含氢类金刚石薄膜的生长及表征

采用射频-等离子体辅助化学气相沉积(RF-PECVD)法在硅片、玻璃上生长类金刚石薄膜.通过Raman光谱、AFM等测试手段,研究不同的生长工艺条件下类金刚石薄膜的性质的变化.实验表明,RF-PECVD生长DLC膜,在上方电极处以及较低功率下可获得较高sp3含量的薄膜.     

基于i.MX35的工程机械显示终端设计

工程机械显示终端是重要的人机交互界面,随着工程机械控制系统信息化和智能化水平的不断提高,对车载显示终端也提出了越来越高的要求。为了满足需求,研制了基于i.MX35的工程机械显示终端,该显示终端以i.MX35多媒体应用处理器为核心,采用CODESYS作为应用编程平台,实现了人机界面显示、CAN总线通信、摄像头视频采集、大容量数据存储等功能,具有显示性能强大、启动速度快、应用编程灵活、易于扩展等特点,可以广泛应用于各种工程机械控制系统中。

采用了通用高速A/D采集器采集信号数据,用软件的方法开发出了具备多道能谱脉冲识别和计数分析能力的软件.用此软件实现了每次托卡马克放电后,在较短的时间内从庞大的原始采集数据中提取出能谱脉冲数据,计算和显示能谱图,这为下一步测量电子温度打下了基础,并同时实现了数据共享.     

Interlayer shear strength of single crystalline graphite

Reported values(0.2 MPa-7.0 GPa) of the interlayer shear strength(ISS) of graphite are very dispersed.The main challenge to obtain a reliable value of the ISS using conventional measuring methods was the unavailability of sufficiently large single crystalline graphite.Here we present a novel experimental method to measure the ISS,and obtain the value as ～0.14 GPa.Our result can serve as an important basis for understanding mechanical behavior of graphite or graphene-based materials.     

基于DM6467的H.264高清视频压缩平台的设计

高清视频数据量大给视频传输和存储带来困难,单纯增大带宽和存储容量已不现实。依据H.264视频压缩标准原理和TI高性能Davinci处理器特性,设计了基于DM6467的DSP(/ARM)+FPGA架构的高清视频压缩实时显示和存储硬件平台,并给出了H.264压缩算法实现方法。通过对视频序列进行验证,仿真结果表明,在峰值信噪比较高时,仍能得到约20倍的压缩比,同时具有良好的实时性。     

Combined effect of modified zeolite 13X and β-nucleating agent on improving β-crystal content and toughening polypropylene random copolymer

Although addition of β-NUCLEATING agent directly into homo-polypropylene(PPH) is a useful method to improve β-CRYSTAL content and toughen PPH, polypropylene random copolymer(PPR) makes this method powerless due to its random structure and low crystallinity. In this study, the-nucleated PPR with high β-CRYSTAL content was prepared by a novel high effective β-NUCLEATING system which consists of-nucleation agent(TMB-5) and modified zeolite 13X(M13X). It was found that M13X and TMB-5 had a synergistic influence on improving β-CRYSTAL content and toughening PPR. The content of β-CRYSTAL in PPR/M13X/TMB-5 was significantly larger than the sum of that in PPR/M13X and PPR/TMB-5. Besides,fracture behavior, phase morphology and relaxation of matrix chain segments were also investigated. The results showed that M13X and TMB-5 improved the mobility of amorphous chain segments at low temperature and contributed to much energy dissipation. This work provides a powerful method to modify PPR.     

Two new β-carboline-type alkaloids from Stellaria dichotoma var.lanceolata

Two new β-carboline-type alkaloids,dichotomine K(1) and dichotomine L(2),were isolated from the roots of Chinese medicinal plant Stellaria dichotoma L.var.lanceolata Bge.Structures of 1 and 2 were determined on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic means.     

Phase behavior of charge stablized colloid dispersion with added water soluble polymers

Demixing and colloidal crystallization in the mixture of charge stabilized colloidal poly(methyl methacrylate) particles and soluble poly(ethylene oxide) were investigated by means of synchrotron small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) technique. Phase diagram of the mixture was obtained based on visual inspection and SAXS results. The phase behavior is determined as a function of the concentration of the polymer as well as the volume fraction of the colloidal particles. The system shows a one phase region when the concentration of the polymer is low, whereas a two-phase region is present when the concentration of the polymer is larger than a critical concentration at certain volume fraction of the colloids. Interestingly, a face centered cubic colloidal crystalline structure was formed under certain conditions, which has been rarely observed in experiments of colloid-polymer mixtures with competing interactions.     

Some key ordered macroporous composites

This review summarizes recent progress of the ordered macroporous composites with the opals and inverse opal structure. Synthesis and performance of the composites are emphasized. Composition of the ordered composites is tunable ranging within metal, metal alloy, metal oxide, polymer, carbon and hydrogel. The ordered structure gives brilliant color effects, which is useful for sensors and photonic crystals. The interconnected macroporous structure provides easiness for mass transportation and species culturing.     

Dispersion production by semi-continuous radical vinyl acetate emulsion polymerization with silane co-monomer and characterization of final products

Vinyl acetate radical emulsion polymerization in water with GF51 silane co-monomer was performed by semi continuous way. The GF51 impacts on dispersion rheology as well on films and bonding strength properties were determined. It should be stated that even low quantities of GF51 (up to 6% from VAc) determined high viscosity of dispersions. The GF51 modified films have low water absorption and high affinity to glass. Molecular mass and thermal properties of GF51 modified polymers were determined accordingly.
