病毒颗粒的存在与其对水稻纹枯病菌的影响

存在有14.0 kb dsRNA的水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani AG-1 IA)Rs17菌株与存在有2.0 kb dsR-NA的Rs1M-3菌株经由菌丝融合试验结果发现,Rs1M-3菌株中2.0 kb dsRNA片段可经由菌丝融合而转移,融合试验中获得的6个融合成功的菌株与2个未融合成功的菌株在生长速度上并没有差异,但是6个带有2.0 kbdsRNA融合菌株在色素产生与菌核数目比未带有2.0 kb菌株少,初步认为2.0 kb dsRNA片段对色素产生、菌核数目多寡有影响.在Rs1M-3菌株中可以分离到球形、直径大小约20～25 nm的类似病毒颗粒(virus-like particle,VLP)其分子量大小约为60-70 kDa左右,此外经由Rs1M-3中类似病毒颗粒直接抽取病毒核酸进行电泳分析,发现其类似病毒颗粒的核酸为dsRNA,且两条分子量相近约2.0 kb dsRNA片段大小与直接由Rs1M-3菌丝中所抽取到的dsRNA是一致的.从本实验初步研究证实dsRNA可经由菌丝融合传播,2.0 kbdsRNA可能影响菌株菌核的形成且有病毒颗粒存在,对于dsRNA在水稻纹枯病菌上的作用与关系及其属于何属病毒有待未来更进一步的研究.

Adiabatic Deutsch-Jozsa Problem Solved by Modifying the Initial Hamiltonian

We present an alternate adiabatic evolution for the Deutsch-Jozsa problem. The biggest difference of our adiabatic evolution constructed here with those appearing before is that an alternate initial Hamiltonian is used for the adiabatic evolution, with which the evolution task can be finished in O（1） time complexity. Our construction mostly resembles the one discussed by Das et al. [Phys. Rev. A 65 （2002） 062310], except for the initial system Hamiltonian of the adiabatic algorithm.     

Perturbations of frames

In this paper, we give some sufficient conditions under which perturbations preserve Hilbert frames and near-Riesz bases. Similar results are also extended to frame sequences, Riesz sequences and Schauder frames. It is worth mentioning that some of our perturbation conditions are quite different from those used in the previous literatures on this topic.

An ordered semiring is a semiring S equipped with a partial order ≤ such that the operations are monotonic and constant 0 is the least element of S.In this paper,several notions,for example,ordered ideal,minimal ideal,and maximal ideal of an ordered semiring,simple ordered semirings,etc.,are introduced.Some properties of them are given and characterizations for minimal ideals are established.Also,the matrix semiring over an ordered semiring is consid-ered.Partial results obtained in this paper are analogous to the corresponding ones on ordered semigroups,and on the matrix semiring over a semiring.
