藏药香芸火绒草Leontopodium Haplophylloides化学成分的研究

从藏药香芸火绒草Leontopodium Haplophylloides Hand Mazz的甲醇提取物中分得四个B环未取代的黄酮, 分别为乔松素(1), 高良姜素(2), 3, 7-二羟基-5-甲氧基黄(3), 3, 5-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(4), 化合物(2)对人皮肤痤疮菌具有一定的疗效。     

亚硝酸根催化光度法的研究进展

目前国内外测定NO_2~-的标准方法仍为重氮偶合比色法,即在稀磷酸介质中,NO_2~-与对氨基苯酰胺(或对氨基苯磺酸)反应生成重氮盐,再与N-(1-萘)-乙二胺(或α-萘胺)偶联生成红色染料,用光度法进行测定,进而求出NO_2~-的量。该法虽然有较高的灵敏度和选择性,但是所需试剂和显色反应稳     

几种光敏剂光敏氧化效率的比较

<正> 光敏氧化效率是由敏化剂分子吸收光量子数及其产生单重态氧的量子产率决定的,这要求敏化剂的吸收光谱同光源的发射光谱很好地匹配。本文报道竹红菌甲素匹配高压钠灯有效地产生单重态氧,高效光敏氧化一系列具有不同反应活性的底物,成为单重态氧化学中一个新的光敏氧化体系。     

Study on Tonghaosu and Its Analogs： Isolation, Structure Identification and Synthesis of Antifeedant B-ring-homo-tonghaosu

The methanolic extract from a Chinese endemic Chrysanthemum plant, Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum, was found to show high antifeeding activity against Pieris brassicae L., and by bioassay-guided separation, the active component, B-ring-homo-tonghaosu, 2-(2‘,4‘-hexadiynylidene)-1,6-dioxaspiro-[4,5]-dec-3-ene (2) was isolated. Its structure was elucidated by comparing its spectroscopic data with those of 2 reported in the literatures. Furthermore new convenient total synthesis methods of B-ring-homo-tonghaosu were also developed to confirm its structure and make its further application in crop protection available. In addition, extensive comparison of spectroscopic data showed that the structure of compound 21 reported in literature should be revised to 2.     

分裂的正则Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数

作为Hom-Leibniz代数胚的代数类比, 本文引入Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数的概念. 证明了分裂的正则Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数$L$写成$L=U+\sum_{\gamma}I_\gamma$, 其中$U$为极大交换子代数$H$的子空间和$I_\gamma$为$L$的理想, 若$[\gamma]\neq[d]$, 满足$[I_\gamma, I_d]=0$. 随后分别发展了分裂Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数的根和权的连通技术.最后研究了紧致的正则Hom-Leibniz-Rinehart代数的结构.     

对“微波共振跃迁法测量电子偶素2~3S_1-2~3P_1精细结构”实验拟合公式的探讨

本文对Michigan大学S.Hatamian等人在“微波共振跃迁法测量电子偶素2~3S_1-2~3P_J精细结构”实验中所用拟合公式进行了审慎的分析和推证,修正了该公式的功率增宽项,并就Mainz大学R.Ley等人对该公式的批评作了评价。最后,采用新、旧拟合公式对Michigan组实验数据进行拟合并讨论其结果。     

铬青铜中银元素的测定方法

含银铬青铜被用于引进型 35 0ＭＷ汽轮机上大型推力轴承瓦块。该合金由于其良好的散热性和导电性而取代了传统的碳钢材料 ,但由于其冶炼性能和工艺性能要求严格 ,目前国内全部进口。为降低成本、填补国内空白 ,我公司拟对该材料进行国产化。该材料要求对银含量进行检测 ,其规范在0 0 8%～ 0 .12 %。按文献 [1]报道 ,一般测银多采用控制电位电解法 ,但此法针对银浓度为常量 ,至少达到ｘ %的数量级 ,且铜的干扰严重。本法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测银。经试验证明该法能达到预期的分析效果 ,且干扰小 ,简便迅速。1　试验部分1.1　仪器与试剂32…     

溴酸钾氧化酸性品红催化光度法测定亚硝酸根

研究了在强酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴钾氧化酸性品红的褪色反应及其动力学条件，建立了高灵敏测定痕量亚硝酸根的新催化光度法。方法灵敏度为３．７×１０＾－１１ｇ／ｃｍ＾２亚硝酸态氮，线性范围为０．０６－０．４２μｇ／１０ｍＬ，用于测定唾液及硝钾中亚硝酸根。     

Design and synthesis of 2-alkylbenzimidazole derivatives as novel non-peptide angiotensin Ⅱ AT1 receptor antagonists

A series of 2-alkylbenzimidazole derivatives 9a-n have been designed and synthesized as a novel class of non-peptide angiotensin Ⅱ AT1 receptor antagonists. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antagonism of angiotensin Ⅱ, induced contraction in the rabbit thoracic aortic ring and the results showed that compounds 9a, 9g and 9j exhibited potent antagonistic activity of AT1 receptor.     

基于杂环有机锡化合物的水杨酸根离子选择电极研究

A novel heterocyclic haxacoordinated organotin(Ⅳ) complex, bis (o-vanillin)-semi-ethylenediamine dibenzyltin (VEDBT) was synthesized and used as anion ionophore for PVC membrane electrode; the novel electrode exhibits a linear response towards salicylate and an anti-Hofmeister selectivity pattern with high specificity for salicylate over many common anions, the selective pattern is: Sal^- > SCN^- > ClO₄^- > I^- > NO₂^- > NO₃^- > Cl^- ≈ Br^- > SO₄^2-. The behaviour of the electrode is influenced by the experimental conditions. The response mechanism was also investigated by UV spectroscopy. The electrode was applied to the determination of salicylate in pharmaceutical samples with satisfactory results.
