直接资本化法中自有资本收益率的算法探讨

在分析我国房地产自有资本收益率操作中所存在问题的基础上,论述了自有资本收益率的实质是自有资金直接资本化率,并在房地产持有期小于抵押贷款期以及房地产持有期和土地批租年限相同的两种情况下,推导出了与土地有限期使用制度相适应的房地产资本化率和自有资本收益率的计算方法,提出了利用债务保障比率的取值范围检验资本化率合理性的基本公式.     

Several parameters of generalized Mycielskians

The generalized Mycielskians (also known as cones over graphs) are the natural generalization of the Mycielski graphs (which were first introduced by Mycielski in 1955). Given a graph G and any integer m?0, one can transform G into a new graph μ_m(G), the generalized Mycielskian of G. This paper investigates circular clique number, total domination number, open packing number, fractional open packing number, vertex cover number, determinant, spectrum, and biclique partition number of μ_m(G).     

一个新的最优模糊存储模型

提出一个新的具有积压定单的关于模糊订购量的模糊存储模型.在模糊函数原理下,给出了模糊总存储成本.为了寻找最优解,把最优模糊存储模型转化为双目标最优化模型,利用L ingo8.0求解不等式约束问题,我们发现最优解都是确定的实数.此外,当模糊订购量和模糊总需求都是三角形(或权重均为1/2梯形)模糊数时,我们提出模型的最优解与经典的具有积压定单存储模型具有相同的结果.

Fuzzy HX环的推广

为改进Fuzzy HX环的结果,使之包含Fuzzy商环,提出了弱Fuzzy HX环的概念,研究了它的性质与结构,并重新讨论了拟Fuzzy商环,证明了在正则条件下拟Fuzzy商环与弱Fuzzy HX环的统一性：同时也得到了一致弱Fuzzy HX环与普通Fuzzy商环的关系。

On the covariance of the level sizes in random recursive trees

In this paper we study the covariance structure of the number of nodes k and l steps away from the root in random recursive trees. We give an analytic expression valid for all k, l and tree sizes N. The fraction of nodes k steps away from the root is a random probability distribution in k. The expression for the covariances allows us to show that the total variation distance between this (random) probability distribution and its mean converges in probability to zero. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Acetate-Selective Anion Receptor with Methylene-Bridged Bis-Imidazolium Rings

Methylene-bridged bis-imidazolium receptor 1 has been synthesized. Anion binding studies carried out using ¹H NMR revealed that this compound displayed good affinities for acetate, while binding spherical halide anions weakly.     

Order Embeddings with Irrational Codomain: Debreu Properties of Real Subsets

The objective of this paper is to investigate the role of the set of irrational numbers as the codomain of order-preserving functions defined on topological totally preordered sets. We will show that although the set of irrational numbers does not satisfy the Debreu property it is still nonetheless true that any lower (respectively, upper) semicontinuous total preorder representable by a real-valued strictly isotone function (semicontinuous or not) also admits a representation by means of a lower (respectively, upper) semicontinuous strictly isotone function that takes values in the set of irrational numbers. These results are obtained by means of a direct construction. Moreover, they can be related to Cantor’s characterization of the real line to obtain much more general results on the semicontinuous Debreu properties of a wide family of subsets of the real line.
