报道了光照强度、水体温度及水体pH值对东湖5种沉水植物生理的影响.实验结果表明,在一定温度范围内,5种植物的光补偿点均随温度的升高而上升,且种间有较大的差异.各植物光合色素的含量,受生态因子的影响,表现出一定的适应性.5种植物对水体高pH值耐受能力有明显的差异.探讨了富营养化湖泊沉水植物消亡的原因及生态分布的规律,提出了富营养化湖泊水生植被的恢复及水生生态系统重建中的植物选种原则. 相似文献

Photo-induced reversible complexation-mediated polymerization (RCMP) is a green and economical method to prepare polymers with precise molecular weights, narrow molecular weight distributions and functionally active chain ends. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are a promising heterogeneous photocatalyst for mediating RCMP due to their adjustable structure, band gap, and porosity. In this work, 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol (Tp) and p-azoaniline (Azo) were selected to construct 2D β-ketoenamine linked Tp-Azo-COF as a heterogeneous photocatalyst to trigger RCMP under white light irradiation. A series of polymers with controllable molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution were successfully prepared by using Tp-Azo-COF as photocatalysis. On/off light experiments confirmed the good spatiotemporal control feature, and chain expansion experiments demonstrated the high “activity” of polymer chain ends. Furthermore, the mechanistic research elucidated that electron transfer between Tp-Azo-COF and initiator occurred, allowing the formation of reactive radicals to mediate RCMP. Density functional theory calculations revealed that the coordination of iodine on the initiator to catalyst obviously reduced the bond dissociation energy, leading to enhance in the polymerization rate. Nitrogen doped TiO2 represents one of the most promising material for photocatalitic degradation of environmental pollutants with visible light. However, at present, a great deal of activity is devoted to the anatase polymorph while few data about rutile are available. In the present paper we report an experimental characterization of N doped polycrystalline rutile TiO2 prepared via sol-gel synthesis. Nitrogen doping does not affect the valence band to conduction band separation but, generates intra band gap localized states which are responsible of the on set of visible light absorption. The intra band gap states correspond to a nitrogen containing defect similar but not coincident with that recently reported for N doped anatase. 相似文献

Novel conjugated silole‐containing polyfluorenes, with green‐ and red‐emissive siloles on the backbone of the blue‐emissive polyfluorene are synthesized for white light electroluminescence (EL) from a single polymer with simultaneous red, green, and blue (RGB) emission. The CIE coordinates (0.33, 0.36) of the white light EL spectra are very close to that for pure white light (0.33, 0.33). The EL spectra are also quite stable at different applied voltages or brightness. The relative intensities for the three RGB peaks, at 450, 505, and 574 nm, were 0.94, 1, and 0.97, respectively, which demonstrates a balanced simultaneous RGB emission. A maximum luminous efficiency of 2.03 cd · A−1 for a brightness of 344 cd · m−2, and a luminous efficiency of 1.86 cd · A−1 for a more practical brightness of 2 703 cd · m−2, were achieved.

The contribution of UV light from plasma and an external UV lamp to the decomposition of toluene in a dielectric barrier discharge
(DBD) plasma/UV system, as well as in a plasma/photocatalysis system was investigated. It was found that UV light from the
DBD reactor was very weak. Its contribution to the removal of toluene in the plasma/photocatalysis system could be ignored.
Whereas, the introduction of external UV light to the plasma significantly improves the removal efficiency of toluene by 20%.
The removal efficiency of toluene in the plasma/photocatalysis system increased about 22% and 16% when compared with a plasma
only system and plasma driven photocatalyst system, respectively. The increased toluene removal efficiency was mostly attributed
to the contribution of the synergy between plasma and UV light, but not to the synergy between plasma and photocatalysis.
The synergetic effect between plasma and photocatalysis was not significant. 相似文献

This study demonstrated the first application of hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD) for the analysis of beta-cyclodextrin in a peptide nasal formulation. The method utilized an Accucore? 150 Amide HILIC packing together with an isocratic mobile phase of 65% acetonitrile/35% water with a runtime of 10?minutes and easily separated alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrins. The method was validated with respects to accuracy, precision, reproducibility, stability, specificity and sensitivity. This method provided better sensitivity compared to other reversed phase HPLC methods and was easier to run than other techniques for the quantitation of cyclodextrins in pharmaceutical formulations. 相似文献

This article is an overview of extensive research efforts in many laboratories in the last two decades in the area of light‐switchable electrochemical systems and modified electrodes. Electrochemical reactions, including electrocatalytic and bioelectrocatalytic processes, have been reversibly activated and inhibited upon irradiation with light at different wavelengths. In order to realize these light activated or inhibited processes, the electrodes or/and reacting molecules were functionalized with photoisomerizable molecules including various derivatives of diarylethene, phenoxynaphthacenequinone, azobenzene and spiropyran/merocyanine. Photochemical reactions of these species resulted in change of their redox activity, conformation and electrical charge. All these changes affected electrode surfaces or (bio)molecules resulting in switching ON‐OFF corresponding (bio)electrochemical processes. Various systems based on different light‐controlled reactions are reviewed and discussed with specific examples and with many illustrating figures. Possible extensions of the research area and future applications are briefly overviewed in the conclusion section.
