Summary UV spectra, dc polarograms, cyclic voltammetry and coulometry measurements of salicylaldehyde-4-(2-pyridyl)-3-thiosemicarbazone (H2
SPT) were recorded inBritton-Robinson buffer solutions ofpH 2–12. The dissociation constants of H2
SPT evaluated spectrophotometrically and potentiometrically in a 5% (v/v)DMF-water mixture are concordant. The dc-polarograms in solutions ofpH<8.5 exhibit a single 4-electron diffusion-controlled polarographic wave, whereas in solutions ofpH>8.5 two waves are observed. The cyclic voltammograms give a single cathodic peak in acidic and neutral solutions, whereas two cathodic peaks can be identified in alkaline ones. An electrode mechanism is proposed and discussed. The effect of temperature on the dissociation constants and the polarographic data was also investigated; the corresponding thermodynamic parameters were derived and are discussed.

Zusammenfassung UV-Spektroskopische, dc-polarographische, voltammetrische und coulometrische Messungen an Salicylaldehyd-4-(2-pyridyl)-3-thiosemicarbazon (H2 SPT) inBritton-Robinson-Pufferlösungen (pH 2–12) wurden durchgeführt. Die spektrophotometrisch und potentiometrisch ermittelten Dissoziationskonstanten von H2 SPT in 5% (v/v)DMF/Wasser stimmen überein. In Lösungen mit einempH-Wert unter 8.5 zeigen die dc-Polarogramme eine einzelne diffusionskontrollierte polarographische Welle (4e–), während in Lösungen mit einempH-Wert von über 8.5 zwei Wellen zu beobachten sind. Die cyclischen Voltammogramme weisen in sauren und neutralen Lösungen einen, in basischen Lösungen hingegen zwei kathodische Peaks auf. Ein Elektrodenmechanismus wird vorgeschlagen und diskutiert. Der Effekt der Temperatur auf die Dissoziationskonstanten und die polarographischen Ergebnisse wurde ebenfalls untersucht. 合成了新试剂对氨基苯亚甲基硫代若丹宁(ABTR),并用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析鉴定其结构。研究了ABTR与铅的显色反应,在pH3.8的HAc NaAc缓冲介质中,吐温80存在下,ABTR与铅反应生成2∶1稳定络合物,该络合物可被WatersSep PakC18小柱固相萃取,小柱上富集的络合物用乙醇洗脱后富集倍数可达50倍,在乙醇介质中,λmax=545nm,体系摩尔吸光系数ε=1.09×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铅量在0.05~4.0μg/mL内符合比尔定律,本法可用于环境水和食品样品中铅的测定。 相似文献

A novel, simple and environmentally friendly procedure for copper determination has been developed. The method is based on the formation of an ion associate of Cu(I) with 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-[5-(1,3,3-trimethyl-1,3-dihydroindol-2-ylidene)-penta-1,3-dienyl]-3H-indolium (DIDC) in the presence of chloride ions as ligand, followed by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) of the formed ion associate into organic phase and UV-Vis spectrophotometric detection. The following experimental conditions were used: pH 3, 0.24 mol L− 1 chloride ions, 0.06 mmol L− 1 DIDC. The effect of the nature of the extraction solvent, auxiliary solvent and disperser solvent used was studied. A mixture of amyl acetate, tetrachloromethane, and methanol in a 1:1:3 v/v/v ratio was selected for the DLLME procedure. The absorbance of the coloured extracts at 640 nm wavelength obeys Beer's law in the range 0.020-0.090 mg L− 1 of Cu. The limit of detection calculated from a blank test (n = 10) based on 3s is 0.005 mg L− 1 of Cu. The developed procedure was applied to the analysis of water samples. The suggested DLLME is compared with two procedures previously reported from our laboratory based on (1) conventional liquid-liquid extraction, and (2) sequential injection extraction performed in a dual-valve sequential injection system. Four simple and sensitive visible spectrophotometric methods (A-D) for the determination of nitrofurazone in bulk samples and pharmaceutical formulations are described. They are based on the formation of colored species by treating either its reduction product with 3-methylbenzothiazolin-2-one hydrazone in the presence of ferric chloride (method A: max 600 nm) or its hydrolysis product with thiobarbituric acid (method B: max 520 nm, 440 nm) or barbituric acid (method C: max 400 nm) or by oxidizing it with excess N-bromosuccinimide and determining the consumed NBS using metol-isonicotinic acid hydrazide (method D: max 620 nm). 相似文献

本文研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,钼(Ⅵ)与溴邻苯三酚红和碱性染料-乙基紫产生的协同显色反应。探讨了利用协同显色反应进行分光光度测定痕量钼的可能性。在乙酸介质中,钼(Ⅵ)与溴邻苯三酚红和乙基紫形成[EV]3[MoO2(BPR)]离子缔合型配合物,其吸收峰位于535nm,相应试剂(BPR+EV)的吸收峰则位于640nm。摩尔吸光系数e536=1.70×105L·mol-1·cm-1。双峰双波长法可使灵敏度倍增。Δε535~640=3.20×105L·mol-1。钼含量为0~0.16μg/mL时,吸光度遵守比尔定律。桑德尔灵敏度(S)为0.00057μg/cm2。反应具有较高的选择性,除锗、钛、钨、钒有较严重干扰以外,其它常见金属离子不干扰钼的显色。根据配合物的组成,推测了它的可能结构。 相似文献

Abstract A rapid second-derivative spectrophotometric assay procedure has been described for the determination of some benzenoid drugs in pharmaceutical dosage forms. Spectral interference from formulation excipients in simple uv spectrophotometric methods has been eliminated by the application of the proposed method. The different assay parameters, linearity and precision of the method have been assessed. The assay results obtained for eight batches of the pharmaceutical formulations of these drugs are in accord with the declared amounts. The high specificity, ease and simplicity offered by second-derivative spectrophotometry permit unit dose assay of these formulations. 相似文献
