Densities of four aqueous NaNO3 solutions (0.100, 0.303, 0.580, 0.892 mol-kg–1 H2O) have been measured in the liquid phase with a constant-volume piezometer immersed in a precision liquid thermostat. Measurements were made at ten isotherms between 292 and 573 K. The range of pressure was 0.1–30 MPa. The total uncertainty of density, pressure, temperature, and concentration measurements were estimated to be less than 0.06%, 0.05%, 10 mK, and 0.014%, respectively. Values of saturated densities were determined by extrapolating experimental P- data to the vapor pressure at fixed temperature and composition. Apparent molar volumes were derived using measured values of density for the solutions and for pure water. The apparent molar volumes were extrapolated to zero concentration to yield partial molar volumes at infinite dilution. The temperature, pressure, and concentration dependence of partial and apparent molar volumes were studied. The measured values of density and apparent and partial molar volume were compared with data reported in the literature.  相似文献

We present the search for a new model of -factor XIIa, a blood coagulation enzyme, with an unknown experimental 3D-structure. We decided to build not one but three different models using different homologous proteins as well as different techniques and different modellers. Additional studies, including extensive molecular dynamics simulations on the solvated state, allowed us to draw several conclusions concerning homology modelling, in general, and -factor XIIa, in particular.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation are used to study the properties of gemini surfactant of ethyl-α,ω-bis(dodecyldimethylammonium bromide) (C12C2C12) and dodecyl-trimethylammonium bromide (DTAB) at the air/water interface, respectively. In the two systems,t he surfactant concentrations are both 28 wt.%, and other conditions are also the same. After reaching the thermodynamic equilibrium, the concentration profiles, the radial distributions functions (RDF) and the mean squared displacement (MSD) are investigated. The results reveal that the surface activity of C12C2C12 surfactant is higher than DTAB surfactant.  相似文献

The effects of radiofrequency (RF) (1–4) and magnetic fields (5–9) on the behavior of aqueous solutions and suspensions have been a popular subject in recent years. The mechanism of the magnetic “water memory” effect, though, is still largely unknown (5). In this work, we present evidence that the primary “receptor” of the electromagnetic radiation is a gas/liquid interface. Gas can be either already present in water or produced by the effects of electromagnetic fields. Perturbed gas/liquid interfaces require hours to equilibrate. Certain RF and magnetic signals also produce reactive oxygen and hydrogen species (superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen, atomic hydrogen). The perturbed gas/liquid interface modifies the hydrogen bonding networks in water and also the hydration of ions and interfaces. Careful outgassing removes all of the effects of the electromagnetic fields, including the magnetic memory effect. The amplitude of the applied field influences the observed effects. Different amplitudes of RF radiation perturb the interfacial water in different ways and consequently affect the behavior of colloids and ions in specific manners. For instance, the bulk and template precipitation of calcium carbonate, zeta potentials of suspended colloids, rate of dissolution of colloidal silica, and attachment of colloidal silica to metal surfaces are modified in specific ways with the low amplitude or high amplitude RF treatments described in this paper. The solubility/diffusivity of gas species is also modified in a different manner, and it is probably at the core of the specificity of the RF amplitude effects.  相似文献

Anatase nanocrystals were precipitated mainly at the surface of the silica-titania gel films with hot water treatment, whereas the addition of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) in the films led to the dispersion of anatase nanocrystals in the whole of the films after the treatment. Both films with and without PEG showed high photocatalytic activities for acetaldehyde, NO x and stearic acid in the gas-solid system, and for methylene blue and potassium iodide in the liquid-solid system. The addition of PEG improved the photocatalytic activities of the resultant films due to the smaller anatase crystallites and the porous film structure. The residual silica under-layer of the superficially anatase-precipitated films is expected to act as a protective one for an organic polymer substrate against the photocatalytic degradation.  相似文献

The first and second adsorption–desorption isotherms of water vapor on a new mesoporous material derived from kanemite have been measured. The isotherms show unusual type V isotherms and large hysteresis. The type V isotherms, which have never been observed for the other adsorbates, suggest that the mesoporous material has a hydrophobic surface, although the hydrophobicity decreased after treatment with water vapor because of rehydration of the surface. The significantly large hysteresis could be explained by the difference in contact angle between adsorption and desorption.  相似文献

 以镁铝尖晶石为载体,以过渡金属氧化物为助剂,用吸附γ-Fe2O3胶体法制备了负载型无铬铁基变换催化剂.TEM,XRD,BET和活性测试结果表明,采用胶体负载法制备的变换催化剂,其活性组分Fe3O4以分立的超细微颗粒分布在镁铝尖晶石载体表面上,颗粒之间存在一定的间隔.过渡金属氧化物NiO或V2O5能够进入Fe3O4晶格形成固溶体,起到代替氧化铬的作用,提高催化活性.负载型催化剂FeNi/MgAl2O4(m(NiO)/m(Fe2O3)=3%)在汽/气比为1和空速为2000h-1的反应条件下,CO转化率在400和350℃时分别为95%和80%;在高空速和低汽/气比条件下也具有很好的催化性能.稳定性实验结果表明,该催化剂 具有良好的热稳定性和一定的抗硫能力.与非负载型催化剂相比,负载型催化剂具有更为优越的催化性能.  相似文献

本文研究了以玻碳电极为基体的1:12硅钼杂多酸根(SiMo_(12)O_(40)~(4-)简称12-MSA)修饰电极的制备及其电化学行为,将12-MSA电极应用于线性扫描伏安法测定天然水中可溶性硅酸盐,结果满意.硅浓度在8.0×10~(-7)~1.7×10~(-3)mol/L,相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.85%,加标回收率为98.2%~103.6%,SiMo_(12)电极具有优良的选择性和稳定性。  相似文献
