Synthesis and characterization of several new anomerically pure galactose derivatives, based on simple and effective protective group manipulations of benzyl β-d-galactopyranoside, are reported. The monosaccharides described contain selectively protected/deprotected hydroxyl functionalities at their 1,2,3,4- and 6-positions rendering them useful as building blocks for construction of branched oligosaccharides.  相似文献

A study on the ductile deformation domain of the brittle fault in the shallow level ofthe crust is a new probe field for the modern structural geology. Taking the southern Jiang-su Province area as an example the orientation measurement of quartz crystals, the com-positional texture observation of three pressure sensitive minerals and the rheological param-eter determination of dislocation densities, etc. have been demonstrated and analysed basedon typical samples in the present paper. In addition, their generation mechanisms arealso discussed from the cataclastic rheology, the dynamic differentiation and the simpleshearing, specially, from the Ode strength theory. Finally, a generative relationship betweenthe ductile deformation domain of the brittle fault system, in the regional layer--slip andthe formation of the stratabound ore deposit is shown as well.  相似文献

A numerical study of solidification of gallium in a closed cavity is presented and the influence of natural convection on phase change is investigated.

The mathematical formulation is based on the enthalpy-porosity method, while the equations are discretized on a fixed grid by means of a finite volume technique. Advancing in time is obtained using the SIMPLE algorithm, while the solution of the elliptic equation for pressure correction is obtained by means of a preconditioned BI-CGStab method.

As a test case a square cavity with Ra ranging from 4.68 × 103 to 9.36 × 105 is adopted. Results will be presented in terms of streamlines, isotherms, solid-liquid interface position and Nu and compared, when possible with available data.  相似文献

The surface of cyclo-olefin polymer (COP) was treated with vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) light at 172 nm wavelength to improve the wettability and adhesion properties. Through VUV treatment in air, the terminal groups of the COP surface were oxidized into oxygen functional groups, containing CO, CO, and COO components, making the COP surface hydrophilic. The extent of oxygenation was evaluated by XPS and FTIR-ATR spectra, and it was shown that the surface properties, hydrophilicity, and functionalization were dependent on both VUV irradiation distance and irradiation time, which have an effect on the concentration of oxygen functional groups. VUV-light treatment with a short irradiation distance was more effective in introducing oxygen functional groups.  相似文献

There are 281 subgroups of index 4 for the 17 types of 2-dimension space groups: p1:7, p2:31, pm:19, pg:7, cm:11, p2mm:67, p2mg:23, p2gg:11, c2mm:31, p4:11, p4mm:31, p4gm:11, p3:4, p3m1:4, p31m:4, p6:4, p6mm:5. Every subgroup has been identified by its conventional cell disposition with respect to the conventional cell of the starting group. These subgroups may be arranged in 96 automorphism classes and 184 conjugation classes according to their starting groups.  相似文献

Using deformation theory, Braverman and Joseph constructed certain primitive ideals in the enveloping algebras of the simple Lie algebras. Except in the case sl(2,C)sl(2,C), there is a special value of the deformation parameter giving an ideal of infinite codimension. For the classical Lie algebras, the uniqueness of the special value is equivalent to the existence of tensors with very particular properties. The existence of these tensors was concluded abstractly by Braverman and Joseph but here we present explicit formulae. This allows a rather direct computation of the special value of the deformation parameter.  相似文献

Time-dependent expectation values and correlation functions for many-body quantum systems are evaluated by means of a unified variational principle. It optimizes a generating functional depending on sources associated with the observables of interest. It is built by imposing through Lagrange multipliers constraints that account for the initial state (at equilibrium or off equilibrium) and for the backward Heisenberg evolution of the observables. The trial objects are respectively akin to a density operator and to an operator involving the observables of interest and the sources. We work out here the case where trial spaces constitute Lie groups. This choice reduces the original degrees of freedom to those of the underlying Lie algebra, consisting of simple observables; the resulting objects are labeled by the indices of a basis of this algebra. Explicit results are obtained by expanding in powers of the sources. Zeroth and first orders provide thermodynamic quantities and expectation values in the form of mean-field approximations, with dynamical equations having a classical Lie–Poisson structure. At second order, the variational expression for two-time correlation functions separates–as does its exact counterpart–the approximate dynamics of the observables from the approximate correlations in the initial state. Two building blocks are involved: (i) a commutation matrix which stems from the structure constants of the Lie algebra; and (ii) the second-derivative matrix of a free-energy function. The diagonalization of both matrices, required for practical calculations, is worked out, in a way analogous to the standard RPA. The ensuing structure of the variational formulae is the same as for a system of non-interacting bosons (or of harmonic oscillators) plus, at non-zero temperature, classical Gaussian variables. This property is explained by mapping the original Lie algebra onto a simpler Lie algebra. The results, valid for any trial Lie group, fulfill consistency properties and encompass several special cases: linear responses, static and time-dependent fluctuations, zero- and high-temperature limits, static and dynamic stability of small deviations.  相似文献

We prove four theorems about groups with a dihedral (or cyclic) image containing a difference set. For the first two, suppose G, a group of order 2p with p an odd prime, contains a nontrivial (v, k, ) difference set D with order n = k – prime to p and self-conjugate modulo p. If G has an image of order p, then 0 2a + 2 for a unique choice of = ±1, and for a = (k – )/2p. If G has an image of order 2p, then and ( – 1)/( – 1). There are further constraints on n, a and . We give examples in which these theorems imply no difference set can exist in a group of a specified order, including filling in some entries in Smith's extension to nonabelian groups of Lander's tables. A similar theorem covers the case when p|n. Finally, we show that if G contains a nontrivial (v, k, ) difference set D and has a dihedral image D 2m with either (n, m) = 1 or m = p t for p an odd prime dividing n, then one of the C 2 intersection numbers of D is divisible by m. Again, this gives some non-existence results.  相似文献

We introduce a class of set-functions on the set of natural numbers, which are called super-measures. Super-measures are then utilized to characterize a certain class of topological measures (previously called quasi-measures, see below) which arises naturally. The members of this class of topological measures are called finitely defined, and are shown to be dense in the set of all topological measures.
