Synthesis,alkylation, and molecular and crystal structure ofN-methylmorpholinium 6-amino-3,5-dicyano-1,4-dihydropyridine-4-spirocyclohexane-2-thiolate

The reaction of cyano(cyclohexylidene)thioacetamide with cyanothioacetamide or malononitrile andN-methylmorpholine yieldsN-methylmorpholinium 6-amino-3,5-dicyano-1,4-dihydropyridine-4-spirocyclohexane-2-thiolate. Interconnection between the Structures and Sorption Characteristics of Mesophase Materials of MCM-41 Type Containing Alkylpyridines

Under the conditions studied for the synthesis of mesophase materials with alkylpyridinium halides an increase in the density of packing of these molecules in the encapsulated micelles was observed with an increase in the length of the alkyl radicals. The difference in the density of packing of these surface active reagents (SAR) depended to a considerable extent on the perfection of the hexagonal structure and the characteristic absorption properties of the mesophase materials of MCM-41 type.     

Synthesis and structure of novel derivatives of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine. An unusual product of intramolecular cycloaddition of 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbonitrile oxide

9-Methyl-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocino[4,5-c]isoxazole and 9-hydroxyimino-2-methyl-7-methylene-6, 7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocine have been prepared for the first time by the oxidation of 2--alkenylthio-3-thiophenecarbaldoximes with NaOCl. X-ray structural investigations of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine and 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbaldoxime have been carried out.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. N-Amino Derivatives of Condensed Imidazole Systems

The previously unknown 1-amino- and 3-aminonaphtho[1,2-d]imidazoles, 1-aminonaphtho[2,3-d]imidazole, 1-aminophenanthro[9,10-d]imidazole and the N-amino-N'-methylimidazolium picrates corresponding to them have been obtained by direct amination of a series of condensed imidazoles with O-picrylhydroxylamine. An X-ray structural investigation of 1-amino-3-methylnaphtho[1,2-d]imidazolium picrate showed that, in difference to 1-aminobenzimidazolium salts, a conformation exists in it in which the hydrogen atoms of the N-NH₂ group are directed to the side of the meso carbon atom.     

On Aging of Acid-Catalyzed Silica Sols—A Dynamic Light Scattering Study

Dynamic light scattering experiments in acid-catalyzed silica sols are discussed. It is shown that in spite of limited parameter accuracy and limited absolute knowledge of the particle sizes, the scattering data from various experiments are comparable with one another and give information about structural differences. Measurements at various angles indicate changes between non-spherical and nearly spherical particles and allow the estimation of gelling times before gelation.     

快速响应的温敏性聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)水凝胶 Ⅰ.以CaCO_3为成孔剂制备方法、表征及动力学研究

以不同粒径的CaCO3粒子为成孔剂 ,合成了快速响应的温敏性聚 (N 异丙基丙烯酰胺 ) (PNIPA)水凝胶 .利用扫描电镜观察到水凝胶具有特殊的孔状结构 ,得到水凝胶的孔径大小为几十微米左右 .动力学研究表明 ,该水凝胶在温敏膨胀或收缩时 ,具有快速的响应速率 ,在 10min内的失水率可达 90 % .比较了干凝胶和4 0℃下失水后的凝胶两种不同状态下水凝胶的膨胀曲线 ,发现两者的溶胀动力学曲线明显不同 ,前者的曲线有拐点 .同时发现与失水收缩速率相比 ,水凝胶具有较慢的吸水膨胀速率 .     

芳香族热致液晶聚（对羟基苯甲酸－对苯二甲酸双酚A酯）的流变性能

用Ｉｎｓｔｒｏｎ３２１１型毛细管流变仪研究了以对羟基苯甲酸（ＰＨＢ）、对苯二甲酸（ＴＰＡ）和双酚Ａ（ＢＰＡ）为单体合成的共聚芳酯液晶熔体的流变性能。结果表明，切变速率、熔体温度及ＰＨＢ链节含量对切粘度和结构粘度有很大的影响。切变速率在１０～１０３／Ｓ、温度２９５～３３０℃范围内，共聚酯粘流活化能△Ｅη为７４．５～２０５．１（ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ）。液晶熔体在剪切流中存在屈服应力τｏ，随温度升高τｏ值降低。在低温、低切变速率下，共聚酯熔体的弹性很小，甚至呈现挤出收缩现象。     

含L－氨基酸结构的手性液晶化合物的合成及其相变行为

合成了９种具Ｌ－氨基酸衍生物结构的介晶化合物（Ｉ－Ⅲ，Ⅳａｂ，Ⅴａ，ｂ，Ⅵａ，ｂ）、４种氨基酸衍生物（Ａ１－４）和６种介晶化合物（Ｍ１－６）．新化合物（Ⅰ－Ⅲ，Ⅳａ，ｂ，Ⅴａ，ｂ，Ⅵａ，ｂ，Ａ４，Ｍ３－６）的化学结构通过ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析证实；并用偏光显微观察和ＤＳＣ分析研究了其相变行为，结果表明有８种化合物（Ｍ３－６，Ⅵａ，ｂ，Ⅴｂ，Ⅵｂ）呈现液晶相变。测定了它们的比旋光度。通过Ｘ射线衍射研究了化合物Ⅵｈ１２０～１３０℃和Ⅵｂ１７０～１８０℃的近晶结构，Ⅵｂ显，Ⅵｂ呈。测定了化合物Ⅳｂ的电滞回线，证明其具铁电性。     

Evaporation behavior of water from aqueous dispersions of multihollow particles prepared by the stepwise alkali/acid method

In order to clarify the formation mechanism of multihollow structures inside styrene–methacrylic acid copolymer particles prepared by the stepwise alkali/acid method, which we proposed in 1990, the evaporation behavior of water from aqueous dispersions of the original carboxylated particles and those after the alkali treatment and the stepwise alkali/acid treatments was examined. It is concluded that the particle after the alkali treatment had a number of small water pools inside. Received: 22 February 2001 Accepted: 20 June 2001     

Photo-induced Charge Separation of p-Tricyanovinyl-N,N-Dialkylanilines

In this paper,p-tricyanovinyl-N,N-dialkylanilines were synthesized as model compounds and through their spectroscopic behavior,the photo-induced electron transfer,charge separation were discussed and the aggregation in DMSO-H_2O system was investigated.
