Microelectronics packaging has been developing rapidly due to the demands for faster, lighter and smaller products. Printed circuit boards (PCBs) provide mechanical support and electrical interconnection for electronic devices. Many types of composite PCBs have been developed to meet various needs. Recent trends in reliability analysis of PCBs have involved development of the structural integrity models for predicting lifetime under thermal environmental exposure; however the theoretical models need verification by the experiment.

The objective of the current work is the development of an optical system and testing procedure for evaluation of the thermal deformation of PCBs in the wide temperature range. Due to the special requirements of the specimen and test condition, the existing technologies and setups were updated and modified. The discussions on optical methods, thermal loading chambers, and image data processing are presented. The proposed technique and specially designed test bench were employed successfully to measure the thermal deformations of PCB in the −40°C to +160°C temperature range. The video-based moiré interferometry was used for generating, capturing and analysis of the fringe patterns. The obtained information yields the needed coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) for tested PCBs.  相似文献

A network for motion detection of an approaching object without influence of the moving background was proposed based on the insect visual system. The two-dimensional array of the analog complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) circuits for extracting the edge signals of the approaching object without outputting those of the moving background was inserted at the first stage of the network. At the next stage, analog CMOS circuits for detection of approaching velocity and direction, which accept the extracted edge signals, were inserted based on the locust vision system. A chip of the proposed network was fabricated with the 1.2 mm CMOS process. It was clarified from the measured results and the simulation results with the simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis (SPICE) that the two-dimensional circuits of the first stage can only generate the signals of target edges. The measured results showed that the chip can detect the approaching velocity and direction of the target in the image which contains the moving background.  相似文献

We consider in this work linear, time-varying differential-algebraic equations (DAEs) of the form A(t)(D(t)x(t))+B(t)x(t)=q(t) through a projector approach. Our analysis applies in particular to linear DAEs in standard form E(t)x(t)+F(t)x(t)=q(t). Under mild smoothness assumptions, we introduce local regularity and index notions, showing that they hold uniformly in intervals and are independent of projectors. Several algebraic and geometric properties supporting these notions are addressed. This framework is aimed at supporting a complementary analysis of so-called critical points, where the assumptions for regularity fail. Our results are applied here to the analysis of a linear time-varying analogue of Chua's circuit with current-controlled resistors, displaying a rich variety of indices depending on the characteristics of resistive and reactive devices.  相似文献

用射频微波电路集成技术设计第4代(4G)手机无线接入系统.从分布参数概念出发,主要在smith圆图上进行电路设计.由微带线进行电路的实现,电路将各功能单元集成在微带基板上,具有体积小、重量轻、可靠性高、与手机其他电路易于共形等特点.运用网络转移参量矩阵理论进行了系统响应预估,结果表明所设计的无线接入系统满足4G移动终端的性能要求.  相似文献

Accuracy of equivalent circuit models of periodic grids is investigated in amplitude and phase in the visible region. The grids studied here are one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) inductive thin metal meshes. They are located in free space and are illuminated by a plane wave under normal incidence. The range of validity and the accuracy of conventional circuit models are defined by comparison with rigorous results obtained with the Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method. In particular, it is shown that electrical models of 1D grids are accurate, whereas equivalent circuits of 2D grids should be used very cautiously. Then, a new formulation is proposed to overcome this major drawback. In the non-diffraction region, the agreement between our model and the FDTD results is within 2% for the power reflectivity and 1° for the phase over a very wide range of strip widths.  相似文献
