为改进Fuzzy HX环的结果,使之包含Fuzzy商环,提出了弱Fuzzy HX环的概念,研究了它的性质与结构,并重新讨论了拟Fuzzy商环,证明了在正则条件下拟Fuzzy商环与弱Fuzzy HX环的统一性：同时也得到了一致弱Fuzzy HX环与普通Fuzzy商环的关系。     

The chemistry of fluorine containing phosphaalkenes, arsaalkenes and selenocarbonyls

This review covers our extensive research activities in the area of fluorine containing phospha- and arsaalkenes as well as selenocarbonyls, which differ considerably in their properties and reactivities from their alkyl and aryl counterparts and thus contribute in a gratifying manner to the still growing field of unsaturated element-carbon compounds of 3rd and 4th row main group elements E. Of particular interest is the influence of the fluorine substituents and other small groups (OR, NR₂) with either inductive and/or mesomeric effects on the polarity and reactivity of the EC bond. Addition reactions of proton acidic and hydridic polar HX reactants as well as [2+2], [3+2] and [4+2] cycloadditions have been thoroughly studied. The results obtained allow a classification of the EC systems within five different types, A to E, and prove a change from “normal” to “inverse” heteroalkenes in this sequence. The ligand properties of some derivatives have also been investigated in some detail.

Analysis of Cu segregation to oxide–metal interface of Ni‐based alloy in a metal‐dusting environment

Hard X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HX‐PES) has been realized using high‐brilliance synchrotron radiation. High‐energy photon excitation enables us to probe photoelectrons with larger escape depth compared to conventional PES. This allows us to conduct, without destruction, a study of the embedded interface of materials as the oxide‐ metal interface. We apply HX‐PES to investigate for Cu segregation in the oxide–metal interface during metal‐dusting corrosion. The effective concentration of Cu in the segregation was estimated a few times higher than the bulk concentration. These results on the interface layer can explain the variation in the corrosion resistance. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

where _p(s)=|s|^p−2s,p>1. We show that it has at least one or two positive solutions under some assumptions by applying the fixed point theorem. The interesting points are that the nonlinear term f is involved with the first-order derivative explicitly and f may change sign.     

幂环的结构与分类

完整地研究了各种幂环的结构及它们之间的关系. 对幂环进行了分类, 并构造了各类的子环列和理想列.     

基于样条函数的高精度电子秤设计

通过对已有的各种电子秤的分析,从硬件和软件两个方面,提出提高电子秤测量精度的方法。硬件上采用专门为高精度设计的24位A/D转换芯片HX711,该芯片具有分辨率高、线性度好、功耗低等优点,特别适合低频高精度的应用场合。软件上引入样条函数,用光滑的参数曲线段逼近折线多边形,实现对非线性称重关系特性曲线的拟合和自校准,达到减小误差的目的。最后通过实验证明了该方法的有效性。     

The positive charging effect of dielectric films irradiated by a focused electron beam

Space charge and surface potential profiles are investigated with numerical simulation for dielectric films of SiO₂ positively charged by a focused electron beam. By combining the Monte Carlo method and the finite difference method, the simulation is preformed with a newly developed comprehensive two-dimensional model including electron scattering, charge transport and trapping. Results show that the space charge is distributed positively, like a semi-ellipsoid, within a high-density region of electrons and holes, but negatively outside the region due to electron diffusion along the radial and beam incident directions. Simultaneously, peak positions of the positive and negative space charge densities shift outwards or downwards with electron beam irradiation. The surface potential, along the radial direction, has a nearly flat-top around the center, abruptly decreases to negative values outside the high-density region and finally increases to zero gradually. Influences of electron beam and film parameters on the surface potential profile in the equilibrium state are also shown and analyzed. Furthermore, the variation of secondary electron signal of a large-scale integration sample positively charged in scanning electron microscopic observation is simulated and validated by experiment.
