Their Linear Retention Indices and Retention Times

The molecular electronegativity-distance vector （MEDV） was used to describe the molecular structure of volatile components of Rosa banksiae Ait, and QSRR model was built up by use of multiple linear regression （MLR）. Furthermore, in virtue of variable screening by the stepwise multiple regression technique, the QSRR models of 10 and 6 variables and linear retention index （LRI） 10, 7 and 6 varieables were built up by combinating MEDV with the Ultra2 column GC retention time （tR） of 53 volatile components of Rosa Banksiae Air. The multiple correlation coefficients （R） of modeling calculation values of QSRR model were 0.906, 0.906, 0.949, 0.943 and 0.949, respectively. The cross-verification multiple correlation coefficients （RCV） were 0.903, 0.904, 0.867, 0.901 and 0.904, respectively. The results show that the models constructed could provide estimation stability and favorable predictive ability.     

在有机化学及实验教学中培养学生的科研能力

在有机化学理论课教学中融入对学科前沿、科研动态的介绍,在对知识的解析过程中注重培养学生的科研思路,在有机化学实验课教学中采用设计性实验,结合学术报告、学生科研立项、开放性实验室或课题等第二课堂,积极营造科研氛围,培养学生的科研能力。     

第六届全国环境催化与环境材料学术会议（第一轮通知）

环境保护在社会与经济可持续发展战略中占有重要的地位,亦是我国的基本国策。环境催化是环境保护和绿色化学最重要的科学与技术基础,也是催化领域发展最为迅速的学科方向之一。国家“十一五”规划建议中提出的“建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会”的奋斗目标,为从事环境催化与环境材料研究的广大科技工作者提供了广阔的发展空间和创新机遇。经中国化学会催化专业委员会批准,第六届全国环境催化与环境材料学术会议由四川大学承办,拟定于2009年8月中旬在我国悠久的历史文化名城和现代化都市一成都召开。     

Evaluation of lipid peroxidation inhibition and free radical scavenging abilities of 5,6,7-trimethoxy dihydroflavonols

Four naturally rare 5,6,7-trimethoxy-2,3-cis-dihydroflavonols(3-6) and two 5,6,7-trimethoxy-2,3-trans-dihydroflavonols(7-8) were designed and synthesized.Their antioxidative properties were evaluated by way of examining their scavenging capacities towards DPPH and O_2~(·-) free radicals,as well as by measuring their inhibitory ability against LPO.Both the 2,3-trans and the 2,3- cis conformers exhibited certain quenching abilities to DPPH and O_2~(·-) radicals,while most of the synthetic dihydroflavonols ...     

Molecular imprinting of protein by coordinate interaction

In this article,a novel strong interaction by forming complex between bovine serum albumin(BSA) and copper ion was utilized for the preparation of molecular imprinted hydrogel in aqueous solution.Results show that the inclusion of copper ion in preparation can bridge the template BSA and functional monomers together and improve the imprinting effect compared to the polymer made without copper ion added.High selectivity factor and large adsorption capacity are also observed for the obtained BSA-imprinted ...
