对BCEIA2001学术报告会论文作者问卷调查资料进行统计分析，我国从事分析测试科研活动的人员以青年人为主，且具有高学历、高职称的特点；分析测试领域的科研活动主要集中在北京、湖北、辽宁、广东、上海等省市；分析测试领域的研究主要涉及分析测试物质的成份、结构以及提高分析测试质量；当前分析测试领域的研究热点在化学／化工、环保、生物技术、卫星／临床、制药等领域；分析测试领域研究工作的资金主要来源于各种基金的支持。     

关于开设"化学热点研究领域知识"课程的探讨

本文阐述了中学化学教师在目前的继续教育中开设“化学热点研究领域知识”这门课程的必要性和迫切性，并对开设这门课程的知识结构作了一些探讨。     

Experimental and Theoretical Study of the Effect of Moisture on Methane Adsorption and Desorption by Activated Carbon at 273.5 K

Adsorption and desorption of methane by activated carbon (AC) at constant temperature and at various pressures were investigated. The effect of moisture was also studied. A volumetric method was used, up to 40 bar, at a temperature of 273.5 K. Results of a dry AC sample were compared with those obtained from a moist sample and two different ACs with different physical and surface properties were used. As expected, the results showed that the existence of moisture, trapped in the AC pores, could lead to a decrease in the amount of methane adsorbed and a decrease in the amount of methane delivered during desorption. To model the experimental results, a large variety of adsorption isotherms were used. The regressed parameters for the adsorption isotherms were obtained using the experimental data generated in the present study. The accuracy of the results obtained from the different adsorption isotherms was favorably compared.     

新型含氟液晶类化合物的质谱研究

本文报道66个新型含氟液晶类化合物的电子轰击电离质谱(EIMS). 66个化合物分为三个类型, 即炔醚类, 炔酯类和炔类. 并利用MS/MS联用技术和高分辨质谱(HRMS)数据研究了三种不同类型化合物的裂解机理, 并总结其规律性, 结果将有助于未知的类似化合物的结构鉴定 .     

p-硝基氯苯与α氰基乙酸乙酯-α-碳负离子的电子转移反应动力学研究: 非链式的自由基机理

在p-硝基氯苯(1)与α-氰基乙酰乙酯-α-碳负离子(2)的反应过程中, 测得了反应中间体p-硝基氯苯负离子自由基(3)的ESR谱。用ESR场/频联锁技术测定了(3)的ESR吸收强度-时间曲线, 当[1]《[2]时, 其结果与连续一级反应动力学相吻合。测得了从2向1的电子转移和3的分解反应速率常数和活化参数, 反应产物为α-氰基-α-(p-硝基苯基)乙酸乙酯和微量的硝基苯。为该反应提出了非链式的电子转移-负离子自由基分解-自由基偶合机理。     

四氮大环-金属配合物与DNA作用的电化学及谱学研究

Mononuclear copper（Ⅱ）, nickel（Ⅱ） and cobalt（Ⅲ） tetracoordinate macrocyclic complexes were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal structure of the three compounds were determined by X-ray crystallography. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that the three complexes could interact with DNA mainly by electrostatic interaction. The interaction of tetracoordinate macrocyclic cobalt（Ⅲ） complex with DNA was studied by cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis spectroscopy. The experimental results reveal that tetracoordinate macrocyc- lic cobalt（Ⅲ） complex could interact with DNA by electrostatic interaction to form a 1 ： 1 DNA association complex with a binding constant of 7.50 ×10^3 L·mol^-1.

Two new C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum delavayi

Further phytochemical investigation of the unique C18-norditerpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum delavayi Franch ledto the isolation of two new norditerpenoid alkaloids,delavaconitine F 1 and delavaconitine G 2.Their structures were determinedfrom spectroscopic evidence.     

Vibrational Spectroscopic Study on Ion Solvation and Association of Lithium Perchlorate in 4-Methoxymethyl-ethylene Carbonate

Solvation interaction and ion association in solutions of lithium perchlorate/4-methoxymethyl-ethylene carbonate （MEC） have been studied by using Infrared and Raman spectra as a function of concentration of lithium perchlorate. The splitting of ring deformation band and ring ether asymmetric stretching band, and the change of carbonyl stretching band suggest that there should be a strong interaction between Li^＋ and the solvent molecules, and the site of solvation should be the oxygen atom of carbonyl group. The apparent solvation number of Li^＋ was calculated by using band fitting technique. The solvation number was decreased from 3.3 to 1.1 with increasing the concentration of LiClO4/MEC solutions. On the other hand, the band fitting for the ClO4^- band revealed the presence of contact ion pair, and free ClO4^- anion in the concentrated solutions.     

Studies on Hydroiodination and Deconjugation of 5—Aryloxy—（thiophenyl）—3—pentyn—2—one

One-pot hydroiodination and deconjugation of 5-aryloxy(or thiophenyl)-3-pentyn-2-one with a reagent system of sodium iodide/trimethylsilyl chloride/water in acetonitrile at 25℃ have been described.The plasuible mechanism was discussed.The reaction provided a simple and useful method for the preparation of (Z)-β-substituted β，γ-enones and (Z)-β-substituted α，β-unsaturated ketones.
