Electronic Structures of the Filled Tetrahedral Semiconductor LiMgN with a Zincblende—Type Structure

An ab initio method with mixed-basis norm-conserving non-local pseudo-potentials has been employed to investigate the electronic structures of LiMgN.The band structure ,electronic density of states and charge density contour plot of LiMgN are also presented.By the calculation,we have found that LiMgN with a zincblende-type structure was an indirect gap semiconductor,and the value of indirect(Γ-X) energy band gap under the local density approximation was 2.97eV.In addition,the strong covalent charcter for Li-N and Mg-N has also been found in LiMgN.     

Measurement of Change of ^7Be Decay Rate in Be and Au

We have measured the possible change of the decay rate of ^7Be implanted into hosts of natural beryllium and natural gold. No difference between the ^7 Be decay rates in the two hosts is observed within the experimental precision of 0.12%. This result implies that change of the decay rate of ^7Be implanted in different materials cannot be simply expected from the electron affinity difference consideration lonely and the lattice structure of the host materials should be taken into account.     

N维最弱受约束电子势模型的精确解

精确地求解了N维最弱受约束电子势模型束缚态的Schrodinger方程,得到了其能级和相对应的归一化径向波函数.在此基础上,运用广义拉盖尔多项式的级数展开得到了N维最弱受约束电子势模型径向矩阵元的通项表达式.     

用光谱烧孔研究卟啉掺杂的高分子薄膜中电子－声子的相互作用

本文对电子给体、受体双掺杂在高分子薄膜中形成的光谱烧孔体系，做温度循环实验，研究体系中电子－声子的相互作用，得到了表征电子－声子耦合强度的黄昆因子和薄膜中局域振动的声子频率．     

磁镜中晃荡电子形成热垒的实验研究

本文在实验上研究了ＥＣＲＨ产生晃荡电子形成串级磁镜热垒的可行性，并对等离子体电位进行了测量。研究结果表明，ＥＣＲＨ产生晃荡电子形成热垒是成功的。     

纳米隧道结的量子电容现象

利用STM针尖和二维Au纳米团簇构造的双隧道结，通过对单电子隧穿谱的测量，研究了纳米隧道结的电容随隧道结宽度的变化，发现电容随结宽度的变化偏离了经典电容的行为，为纳米隧道结的量子电容效应提供了实验证据。     

β-SiC的电子结构和物态方程

 给出了用LMTO-ASA方法计算的共价晶体β-SiC的电子结构和物态方程。其压缩比σ＝1.0~2.5。我们在维格纳－赛兹原胞中放入两个空球来模拟原子球的密堆积效果。结果表明，对于开结构体系晶体物性的计算，本方法也是适用的。     

关于逆向Pedoe不等式及其应用

本文给出著名的Pedoe不等式之逆向不等式(3),并利用它得出著名的Oppenheim不等式之逆向不等式(12)。此外,本文还给出正定厄米特矩阵的Minkouski不等式之逆向不等     

负离子光致脱附实验中基于飞行时间法的电子谱仪的研制

负离子光致脱附电子谱的研究是目前国际上比较热门的课题。在本中将介绍基于飞行时间法的电子能谱仪的研制工作。基于此谱仪的特点，配合合适的电场，可以转换成为探测立体角为4π的电子动量谱仪。
