This article gives a new interpretation of the virtual braid group in terms of a strict monoidal category SC that is freely generated by one object and three morphisms, two of the morphisms corresponding to basic pure virtual braids and one morphism corresponding to a transposition in the symmetric group. This point of view makes many relationships between the virtual braid group and the pure virtual braid group apparent, and makes representations of the virtual braid groups and pure virtual braid groups via solutions to the algebraic Yang–Baxter Equation equally transparent. In this categorical framework, the virtual braid group has nothing to do with the plane and nothing to do with virtual crossings. We review recent progress on all‐optical virtual‐private‐network (VPN) schemes in passive optical networks (PONs). PON is a promising candidate in future access areas to provide broadband services with low cost. With all‐optical virtual private network (VPN) function, PON can support efficient internetworking among end users with dedicated optical channels, thus enabling guaranteed bandwidth and enhanced security at the physical layer. Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was used as a virtual stationary phase to separate p‐xylene, benzyl alcohol, and p‐methylphenol by the chromatographic NMR technique. The effects of concentration and weight‐average molecular weight (Mw) of PVP, solvent viscosity, solvent polarity, and sample temperature on the resolution of these components were investigated. It was found that both higher PVP concentration and higher PVP Mw caused the increase of diffusion resolution for the three components. Moreover, the diffusion resolution did not change at viscosity‐higher solvents. Moreover, the three components showed different resolution at different solvents. As temperature increased, the diffusion resolution between p‐xylene and benzyl alcohol gradually increased, and the one between p‐xylene and p‐methylphenol slightly increased from 278 to 298 K and then decreased above 298 K. It was also found that the polarity of the analytes played an important role for the separation by affecting the diffusion coefficient. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

We used nearest‐neighbor searches in chemical space to improve the activity of the antimicrobial peptide dendrimer (AMPD) G3KL and identified dendrimer T7 , which has an expanded activity range against Gram‐negative pathogenic bacteria including Klebsiellae pneumoniae, increased serum stability, and promising activity in an in vivo infection model against a multidrug‐resistant strain of Acinetobacter baumannii. Imaging, spectroscopic studies, and a structural model from molecular dynamics simulations suggest that T7 acts through membrane disruption. These experiments provide the first example of using virtual screening in the field of dendrimers and show that dendrimer size does not limit the activity of AMPDs. 相似文献

To date there has been only one test for local reality which used fermions. Lamehi-Rachti and Mittig measured correlated protons with a recoil polarimeter at Saclay. We discuss this experiment and survey the published criticism. We then propose an experiment involving a 500 MeV electron beam on a 3He target. The two protons in the 3He nucleus originally have their spins anti-aligned. The spins of the ejected protons can be measured with a recoil polarimeter and the correlation function obtained, which will be a good test of Local Reality and Bell's inequality. 相似文献

The Kirchhoff charge model is a viable method of generating inexpensive and electrostatically reasonable atomic charges for molecular mechanical force fields. The charging method uses a computationally fast algorithm based on the principle of electronegativity relaxation. Parameters of the method, orbital electronegativities and hardnesses, are fitted to reproduce reference, ab initio calculated dipole and quadrupole moments of a representative training set of neutral and charged organic molecules covering most medicinal chemistry relevant bonding situations. Transferability and accuracy of the derived parameters are confirmed on an external test set. Comparisons to other charge models are made. Implementation of the new Kirchhoff charges into a virtual screening engine is elucidated. 相似文献

由于PXI设备的灵活性,在访问过程中需要用户参与到配置过程中。为了方便用户,并增强PXI设备访问的安全性和准确性,避免系统因用户配置问题导致的功能异常,提出了一种基于VISA的以PXI设备串号为基础的设备访问方法。通过将PXI设备的串号信息固化在PXI设备的配置寄存器中,根据设备串号信息自动获得设备资源描述符,进而对设备进行访问。实际应用表明,该方法能够完成对PXI设备的访问,避免了用户的配置过程,实现了PXI设备资源的自动配置,增强了设备访问的安全性和准确性,具有良好的实际应用价值。 相似文献
