未经均匀化热处理的纯三元及含Zr, Ga元素的SC合金铸片经优化的HDDR工艺处理都可以制备各向异性NdFeB磁粉。这表明:元素的添加及SC铸片是否进行了均匀化热处理都不是HDDR磁粉各向异性形成的必要条件。磁粉各向异性形成的关键因素在于HDDR工艺的调节,即适当地加快歧化反应过程,减缓脱氢再结合过程以及控制脱氢再结合时的合适氢气压强均有利于磁粉各向异性的形成。本文将为制备低成本高各向异性磁粉提供重要的指导。 相似文献

对Y(NO3)3·6H2O的差热和热重分析表明,Y(NO3)3·6H2O经脱水和热分解在580C以上完全分解为Y2O3.在此基础上,以Y(NO3)3·6H2O为前驱体,采用喷雾热解过程制备出粒度为0.50~1.50μm的立方相球形Y2O3粉末.通过对产物粒子粒度的理论计算与实验结果的比较,推测Y2O3粒子形成机理符合液滴-粒子转变机理(One-Droplet-One-Particlemechanism).本喷雾热解过程同样适用于其它稀土超细粉末的制备,粒子粒度可以通过调节液滴尺寸和溶液浓度等操作条件进行控制. 相似文献

0.9Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)–0.1BaTiO3 (0.9PZN–0.1BT) of perovskite structure has been successfully prepared by mechanically activating mixed oxides of PbO, ZnO, Nb2O5, BaO and TiO2. The novel mechanochemical technique skips the phase-forming calcination step at an intermediate temperature that is always required in both the conventional solid state reaction and chemistry-based precursor routes. Ultrafine 0.9PZN–0.1BT particles of perovskite structure were formed when the constituent oxides were mechanically activated for more than 10 h. The powder was sintered to a density of 96% theoretical density at 1100°C for 1 h. The sintered 0.9PZN–0.1BT exhibits perovskite structure and a peak dielectric constant of 8800 at the Curie temperature of 60°C when measured at a frequency of 100 Hz. 相似文献

Al2O3-ZrO2 composite coatings were deposited by the suspension plasma spray process using molecularly mixed amorphous powders. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that the as-sprayed coating is composed of α-Al2O3 and tetragonal ZrO2 phases with grain sizes of 26 nm and 18 nm, respectively. The as-sprayed coating has 93% density with a hardness of 9.9 GPa. Heat treatment of the as-sprayed coating reveals that the Al2O3 and ZrO2 phases are homogeneously distributed in the composite coating. 相似文献

conditions: reaction time 24 h, the pH of the solution 7, the Bi3+ amount in the start precipitates 5 mmol — exhibited the highest photochemical activity when the hydrothermal temperature
was settled at 180°C.

Terbium doped calcium phosphate (Tb-doped CaP) nanocrystalline powders were synthesized by the citric acid sol–gel combustion
method. The phase composition, morphology and luminescent property of Tb-doped CaP nanocrystalline powders were characterized
by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, fluorescence spectrophotometer
and fluorescence microscopy. At 700 °C, Tb-doped CaP nanocrystalline powders are composed of HAP (main phase) and β-TCP (minor
phase) with Tb doping content of 0.5–4%. SEM and TEM observations show that the 4% Tb-doped CaP nanocrystalline powders are
about 50–150 nm spherical particles. The 4% Tb-doped CaP nanocrystalline powders exhibit the strongest emission at 548 nm

Bismuth ferrite(BiFeO3) powders were hydrothermally synthesized by using FeCl3·6H2O and BiCl3 as staring materials, NaOH as a mineralizer and NH4Cl as an additive. The results show that pure BiFeO3 powders can be synthesized under loose hydrothermal conditions of reaction temperature ranging from 140 to 230 ℃ and NaOH concentration ranging from 2 mol·L-1 to 5 mol·L-1.
