用近红外无损肌氧及运动心率检测技术评定100 m极量强度运动对心脏冲击影响

利用连续双波长近红外光技术测量肌肉中血红蛋白含氧量的变化情况,同时应用运动心率无线实时采集设备,设计了检测实时肌肉组织血氧含量和瞬时心率实验方案,对6名健康男性进行了100 m跑同步实测实验。实验表明,肌肉组织氧合血红蛋白浓度在100 m跑结束后继续降低,达到最低值的时刻滞后于运动结束时刻的时间为(6.65±1.10)s;心率则在运动结束后继续上升,达到最高值的时刻滞后于运动结束时刻的时间为(8.00±1.57)s。这些结果显示了双波长近红外光组织氧测试技术和运动心率无线实时采集系统能够正确检测极量强度运动时的血氧参数和心率,揭示了极量强度运动过程中肌肉中氧运输与消耗的过程及其与心率之间的动力学特征。     

Effects of swimming associated with risedronate in osteopenic bones: An experimental study with ovariectomized rats

Physical activity and risedronate sodium have effects on metabolic bone diseases, maintaining the integrity of bone tissue. Our objective was to evaluate the effects of swimming associated with risedronate as a prophylactic means in osteopenic bone of ovariectomized rats. A total of 24 animals of the Wistar strain were used and separated into four groups containing six animals: Ovariectomy (OVX), ovariectomy and swimming (OVXS), ovariectomy and risedronate (OVXM), ovariectomy, risedronate and swimming (OVXMS). The effectiveness of the treatments were evaluated using the tibia by means of biomechanical, radiographic, histomorphometric analyzes. Statistical analysis was performed by the non-parametric Kruskal–Wallis test (p < 0.05). The OVXM and OVXMS groups showed higher values ​​compared to OVX in maximum strength and rigidity. Microscopic analysis showed increased trabecular bone in the OVXM group in relation to the others, and in the OVXMS compared to OVXS. Proximal densitometry in the OVXM and OVXMS groups showed higher values than the OVX and OVXS groups. There were no significant differences in overall densitometry. In conclusion, when comparing the prophylactic means, risedronate was able to preserve bone mass significantly, unlike exercise where an improvement of bone tissue was observed, although not significant, and when swimming and risedronate are combined the result was even better.     

The early exercise region for Bermudan options on two underlyings

This paper investigates the early exercise region for Bermudan options on two underlying assets. We present a set of analytical validation results for the early exercise region which can be used as a means of validating pricing techniques. When all strike prices are identical we show the existence of an intersection point such that for any asset price pair below this point early exercise is always optimal. We develop an approximation to this point in the two asset put case. When the strike prices are not all equal, we show that three separate cases exist for the early exercise region. For a Bermudan put on two assets we present these cases and show that there exists a critical point in which the boundaries of the two asset early exercise region bifurcate. Comparisons are drawn between the Bermudan results presented and the corresponding American option results.     

The determination of organochlorine compounds and petroleum hydrocarbons in a seaweed sample: results of a world-wide intercomparison exercise

A seaweed sample (Fucus sp.) was prepared, homogenised and distributed to laboratories worldwide as the IAEA-140 intercomparison material for the analysis of organochlorine compounds and petroleum hydrocarbons. A total of 80 laboratories from 51 countries reported results for this sample. The data sets reported by laboratories were evaluated statistically and the mean concentration values could be computed with 95% confidence limits for a large number of analytes. The accuracy of the analytical performance of each laboratory has been introduced by using Z-scores. The spread of results reported generally indicates that the accurate determination of many persistent organic pollutants, such as hexachlorobenzene, lindane, Aroclors or fluoranthene, is still difficult for many laboratories. The final results of this intercomparison exercise enable individual participants to assess their performance and, where necessary, to introduce appropriate modifications in their analytical procedures. Furthermore, as a series of statistical criteria was fulfilled for a number of compounds, the sample IAEA-140 can now be used as a reference material for quality control in the determination of chlorinated compounds and petroleum hydrocarbons in environmental samples.     

运动对去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢的影响

用测定骨元素含量的方法，分析了运动对正常大鼠和切除双侧卵巢后的大鼠骨元素代谢的影响。将健康4个月龄雌性SD大鼠44只随机分成5组：（1）非去势非运动组；（2）非去势＋运动组；（3）假去势非运动组；（4）去势非运动组；（5）去势＋运动组。运动组用大鼠专用跑台中等运动强度训练，持续10周。结果表明，去卵巢大鼠骨Ca,Mg,S,Mn,Zn等含量显著降低，P含量显著增加。运动训练可使去卵巢大鼠降低的骨Ca,Mg,S,Mn,Zn等含量显著回升，骨P含量显著回降。提示中等强度运动训练可对抗由于去卵巢所引起的骨元素代谢紊乱。     

循证护理模式对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者康复锻炼遵从性的影响

目的探讨了循证护理模式对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者康复锻炼遵从性的影响。方法选取在武汉科技大学附属孝感医院接受治疗的63例关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者,随机分为观察组32例,对照组31例,对照组行常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,比较两组护理前后康复锻炼总遵从率。结果护理后对照组总遵从率为77.42%,观察组为100%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者行循证护理,可有效提高患者康复锻炼遵从性。

化学学科核心素养在高中教材习题中的表现—以人教版教材为例

教材习题是落实新课标倡导的基于化学学科核心素养进行评价的重要载体。以化学学科核心素养的水平划分和学业质量水平为依据,分析人教版高中必修化学教材课后习题考查的核心素养及其水平。结果表明,2007年版和2019年版教材均注重全面考查核心素养和对基础性的考查,突出考查宏观辨识与微观探析素养,突出化学本质;但2019年版教材习题在数量上有所减少,加强了科学思维和科学实践的考查,合理拓展了核心素养考查的广度和深度。最后,依据习题特征获得相应的教学启示,以促进学生核心素养的发展。
