宁夏优秀企业集体采风：财务个性化成功——神宁集团：探索财务管理三条道路

经过短暂的实地调研,《新理财》（公司理财）发现,神宁集团探索了财务管理的三条道路：财务集中管理的优化变革之路,财务管理的系统性、集成性创新之路,传统核算会计向现代管理会计转型升级之路;同时,三条道路又有机地融为一体。为此,编者特邀神宁集团副总经理、财务总监仝金正先生撰写本文（题目系编者加）,随后本刊将刊发深度调研文章,以飨读者。     

现代物理百家短文

 主张用简洁语言、生动比喻向“外行人”说明物理学真谛,本刊志此久矣.虽四度春秋,但成效甚微.近读钱三强论爱因斯坦成功之道,颇受启发.许乡大孚众望的物理学家,除了具有卓越的科学成就和可贵的思想品质外,还有一种深入浅出、简明清晰的科学普及才能.鉴于此,本刊汇集一些物理学大师短文、书信、演讲,摘取精华,略加评点,扣以标题发表。《现代物理百家短文》这一新栏目,如蒙读者喜爱,则是编者由衷的愿望.     

Three-Dimensional Quantum State Transferring Between Two Remote Atoms by Adiabatic Passage under Dissipation

Recently, Zhou et al. [Phys. Rev. A 79 （2009） 044304] proposed a scheme for transferring three-dimensional quantum states between remote atomic qubits confined in cavities connected by fibers through adiabatic passage. In order to avoid the decoherence due to spontaneous emission, Zhou et al. utilized the large detuning atom-field interaction. In the present paper, we discuss the influence of dissipation on the scheme in both the resonant atom-field interaction case and the large detuning case. We numerically analyze the success probability and the transferring fidelity. It is shown that the resonant case is a preferable choice for the technique of the stimulated Raman adiabatic passage （STIRAP） due to the shorter operation time and the smaller probability of dissipation.     

珠算申遗成功随想

2013年12月4日．注定是一个被载人史册的日子。历史的积淀与荣光,连绵的传承与弘扬,长久的等待与期盼,终于凝聚成这辉煌而神圣的时刻——在阿塞拜疆巴库召开的联合国教科文保护非物质文化遗产政府间委员会第八届会议上,珠算如愿跨入了《人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》的殿堂。佳音传来,国人欣慰、珠算人欣喜。     

物理实验教学中创新能力的培养

新课程理念下的物理实验教学,是学生科学探究活动的过程.科学探究活动就是要让学生亲身经历基本的科学探究过程,学习科学的探究方法,让学生在学习中体验物理,在体验中感受物理,从而培养学生发现问题,解决问题的能力,使学生获得终身学习物理的兴趣,养成良好的学习习惯,培养起学习创新能力.真正让学生充分感觉物理的美,体会成功的愉悦.     

历史的记录可贵的贡献--写在《高等数学研究》创刊50周年之际

翻阅手头保存的《高等数学研究》杂志,从2001年第1期到2003年第1期,几乎每一期都刊载有与2002年国际数学家大会(ICM-2002)有关的内容：2001年第1期发表了大会组织委员会《迎接2002年国际数学家大会在北京召开》的文章和《中国成功申办国际数学家大会筹备工作顺利

Efficient three-step entanglement concentration for an arbitrary four-photon cluster state

We propose an entanglement concentration protocol to concentrate an arbitrary partially-entangled four-photon cluster state.As a pioneering three-step entanglement concentration scheme,our protocol only needs a single-photon resource to assist the concentration in each step,which makes this protocol more economical.With the help of the linear optical elements and weak cross-Kerr nonlinearity,one can obtain a maximally-entangled cluster state via local operations and classical communication.Moreover,the protocol can be iterated to obtain a higher success probability and is feasible under current experimental conditions.     

世界首台可观察活体细胞的超高分辨率生物显微镜问世

近日,德国IBIDI公司成功开发出一款超高分辨率生物显微镜。该公司宣称基于新型随机光学重建显微技术"(d)STORM",利用该公司独创的特殊塑料底板"μ-Slides"可实现超高分辨率观察活体细胞。     

Remote Preparation of Multipartite Equatorial Entangled States in High Dimensions with Three Parties

A scheme for probabilistic remotely preparing N-particle d-dimensional equatorial entangled states via entangled swapping with three parties is presented. The quantum channel is composed of N - 1 pairs of bipartite d-dimensional non-maximally entangled states and a tripartite d-dimension non-maximally entangled state. It is shown that the sender can help either of the two receivers to remotely prepare the original state, and the N-particle projective measurement and the generalized Hadamard transformation are needed in this scheme. The total success probability and classical communication cost are calculated.
