A Generalization of F-Expansion Method and Its Application to （2＋l）-Dimensional Boussinesq Equation

A new generalized F-expansion method is introduced and applied to the study of the （2＋1）-dimensional Boussinesq equation. The further extension of the method is discussed at the end of this paper.

New Rational Form Solutions to Coupled Nonlinear Wave Equations

The new rational form solutions to the elliptic equation are shown, and then these solutions to the elliptic equation are taken as a transformation and applied to solve nonlinear coupled wave equations. It is shown that more novel kinds of solutions are derived, such as periodic solutions of rational form, solitary wave solutions of rational form,and so on.     

水热法白宝石晶体和籽晶界面研究

用分光光度计研究发现水热法白宝石晶体和籽晶界面使晶体透过率降低,用大视场偏光显微镜和原子力显微镜分析了该界面的包裹物分布以及界面的显微结构.结果表明平行于(1123)面的籽晶和生长层晶体界面包裹物含量少.界面的缺陷主要来自于晶格畸变及生长初期的温场不稳定所引起的结构缺陷,这也是引起晶体透过率下降的主要因素.     

氧化铝多孔膜振动性能的实验研究

电化学氧化法制备的氧化铝多孔膜有六角规则密排的纳米孔,其优良的结构特点使其具有良好的用途,可应用于微粒物质分离,氧化剂的载体,微电子机械系统的组件和纳米器件等。在前期研究了这种氧化铝膜的力学性能如拉伸性能和弯曲性能的基础上,本文实验研究了这种氧化铝多孔膜的振动特性即共振频率特性和振动模态,估算了该氧化铝多孔膜的相当弹性模量,与其他方法测得的相当弹性模量基本一致。     

CdZnTe晶体的缺陷能级分析

通过测试富Cd原料无籽晶垂直布里奇曼法生长出的高阻Cd0.8Zn0.2Te (CZT)单晶体的I-T特性曲线,利用热激活能原理来分析单晶体内的缺陷,结果得到晶体中有一个由镉空位引起的电子陷阱,其深度为0.539eV.由于俘获能级有较高的激活能,在常温下,价带上的载流子不会被激发,所以该晶体适用于制作室温核辐射探测器.另外还研究了CZT晶体在室温下的I-V特性,测得采用该方法生长的CZT单晶体电阻率高达5.0×1010Ω*cm,制作的核辐射探测器在室温下获得了比较好的241Am 59.5keV能谱.     

A Summation Formula for Estimating the Surface Areas of Ellipsoids

In this paper a summation formula for finding the surface area of general ellipsoids is derived.     

Cascadic Multigrid for Finite Volume Methods for Elliptic Problems

In this paper, some effective cascadic multigrid methods are proposed for solving the large scale symmetric or nonsymmetric algebraic systems arising from the finite volume methods for second order elliptic problems. It is shown that these algorithms are optimal in both accuracy and computational complexity. Numerical experiments are reported to support our theory.     

Higher Toda Mechanics and Spectral Curves

For each of the Lie algebras gln and g~ln we construct a family of integrable generalizations of the Toda chains characterized by two integers m and m_. The Lax matrices and the equations of motion are given explicitly, and the integrals of motion can be calculated in terms of the trace of powers of the Lax matrix L. For the case of m =m_,we find a symmetric reduction for each generalized Toda chain we found, and the solution to the initial value problems of the reduced systems is outlined. We also studied the spectral curves of the periodic (m ,m_)-Toda chains, which turns out to be very different for different pairs of m and m_. Finally we also obtain the nonabelian generalizations of the (m ,m_)-Toda chains in an explicit form.
