Summary Four most frequently used presentation forms of the ECD response are described. Equations describing the dependence of the sensitivity, linearity and minimum detectable concentration of the ECD working under constant frequency mode of operation on the pulse period are derived from Wenthworth’s kinetic model for all four forms mentioned above. The forms presented are compared on the basis of equations derived. Results of the calculations are given and some predictions are experimentally tested for sulphur hexafluoride. Enantiomeric amide derivatives of (S)- and (R)-1-phenyl-2-aminopropane (dextro- and levoamphetamine, respectively) were resolved by high performance liquid chromatography on commercially available ionically and covalently bonded chiral stationary phases ((R)-N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)phenylglycine). Ten enantiomeric amide pairs were synthesized and chromatographed on the columns by using a mobile phase of hexane-isopropanol (97 : 3), a flow rate of 2 ml/min, and a column temperature of 20°C. The (R)-isomer of all 10 amides eluted first on the covalent column as did the (R)-isomer of nine derivatives on the ionic column. however, the 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl amide of (S)- amphetamine eluted before the (R)-isomer on the ionic column. This reversal in enantiomeric elution order reveals the complexity of the interactions occurring on these columns and emphasizes the hazards of relying on observed elution order as an a priori indication of absolute configuration.  相似文献

 研究了用高效液相分离、抑制化学发光测定茶叶中茶氨酸的分析方法。该法采用YWG C18(10μm,250mm×5 0mmi d )柱,以0 01mol·L-1醋酸钠 醋酸缓冲液(pH5 5)为流动相,流速为0 8mL·min-1。对茶氨酸抑制Co2+催化鲁米诺(luminol)与过氧化氢(H2O2)化学发光反应的条件进行了优化:Co2+的质量浓度为2μg·L-1,鲁米诺浓度为0 25mmol·L-1,H2O2浓度为0 5mmol·L-1。在茶氨酸的质量浓度为0 2g·L-1~5 0g·L-1时,茶氨酸抑制化学发光产生负峰的相对峰面积Y(将实际峰面积缩小至万分之一)与其质量浓度X(kg·L-1)的线性回归方程为Y=33862X+1 0605(r=0 9983)。  相似文献

Methane partial oxidation to methanol (MPOM) using dielectric barrier discharge over a Fe2O3-CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was performed. The multicomponent catalyst was combined with plasma in two different configurations, i.e., in-plasma catalysis (IPC) and post-plasma catalysis (PPC). It was found that the catalytic performance of the catalysts for MPOM was strongly dependent on the hybrid configuration. A better synergistic performance of plasma and catalysis was achieved in the IPC configuration, but the catalysts packed in the discharge zone showed lower stability than those connected to the discharge zone in sequence. Active species, such as ozone, atomic oxygen and methyl radicals, were produced from the plasma-catalysis process, and made a major contribution to methanol synthesis. These active species were identified by the means of in situ optical emission spectra, ozone measurement and FT-IR spectra. It was confirmed that the amount of active species in the IPC system was greater than that in the PPC system. The results of TG, XRD, and N2 adsorption-desorption revealed that carbon deposition on the spent catalyst surface was responsible for the catalyst deactivation in the IPC configuration.  相似文献

A versatile two-dimensional gas chromatograph is described, consisting of 2 separate ovens, one intermediate trap, an auxiliary inlet, and the necessary hardware to effect off-line switching according to the principle of Deans. The unit has been designed for use with high resolution glass capillary columns. The performance of individual instrumental components was critically evaluated. Results showed that low dead volume glass to metal connections were required in the manifold and detector lines to minimize extra-column effects. The mass of the intermediate trap must be low to allow rapid heating. Operational parameters are discussed and examples of some applications are shown.  相似文献

A modified Stroop color-word task has been developed to activate the prefrontal cortex as a cognitive task and it has been tried to clarify whether change in the cerebral hemodynamics after ingesting caffeine is associated with change in performance on the modified Stroop task in young male subjects. In this modified task, subjects were instructed to quickly select a colored disk on a computer screen in response to an instruction, i.e. “color” or “meaning”, presented simultaneously with one color word at each trial. The color of the presented color word was discordant with the meaning of the word. Relative changes in blood volume and oxygenation in the prefrontal association cortex were measured noninvasively using continuous-wave near-infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that caffeine ingestion decreased blood volume and oxygenated hemoglobin concentration in the brain during the modified Stroop task, and that the individual change in the latter was related to change in performance on the task following caffeine ingestion.  相似文献

In the present study we have formulated a generalization of entropy optimization problems (GEOP), proposed sufficient conditions for the existence of solution. We have suggested also a new method based on a priori evaluations and Newton's methods for calculation of Langrange multipliers. Mentioned method allows calculating Langrange multipliers by starting from arbitrary initial point for Newton's approximations of constructed auxiliary equation. The solution of auxiliary equation is chosen as initial point for second constructed auxiliary equation. The recurring mentioned process for finite time leads to achieve an initial point for Newton's approximations of given equation and allows to find its unknown solution.  相似文献

The radiative transfer models allow calculating the spectral UV irradiance from some set of measured input quantities linked with the surface reflectivity, the solar zenith angle, the ozone column and the characteristics of clouds and aerosols. The spectral irradiance yielded by a model is influenced by errors in the measurement of the input quantities. In this paper, the influences of these errors are characterized and compared with other systematic effects through an uncertainty analysis. We evaluated the uncertainty of the spectral UV irradiance rendered by the UVSPEC model, under cloudless sky conditions. In order to express the uncertainty of the output quantities (the global, direct and diffuse irradiances) in terms of the standard uncertainties of the input quantities, we used a Monte Carlo-based uncertainty propagation technique. We found that the uncertainty of the irradiance in the UV-B part of the spectrum was strongly influenced by the uncertainty attributed to the ozone column datum. Moreover, the uncertainities associated with the aerosol parameters accounted for most of the UV-A global irradiance uncertainty; the latter increased from about 4% under low aerosol conditions, up to about 14% in case of polluted air. We conclude that the UV irradiance evaluation through radiative transfer models requires paying special attention to the assessment of the aerosols properties.  相似文献

Cellulose acetate (CA) ultrafiltration hollow fibers were spun via the dry-jet wet spinning technique. The effect of the take-up speed on the mechanical properties, morphology, thermal properties, pure water permeation, retention, and surface characterization of hollow fiber membranes were investigated. Both the inner and outer diameters of the hollow fiber decreased with the increase of take-up speed. Macrovoids were observed on the inner surface of the drawn hollow fibers. The d-space decreased with the increase of the take-up speed. The ultimate tensile stress (UTS) increased and the breaking elongation decreased with the increase of take-up speed. The permeation performance was measured. The hydraulic permeability increased and the retention decreased slightly with the increase of the take-up speed. The surface roughness increased with the increase of the take-up speed. The thermal analysis results showed that the endothermic peak shifts to the higher temperature region and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) decrease for a higher take-up speed.  相似文献
