国外基础物理教学改革及教材的剖析（二）

1990年10月我曾以上述题材介绍了国际会议的动向、美国IUPP的概况、UNESCO大学基础物理改革计划、Halliday-Resnick的的基础物理学(扩展本第三版)等(刊载于《工科物理》1991.4)。现在已事隔三年，国际上基础物理教学改革的情况又如何?从下述一些情况，就可以看出全世界从事物理及物理教学工作的学、教授都十分关注这一问题。     

Frame Wavelets with Compact Supports for L^2（R^n）

The construction of frame wavelets with compact supports is a meaningful problem in wavelet analysis. In particular, it is a hard work to construct the frame wavelets with explicit analytic forms. For a given n × n real expansive matrix A, the frame-sets with respect to A are a family of sets in R^n. Based on the frame-sets, a class of high-dimensional frame wavelets with analytic forms are constructed, which can be non-bandlimited, or even compactly supported. As an application, the construction is illustrated by several examples, in which some new frame wavelets with compact supports are constructed. Moreover, since the main result of this paper is about general dilation matrices, in the examples we present a family of frame wavelets associated with some non-integer dilation matrices that is meaningful in computational geometry.     

胶体颗粒大小的分布——Ⅱ.物理显影中胶体催化剂颗粒大小的分布函数

本文用对数正态分布对物理显影中常用的Au、Ag及Ag_2s胶体催化剂的颗粒大小的实验分布进行了拟合。理论分布与实验分布的比较表明:本实验条件下制备的十二组胶体溶液其颗粒大小都服从了对数正态分布,并且不依赖于胶体的组成、大小及制备方法。因此,它们很可能遵从了同样的成核成长规律。     

Solutions for a Mode Ⅲ Growing Crack in a Piezoelectric Plane Under Two Kinds of Electric Boundary Conditions ＊

The solutions for a mode Ⅲ crack growing along an arbitrary propagation path in a piezoelectric plane are studied under the impermeable surface condition and the electrical contact surface condition respectively. According to the two kinds of electric boundary conditions, the Hilbert and Riemann boundary value problems in a half-plane including opening smooth arc are obtained from the theoretical analysis. Moreover, the equipollence of the solution formed under these two electric boundaries is proved, and unified solutions for the stress and electric displacement distribution in the crack-tipfield of the piezoelectric plane are achieved.     

不对称五氮齿扩展卟啉配合物的激发态性能研究

研究了不对称五氮齿扩展叶啉配合物的激发态性能.结果表明:随苯环上取代基变化,其发射光谱出现在770～820 nm的近红外区域,荧光量子产率小于0.02,寿命小于(?)ns.最低激发单重态能量、荧光量子产率分别和对位取代的 Hammett常数及亲电取代的Hammett常数存在很好的线性关系.激发三重态的能量为123kJ/mol左右,T_1～T_n吸收峰值出现在460～490nm区域,三重态寿命在几十微秒量级,敏化产生单重态氧的量子产率可高达0.9以上.     

纳米二氧化锆制备过程的DSC、TGA和XRD研究

用ＤＳＣ、ＴＧＡ和ＸＲＤ技术研究了在沉淀法制备纳米ＺｒＯ２的过程中，残留ＮＨ４Ｃｌ、ｐＨ值、滴加方式、以及结构稳定剂Ｙ２Ｏ３的添加量对结晶过程的影响。结果表明，残留ＮＨ４Ｃｌ使结晶化温度降低，使放热过程变为吸热过程。而ｐＨ值、滴加方式和结构稳定剂的添加对结晶过程无明显影响。     

Novel Properties of Photochromic Spirooxazine Nanoparticles

The nanoparticles of a spirooxazine （SPO） and its photomerocyanine （PMC） were prepared through the reprecipitation method. Two distinct features were observed. One is that the decaying lifetime for PMC nanoparticles was 600 times of that for the dispersed molecules, and the other is that the fluorescence intensity of SPO nanoparticles was enhanced by 240 times of that of the dispersed monomer.     

三硼酸锂晶体的生长形态

用自由生长系统研究了三硼酸锂ＬｉＢ_３Ｏ_５（ＬＢＯ）晶体的实际生长形态。实验表明，它的各晶面簇的重要性的顺序为：｛１１０｝＞｛０１１｝＞｛２０１｝＞｛１１１｝。讨论了ＬＢＯ晶体的生长习性与内部结构之间的关系并应用负离子配位多面体理论模型解释了ＬＢＯ晶体的生长形态。     

反相液体色谱中饱和醇保留行为的研究 Ⅰ.低碳醇保留行为与溶质分子结构的关系

本文从吸附-疏溶剂理论出发,根据热力学平衡观点,导出了一定固定相和流动相时,描述溶质保留行为与其分子结构关系的理论模型,并用之预测了饱和醇的保留值,获满意结果。从而表明本模型不但能用于同系物,而且亦可用于同分异构体及立体异构体保留行为的预测。     

SARS CoV内对照RNA病毒样颗粒的构建和表达

在SARS-CoV的核酸检测方法中,由于普遍缺乏安全、稳定、特异的内对照,而不能对样品处理、反转录、扩增以及定量检测实施全程监控。构建的病毒样核蛋白颗粒内对照,能够对SARS-CoV临床检测实施监控。本文通过克隆1.7Kb大肠杆菌噬菌体MS2的装配蛋白和壳蛋白基因以及SARS冠状病毒经过突变产生的270bp内对照片断,并将这些基因连接到载体pTrc99a上表达,进行纯化、定量分析、RT-PCR检测和稳定性试验。获得SARS内对照病毒样核蛋白颗粒,在人血清和SM缓冲液中37℃稳定性可达到30天,能抵抗核糖核酸酶降解。将内对照颗粒加入临床样本中一同检测,能够对检测的全过程(样品处理、反转录和PCR)有效进行监控,与SARS-CoV没有交叉反应。研究表明制备的该病毒样核蛋白颗粒稳定、安全、可靠,可作为SARS冠状病毒RT-PCR检测、定量分析的有效内对照参考品。
