Enhancement of emission line intensities by induced oscillations of direct current (DC) arc plasma with continuous aerosol sample supply was investigated using multivariate statistics. Principal component analysis (PCA) was employed to evaluate enhancements of 34 atomic spectral lines belonging to 33 elements and 35 ionic spectral lines belonging to 23 elements. Correlation and classification of the elements were done not only by a single property such as the first ionization energy, but also by considering other relevant parameters. Special attention was paid to the influence of the oxide bond strength in an attempt to clarify/predict the enhancement effect. Energies of vaporization, atomization, and excitation were also considered in the analysis. In the case of atomic lines, the best correlation between the enhancements and first ionization energies was obtained as a negative correlation, with weak consistency in grouping of elements in score plots. Conversely, in the case of ionic lines, the best correlation of the enhancements with the sum of the first ionization energies and oxide bond energies was obtained as a positive correlation, with four distinctive groups of elements. The role of the gas-phase atom-oxide bond energy in the entire enhancement effect is underlined.  相似文献

应用边界层积分法,研究锥形喷嘴入口区域中湍动涡流的发展.球面坐标系中的控制方程,通过边界层的假定得到简化,并对边界层进行了积分.应用4阶Adams预测校正法求解该微分方程组.入口区域的切向和轴向速度,分别应用自由涡流和均匀速度分布来表示.由于缺乏收缩喷嘴中涡流的实验数据,需要用数值模拟对该发展模式进行逆向验证.数值模拟的结果证明,该解析模型在预测边界层参数中的能力,例如边界层的生长、剪切率和边界层厚度,以及不同锥度角时的涡流强度衰减率等.为所提出的方法引进一个简明而有效的程序,用以研究几何形状收缩设备内的边界层参数.  相似文献

Huge amounts of produced water are generated in offshore oil production. The Compact Flotation Unit (CFU) is an excellent pretreatment technology of produced water with high separation efficiency, low residence, and small split ratio. The Computational Fluid Dynamics-population balance model (CFD-PBM) method is used in the present work to study the oil–water separation characteristics in the self-developed Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology Compact Flotation Unit (BIPTCFU) at both micro-scale and macro-scale, which would help us gain more insights into the mechanism and the influence of flow field on the oil–water separation process such as the oil droplets’ diameter distribution and separation efficiency. The effects of the inlet diameter, the height of the preliminary separation zone, and the width of the annular space on the oil–water separation characteristics of CFU were discussed systematically. It is illustrated that the appropriate increase of inlet velocity, decrease of annular gap width, and increase of the height in the preliminary separation zone can effectively promote the collision and coalescence process of oil droplets. However, the overlarge height of the preliminary separation zone and the too narrow width of the annular space will both have a significant negative effect on the migration and separation of oil and water and lead to the decrease of separation efficiency.  相似文献

Thermal, structural and optical properties of Nd3+ ions in tellurite glass (TeO2-ZnO-Na2O-Li2O-Nb2O5) have been investigated. Differential thermal analysis revealed reasonably good forming tendency of the glass composition. FTIR spectra were used to analyze the functional groups present in the glass. Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters were derived from the absorption spectrum and used to calculate the radiative lifetime, branching ratio and stimulated emission cross-section of the 4F3/24I9/2, 11/2, 13/2 transitions. The quantum efficiency of the 4F3/2 level is comparable as well as higher than the typical value of the other tellurite based glasses. The decay from the 4F3/2 level is found to be single exponential for different concentrations of Nd3+ ions with a shortening of lifetime with increasing concentration. The experimental values of branching ratio and saturation intensity of 4F3/24I11/2 transition indicate the favourable lasing action with low threshold power.  相似文献

The green and red up-conversion emissions centred at about 534, 549 and 663 nm of wavelength, corresponding respectively to the ^2H11/2 → ^4I15/2, ^4S3/2 → ^4I15/2 and ^4F9/2 → ^4I15/2 transitions of Er^3+ ions, have been observed for the Er^3+-doped silicate glass excited by a 978 nm semiconductor laser beam. Excitation power dependent behaviour of the up-conversion emission intensity indicates that a two-photon absorption up-conversion process is responsible for the green and red up-conversion emissions. The temperature dependence of the green up-conversion emissions is also studied in a temperature range of 296-673 K, which shows that Er^3+-doped silicate glass can be used as a sensor in high-temperature measurement.  相似文献

Nonlinear optical properties of stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS)to signal detection in water are analyzed.With the threshold characteristics,SBS only occnrs when the high power laser is focused in the SBS cell.When there is an object present in front of the focus,it leads to lower incident intensity and then SBS does not occur.The backward SBS signal depends on the focusing location.The nonlinear optical properties of SBS process in the focusing regime axe analyzed theoretically.With the object coming near to the focusing center,the backward Stokes signal rises up from zero to a maximum,and then grows to saturation.The delay time of the echo signal to pump signal can give the object location.In experiment,the peak position of varying rate of energy can give object location.  相似文献

By the 90°elastic light scattering investigation and far field observation in the range of 20-800℃,the relation between behavior of light scattering anomalies and evolution of nanodomain structures in lattice of barium sodium niobate(Ba2NaNb5O15,BSN)crystal was clarified.The correlation between anomalies on the temperature curves of the elastic light scattering intensity and temperature transformations of nanodomains was studied by X-ray and electron microscope methods.Phase transition near 500℃ and movement in field of scattering light could be explained by appearance of a new incommensurate phase.  相似文献

Based on the property analysis of interferential multispectral images, a novel compression algorithm of partial set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) with classified weighted rate-distortion optimization is presented.After wavelet decomposition, partial SPIHT is applied to each zero tree independently by adaptively selecting one of three coding modes according to the probability of the significant coefficients in each bitplane.Meanwhile the interferential multispectral image is partitioned into two kinds of regions in terms of luminous intensity, and the rate-distortion slopes of zero trees are then lifted with classified weights according to their distortion contribution to the constructed spectrum.Finally a global ratedistortion optimization truncation is performed.Compared with the conventional methods, the proposed algorithm not only improves the performance in spatial domain but also reduces the distortion in spectral domain.  相似文献

The intensity of the luminescence generally increases with radiation dose and measurement of these phenomena can be used to characterise the degree of dependence on beta doses. In this study, in order to test whether this is a significant problem on the optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) studies, the radiation dose response of the OSL signal from samples of chlorides contained in feldspars have been investigated by irradiating the samples with beta doses. The infrared-emitting diodes were used with a wavelength of (880±80) nm, and an IRSL (infrared stimulated luminescence) intensity parametres, m, was described and found m = 1±0.03.  相似文献
