新型Co（Ⅲ）配合物（CoL3）的合成及其晶体结构

以3,5-二溴水杨醛缩甲胺希夫碱(HL)为定向配体,硝酸钴为金属离子源,采用溶剂热法在乙腈中合成了一个新型的单核钴(Ⅲ)配合物(Co L3,1),其结构经IR和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶胞参数a=13.833 2(4),b=20.558 2(8),c=20.691 7(7),β=100.622(3)°,V=5 783.6(3)3,Z=8,Dc=2.147 g·cm-3,R1=0.045,wR2=0.092,S=1.02。1中Co(Ⅲ)分别与三个二齿配体上的三个O原子和三个N原子配位,形成轻度扭曲的八面体构型。分子间通过C-H┈Br和Br┈Br弱作用相互连接成三维网络结构。     

吸光度比值-导数光谱法同时测定铜(Ⅱ)和铬(Ⅲ)的研究

提出了运用吸光度比值-导数光谱法同时测定Cr(Ⅲ)与Cu(Ⅱ)含量的新方法。在pH 5.7的HAc-NaAc的缓冲溶液中,Cr3+,Cu2+与铬天青S(CAS)和溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)可分别形成蓝色三元络合物。其摩尔吸光系数分别为2.52×105 L·mol-1·cm-1和1.01×105 L·mol-1·cm-1。Cu2+和Cr3+的浓度分别在0.08～1.2 μg·mL-1和0.05～0.52 μg·mL-1范围内符合比尔定律,其检测限分别为0.014和0.013 μg·mL-1。此方法应用于环境水中Cr(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅱ)的同时测定,取得了满意的结果。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of the Heteropolymate Compound Na3H2[Ce3(H2O)18Bi2W22O76]·23H2O

A Bi(Ⅲ) contained heteropolymate compound Na3H2[Ce3(H2O)18Bi2W22O76] (23H2O 1 has been synthesized. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P with a = 14.370(3), b = 17.113(3), c = 24.764(5) A, α = 74.33(3), β = 77.20(3), γ = 65.29(3)o, V = 5285.3(18) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 6908.66, Dc = 4.341 g/cm3, F(000) = 6042, μ(MoKσ) = 28.543 mm-1, R = 0.0604 and wR = 0.1659 for 15788 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure analysis revealed that in the anionic framework of the title compound the [Bi2W22O76]14- anions are connected by Ce3+ and Na+ cations into a three dimensional network.     

海南捕鸟蛛毒素-Ⅲ的固相化学合成和氧化复性

应用芴甲氧羰基(Fmoc)固相化学合成了海南捕鸟蛛毒素-Ⅲ,并优化了其最佳氧化复性条件。最佳的氧化复性条件为pH 7.5的重蒸水溶液体系,样品质量浓度为0.1 g/L,还原型谷胱甘肽和氧化型谷胱甘肽的浓度分别为 1.0 mmol/L和0.1 mmol/L、L-Arg浓度为1.0 mol/L。复性产物经质谱测定其相对分子质量为3607.68;与天然毒素等量混合后用高效液相色谱分析得到单一峰;膈神经-膈肌标本生理实验结果表明,合成的毒素具有与天然毒素相同的生物学活性,从而可确定二者在结构与功能上具有一致性。     

As（Ⅲ）和As（V）与牛血清白蛋白的结合平衡研究

在模拟动物体生理条件下,研究As（Ⅲ）和As（V）与牛血清白蛋白（BSA）的相互作用．用氢化物发生．超低温捕集塬子吸收分光光度法测定平衡透析后As（Ⅲ）或As（V）的浓度,用Scatchard方法分别处理实验数据,确定结合部位和结合常数．发现当As（Ⅲ）浓度（CAs（Ⅲ）：CBsA≤1：1）较低时,在BSA中有1．3个强结合部位,结合常数为1．7×10^6,为强结合;当As（Ⅲ）的浓度（cAs（Ⅲ）：cBSA≥2：1）较高时,没有明显的特征结合点,表现为弱结合．而As（V）与BSA无任何结合作用．     

偶氮胂Ⅲ—Ba(Ⅱ)共振散射光谱法测定人血清蛋白

在pH 3.0~3.8的BR缓冲溶液中,偶氮胂Ⅲ-Ba(Ⅱ)与蛋白质结合形成复合物,导致体系的共振散射信号增强,据此建立了蛋白质测定的共振散射光谱法。结果表明,在优化的实验条件下,牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的线性范围为0~1.0 mg/L,检出限为21.4μg/L;将该法用于人血清中蛋白质的测定,与医院测定结果基本一致;方法的批内精密度为2.8%(n=6),批间精密度为3.5%(n=6),回收率为96.0%~100.0%。     

Ag(Ⅲ)配合物-鲁米诺化学发光体系用于文拉法辛的测定

Hydrothermal Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Properties of a Lanthanum(Ⅲ) Complex Based on a N,O-Donor Ligand

A novel metal-organic complex [La(o-NCP)3]n(o-HNCP = 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)imidazo(4,5- f)(1,10)-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.898(2), b = 16.193(3), c = 16.909(3) , α = 67.68(3), β = 80.85(3), γ = 78.78(3)o, V = 2448.2(8) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 1156.9, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 1164, GOOF = 1.065, the final R = 0.051 and wR = 0.123 for 8539 observed reflections with I 2A(I). The complex exhibits a one-dimensional double chain structure. The adjacent chains are further connected by N–H...N hydrogen bonds which help to form a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture. Furthermore, the complex exhibits excellent thermal stability and luminescent property.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Luminescent Property of an Eu~(3+) Complex

A new Eu(Ⅲ) complex, {[Eu(tta)2(C2H5OH)(NO3)]2(bmp)}·bmp(tta = 2-thenoyltrifluoro- acetonate, bmp = 2,2'-bipyrimidine), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, luminescence and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group, with a = 11.894(6), b = 14.235(8), c = 19.078(10) , β = 103.423(9)o, V = 3142(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 1721.10, Dc = 1.819 g/cm3, F(000) = 1696, the final R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.1398 for 5375 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In the complex, each Eu(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two tta ligands and two nitrogen atoms from a bmp ligand, three oxygen atoms from one NO3- anion and one ethanol molecule, forming a distorted tricapped trigonal prism geometry. Luminescence measurement indicates that the europium complex is a strong red emitter in the solid state at room temperature.
