随着经济全球化的发展,知识密集型服务业(KIBS)越来越受到学术界的关注。本文研究员工的风险偏好对KIBS员工合作与冲突行为的影响演化规律,目的在于为KIBS的管理决策提供支持。为了发现风险偏好对员工合作与冲突行为的影响,设计效用函数,并建立了风险规避和风险中性下KIBS员工合作与冲突行为决策模型,给出了KIBS员工在不同风险假定下的最优行为决策,对风险规避员工组织应当给予适度的激励,这样能够提高员工的合作程度。之后使用MATLAB2010进行模拟,并使用EXCEL对数据进行分析,发现:(1)风险偏好程度不同对员工的决策行为的影响程度不同;(2)对于员工应该给予适当的激励措施,以便提高员工的合作程度;(3)当任务的工作量达到一定程度,应当增加的是员工的固定收益而不是激励程度。 相似文献

Global cooperation becomes more and more important in times of increased environmental awareness. However, exploiting out-group members allows ethnocentrism to be advantageous over global cooperation. The debate on which strategy, global cooperation or ethnocentrism, is more likely to persist with the increasing trend of globalization, is ongoing from the evolutionary perspective. To shed some light on this issue, we explore the influences of global migration and leadership on the emergence of global cooperation and ethnocentrism. It is found that global migration can enhance ethnocentrism while has little effect on global cooperation. Interestingly, the enforcement of leadership, under which leaders punish defectors, can facilitate global cooperation such that it accounts for a higher fraction than ethnocentrism in equilibrium state. 相似文献

We investigate the impact of memory effect on the evolution of cooperation in the spatial prisoner's dilemma game, in which each player will record his own strategies during the previous M game rounds (here, M is also named as the memory length). At each time step, each individual will update his current strategy according to the Fermi-like probability which will be multiplied by a pre-factor, and this factor will be correlated with the fraction of previous strategy states identical with the individual strategy to be updated. The numerical simulation results demonstrate that the memory length will largely influence the cooperation level at the stationary state, and it is clearly shown that the intermediate value of M will optimally favor the emergence of cooperation and the dynamical evolution, and characteristic patterns also support these conclusions. In addition, we depict the full cooperation phase diagrams and find that the cooperation region will be broadened under the case of moderate M values. The current results also indicate that the limited memory may be enough for us to design the effective promotion mechanism and further understand the emergency of cooperation taking place upon many networked populations. 相似文献

We investigate cooperative behaviors of lattice-embeddedscale-free networking agents in the prisoner's dilemma game model byemploying two initial strategy distribution mechanisms, which are specificdistribution to the most connected sites (hubs) and random distribution. Ourstudy indicates that the game dynamics crucially depends on the underlyingspatial network structure with different strategy distribution mechanism.The cooperators' specific distribution contributes to an enhanced level ofcooperation in the system compared with random one, and cooperation isrobust to cooperators' specific distribution but fragile to defectors' specific distribution. Especially, unlike the specific case, increasing heterogeneity of network does not always favor the emergence of cooperation under random mechanism. With 5G (Fifth generation) cellular communications, systems have to be able to cope with a massive increase of mobile devices and services and simultaneously improve the system’s spectral efficiency, as well as dealing with high interference levels. Base Station (BS) cooperation architectures jointly with block transmission techniques, such as OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) for the downlink and SC-FDE (Single-Carrier with Frequency-Domain Equalization) for the uplink, are proven to be suitable for broadband wireless transmission systems. In BS cooperation systems MTs (Mobile Terminals) in adjacent cells share the same physical channel allowing the reducing of the frequency reuse and improving the spectral efficiency of cellular systems. In this paper we present a set of multiuser detection techniques for the uplink transmission in clustered architectures based on the C-RAN (Centralized-Radio Access Network) concept. We consider BS cooperation systems employing a universal frequency reuse approach. Our performance results demonstrate that by employing clustered techniques for the detection procedure it is possible to reduce substantially the signal processing complexity and the side information that must be transmitted by the backhaul structure. 相似文献

We investigate the evolutionary prisoner's dilemma game in structured populations by introducing dimers, which are defined as that two players in each dimer always hold a same strategy. We find that influences of dimers on cooperation depend on the type of dimers and the population structure. For those dimers in which players interact with each other, the cooperation level increases with the number of dimers though the cooperation improvement level
depends on the type of network structures. On the other hand, the dimers, in which there are not mutual interactions, will not do any good to the cooperation level in a single community, but interestingly, will improve the cooperation level in a population with two communities. We explore the relationship between dimers and self-interactions and find that the effects of dimers are similar to that of self-interactions. Also, we find that the dimers, which are established over two communities in a multi-community network, act as one type of interaction through which information between communities is communicated by the requirement that two players in a dimer hold a same strategy. 相似文献

We study the emergence of cooperation in an environment where players in prisoner's dilemma game (PDG) not only update their strategies but also change their interaction relations. Different from previous studies in which players update their strategies according to the imitation rule, in this article, the strategies are updated with limited foresight. We find that two absorbing states—full cooperation and full defection—can be reached, assuming that players can delete interaction relations unilaterally, but new relations can only be created with the mutual consent of both partners. Simulation experiments show that high levels of cooperation in large populations can be achieved when the temptation to defect in PDG is low. Moreover, we explore the factors which influence the level of cooperation.
