作为一类重要的二维材料, 二维有序多孔薄膜受到人们的广泛关注. 气液界面胶体球刻蚀法是近些年发展起来的一种以漂浮在液面上的单层胶体晶体为模板来制备二维有序纳米结构的方法, 具有简单、高效、重现性好、适用范围广以及结构参数易调变等优点. 近年来, 我们课题组利用气液界面胶体球刻蚀法实现了包括多种无机物纳米网、纳米碗阵列和纳米网-纳米碗复合阵列在内的一系列自支撑二维有序多孔薄膜的可控制备, 考察了其二维光子晶体性质, 并研究了其在刻蚀掩膜、溶剂检测、生物传感、电阻开关器件、光电化学分解水等方面的应用. 本文在重点介绍我们课题组研究进展的同时, 也简要总结了该领域的整体发展状况并展望了该领域的今后发展方向. 相似文献

Based on the three-phase model, the propagation behavior of a matrix crack in an intelligent coating system is investigated by an energy criterion. The effect of the elastic mismatch parameters and the thickness of the interface layer on the ratio of the energy release rate for infinitesimal deflected and penetrated crack is evaluated with the finite element method. The results show that the ratio of the energy release rates strongly depends on the elastic mismatch α1between the substrate and the driving layer.It also strongly depends on the elastic mismatch α2between the driving layer and the sensing layer for a thinner driving layer when a primary crack reaches an interface between the substrate and the driving layer. Moreover, with the increase in the thickness of the driving layer, the dependence on α2gradually decreases. The experimental observation on aluminum alloys monitored with intelligent coating shows that the established model can better explain the behavior of matrix crack penetration and can be used in optimization design of intelligent coating. 相似文献

Froth flotation is a separation process which plays a major role in the mining industry. It is essentially employed to recover a vast array of different valuable commodities such as rare earth minerals essential to the manufacture of high-tech products. Owing to its simplicity, the process is also widely used for the de-inking of recycled paper fibres and for the removal of pollutants from waste water. The flotation process essentially relies on the attachment of solid particles on the surface of gas bubbles immersed in water. The present study seeks to investigate the effect of the particle shape on the attachment mechanism. Using an in-house optical micro-bubble sensor the approach, the sliding and the adhesion of micron milled glass fibres on the surface of a stationary air bubble immersed in stagnant water is thoroughly investigated. The translational and rotational velocities were measured for fibres of various aspect ratios. The results are compared with a theoretical model and with experimental data obtained with spherical glass beads. It is found that the fibre orientation during the sliding motion largely depends on the collision area. Upon collision near the upstream pole of the gas bubble the major axis of the fibre aligns with the local bubble surface (tangential fibre alignment). If collision occurs at least 30° further downstream only head of the fibre is in contact with the gas–liquid interface (radial fibre alignment). 相似文献

采用室内混合箱研究稳定分层流(上层淡水、下层盐水) 无剪切密度界面处的湍流混合与分形结构. 湍流通过浸没在盐水层中的振动格栅产生, 密度界面结构通过在盐水层中添加荧光剂或染料可视化, 共进行12 组实验. 实验观测并记录了:(1) 淡、盐水密度界面距混合箱底部的平均高程(h);(2) 淡、盐水层的密度(ρ0,ρ), (3) 淡、盐水密度界面. 其中, 淡、盐水密度界面通过照片、录像进行记录. 观测结果用于计算:(1) 盐水层密度;(2) 卷挟速度, (3) 整体理查孙数(Rio), (4) 二维、三维密度界面, (5) 二维、三维密度界面的分形维度. 结果分析发现:(1) 湍流卷挟率随Rio 增大而减小, 并且满足Rio的-3=2 或-7=4 幂律;表明随着湍流强度的减弱, 混合的速度也越来越缓慢;(2) 二维密度界面分形维度大于1, 三维密度界面分形维度大于2;表明二维、三维密度界面存在分形结构;(3) 分形维度随Rio的增大而减小;表明随着湍流强度的减弱, 密度界面也越来越趋于光滑. 相似文献

By means of the canonical Monte Carlo simulations, the vapor-liquid (VL) equilibrium and structure of square well (SW) fluids confined in a single cylindrical pore with repulsive surface, have been studied. Coexistence curves of the confined VL interface are determined for a wide range of temperatures and pore diameters. It is demonstrated that the confinement not only reduces the VL coexistence region but also induces strong inhomogeneities of the VL interface: coexistence liquid densities are different at the pore center and at the wall surface. It may be considered as a preliminary step for an isolated droplet formation inside the pore, as well as a tentative reason of the two VL phase transitions of simple fluids adsorbed into disordered porous media. 相似文献

Manganese-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MEMRI) has been widely applied to trace neuronal tracts and to monitor morphological and functional responses of specific brain circuits to changes in physiological and/or environmental conditions. In this study, we traced the efferent axonal projections from ventral tegmental area (VTA) to forebrain structures, an integrating part of the reward circuit implicated in drug addiction, in rats using MEMRI. Urethane- and chloral hydrate-anesthetized rats received injection of 100 nl of 200 mM MnCl(2) solution into the right VTA. Mn(2+)-induced signal enhancements were monitored 24 h after injection. The dose of MnCl(2) injection was shown, by histological evaluation, to have minor toxic effects to the neurons in/near the injection site. Dynamic Mn(2+)-induced signal intensity changes in urethane-anesthetized rats during a 24-h period were fit to a sigmoidal function to obtain parameters slope and t(50), which describe the dynamics of apparent Mn(2+)accumulation. The results showed that most of the forebrain structures known to receive neuronal projections from the VTA, including prefrontal cortex, nucleus accumbens, globus pallidus and caudate putaman, were enhanced at 24 h after injection of MnCl(2) into the ipsilateral VTA, and anesthesia seemed have little effects on the amount of Mn(2+)being transported from the VTA to these structures. 相似文献

Ultrathin silicon dioxide (SiO2) layers formed on Si substrate with nitric acid have been investigated using both acoustic deep-level transient spectroscopy
(A-DLTS) and electrical methods to characterize the interface states. The set of SiO2/Si structures formed in different conditions (reaction time, concentrations of nitric acid (HNO3), and SiO2 thickness [3–9 nm]) was prepared. The leakage current density was decreased by post-oxidation annealing (POA) treatment at
250°C in pure nitrogen for 1 h and/or post-metallization annealing (PMA) treatment at 250°C in a hydrogen atmosphere for 1
h. All structures of the set, except electrical investigation, current-voltage (I - V), and capacitance — voltage (C - V) measurements, were investigated using A-DLTS to find both the interface states distribution and the role of POA and/or PMA
treatment on the interface-state occurrence and distribution. The evident decreases of interface states and shift of their
activation energies in the structures with PMA treatment in comparison with POA treatment were observed in most of the investigated
structures. The results are analyzed and discussed.
