Solitary Excitations of Dipolar Bosons in Optical Lattice under Magnetic Fields

We obtain the multisolitary solutions of the extended Bose-Hubbard model which describes dipolar Bose- Einstein condensates in optical lattices under time-dependent magnetic fields, and indicate that the nonlinearity is due to both on-site short-range interactions and also （long-range） dipole-dipole interactions which can act between neighboring sites. The discrete breathers as nonlinear excitations are always oscillatory in time and can also be spatially localized, while the oscillatory frequencies are determined by an external field. We show that these excitations will be observable and discuss how the parameters can be tuned in future experiments.     

煤层压裂裂缝三维延伸模拟及产量预测研究

针对煤层气井的压裂特点和产出机理,综合应用流体力学、线弹性断裂力学、传热学、计算数学和软件工程等方面的知识,提出了煤层压裂裂缝三维延伸模型和产量动态预测模型,其中裂缝三维延伸模型考虑了煤层、上下遮挡层之间的地应力和岩石力学参数变化的影响,产量动态预测模型考虑了煤层气先解吸扩散后渗流入井的产出机理。在此基础上研制了煤层气井三维压裂优化设计软件,并通过实例计算验证了其实用性和可靠性。

基于引物延伸反应进行SNP基因分型的电化学方法

引物延伸反应的高特异性使其成为单核苷酸多态性(SNP)基因分型的最常用方法. 本文利用引物延伸反应, 通过二茂铁标记的dUTP将二茂铁引入到延伸的产物中, 用一条捕获探针将延伸产物捕获到电极表面, 用差分脉冲伏安法对电极表面的二茂铁进行检测, 从而实现了SNP基因分型. 考察了延伸反应的退火温度、聚合酶用量以及DNA杂交温度等因素的影响. 应用该方法对β-地中海贫血基因密码子28位单碱基突变进行检测, 获得了满意的基因分型结果. 该方法检测限可达到0.86 fmol/L, 是一种简便、快速且灵敏的SNP分型方法.     

Periodic Semifolded Solitary Waves for （2＋1）-Dimensional Variable Coefficient Broer-Kaup System

Applying the extended mapping method via Riccati equation, many exact variable separation solutions for the （2＆1 ）-dimensional variable coefficient Broer-Kaup equation are obtained. Introducing multiple valued function and Jacobi elliptic function in the seed solution, special types of periodic semifolded solitary waves are derived. In the long wave limit these periodic semifolded solitary wave excitations may degenerate into single semifolded localized soliton structures. The interactions of the periodic semifolded solitary waves and their degenerated single semifolded soliton structures are investigated graphically and found to be completely elastic.     

New Periodic Wave Solutions to Generalized Klein-Gordon and Benjamin Equations

By making use of extended mapping method and auxiliary equation for finding new periodic wave solu tions of nonlinear evolution equations in mathematical physics, we obtain some new periodic wave solutions for generalized Klein-Cordon equation and Benjamin equation, which cannot be found in previous work. This method also can be used to find new periodic wave solutions of other nonlinear evolution equations.

给出一种可描述预延伸各向异性特性的背应力张量三维表达式，引入大变形弹塑性有限元驱动应力法，结合ＢＰＡ８ 链细观分子网络模型，模拟了预延伸各向异性非晶聚合物材料平面应变拉伸变形局部化力学行为．详细讨论了预延伸比（ＩｎｉｔｉａｌＤｒａｗｉｎｇＲａｔｉｏ；ＩＤＲ）和预延伸方向（ＩｎｉｔｉａｌＤｒａｗｉｎｇＤｉｒｅｃｔｉｏｎ；ＩＤＤ）对变形抗力、颈缩规律、剪切带方向以及试件中心部位链延伸比的影响．
