Quantum Information of the Aharanov–Bohm Ring with Yukawa Interaction in the Presence of Disclination

We investigate quantum information by a theoretical measurement approach of an Aharanov–Bohm (AB) ring with Yukawa interaction in curved space with disclination. We obtained the so-called Shannon entropy through the eigenfunctions of the system. The quantum states considered come from Schrödinger theory with the AB field in the background of curved space. With this entropy, we can explore the quantum information at the position space and reciprocal space. Furthermore, we discussed how the magnetic field, the AB flux, and the topological defect influence the quantum states and the information entropy.     

基于1/f噪声的NPN晶体管辐照感生电荷的定量分离

本文针对NPN双极性晶体管, 在研究辐照感生的氧化层电荷及界面态对晶体管基极电流和1/f噪声的影响的基础上, 建立辐照感生氧化层电荷及界面态与基极电流和1/f噪声的定量物理模型. 根据所建立的模型, 提出一种新的分离方法, 利用1/f噪声和表面电流求出氧化层电荷密度, 利用所求得氧化层电荷密度和表面电流求出界面态密度. 利用本方法初步实现了辐照感生氧化层电荷及界面态的定量计算.

Existence and data dependence of fixed points for multivalued operators on gauge spaces

The purpose of this note is to present some fixed point and data dependence theorems in complete gauge spaces and in hyperconvex metric spaces for the so-called Meir-Keeler multivalued operators and admissible multivalued aα-contractions. Our results extend and generalize several theorems of Espínola and Kirk [R. Espínola, W.A. Kirk, Set-valued contractions and fixed points, Nonlinear Anal. 54 (2003) 485-494] and Rus, Petru?el, and Sînt?m?rian [I.A. Rus, A. Petru?el, A. High-power continuous-wave operation of a diode-pumped laser at

The continuous-wave laser properties of an efficient diode-pumped Nd:GdVO₄ crystal operating at formed with a simple plane-concave cavity have been studied. With the incident pump power of 21 W, an output power of 6.9 W was obtained, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 32.8% and a slope efficiency of 35.3%. The laser characterization of two different Nd³⁺-doped concentration of Nd:GdVO₄ crystals were studied.
