This report describes the use of PDMS ME coupled with amperometric detection for rapid separation of ascorbic, gallic , ferulic, p‐coumaric acids using reverse polarity. ME devices were fabricated in PDMS by soft lithography and detection was accomplished using an integrated carbon fiber working electrode aligned in the end‐channel configuration. Separation and detection parameters were investigated and the best conditions were obtained using a run buffer consisting of 5 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.9) and a detection voltage of 1.0 V versus Ag/AgCl reference electrode. All compounds were separated within 70 s using gated injection mode with baseline resolution and separation efficiencies between 1200 and 9000 plates. Calibration curves exhibited good linearity and the LODs achieved ranged from 1.7 to 9.7 μM. The precision for migration time and peak height provided maximum values of 4% for the intrachip studies. Lastly, the analytical method was successfully applied for the analysis of ascorbic and gallic acids in commercial beverage samples. The results achieved using ME coupled with amperometric detection were in good agreement with the values provided by the supplier. 在内构件(传热板和中心集气管)外热式固定床反应器中研究了油页岩热解产物生成特性,并与无内构件的相同常规固定床反应器内的油页岩热解行为对比,考察了两反应器中油页岩升温特性、热解产物分布、页岩油品质以及气体产物组成的变化规律.结果表明,内置传热板和中心集气管显著强化了反应器内的传热,相对于无内构件常规固定床反应器,料层升温速率提高了约2倍.对于依兰油页岩,其热解页岩油产率明显提高,最高达11.1 wt%(干燥基),明显高于无构件常规固定床反应器获得的页岩油产率.随着外加热炉温度的升高,内构件固定床反应器的页岩油产率逐渐增加,而无内构件常规固定床反应器的页岩油产率则明显降低.当外加热炉温度为1000℃时,前者页岩油产率是后者的2.3倍,并且内构件固定床反应器的热解水产率较低.两反应器中热解气产物组成相近,其H2与CH4之和占气体总量的70 vol%左右,热值为4406~5400 kcal/Nm3. 相似文献

We investigated which factors govern the critical steps of cation exchange in metal–organic frameworks by studying the effect of various solvents on the insertion of Ni2+ into MOF‐5 and Co2+ into MFU‐4l. After plotting the extent of cation insertion versus different solvent parameters, trends emerge that offer insight into the exchange processes for both systems. The cation–anion and cation–solvent interactions in solutions of the protic ionic liquid (PIL) [Et3NH][I] dissolved in solvents of different polarities are studied by means of far infrared vibrational (FIR) spectroscopy and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The dissociation of contact ion pairs (CIPs) and the resulting formation of solvent‐separated ion pairs (SIPs) can be observed and analyzed as a function of solvent concentration, solvent polarity, and temperature. In apolar environments, the CIPs dominate for all solvent concentrations and temperatures. At high concentrations of polar solvents, SIPs are favored over CIPs. For these PIL/solvent mixtures, CIPs are reformed by increasing the temperature due to the reduced polarity of the solvent. Overall, this approach provides equilibrium constants, free energies, enthalpies, and entropies for ion‐pair formation in trialkylammonium‐containing PILs. These results have important implications for the understanding of solvation chemistry and the reactivity of ionic liquids. 相似文献

应用密度泛函理论B3LYP方法研究了具有分子导线潜在应用的金属串配合物[MoMoCo(npo)4(NCS)2](npo=1,8-萘基-2-酮)的配位结构及其受电场作用的影响。配位方式记为(n,m),其中n、m分别表示4个赤道配体npo^-的O与Co和Mo配位的个数:n=0,1,2,3,4;m=4,3,2,1,0。结果表明:(1)零电场下,基态能量高低为(0,4)>(4,0)>(3,1)≈(1,3)>(2,2),5种配位方式均可稳定存在且互为竞争态。Z方向偶极矩μ(Z)值大小为(0,4)(+)>(1,3)(+)>(2,2)(-)>(3,1)(-)>(4,0)(-)(+、-表示μ(Z)值的正负,与Z方向相同即为正,相反即为负),4个npo^-趋向越一致能量越高极性越大。(2)Mo-Mo具有四重键,键长随μ(Z)值减小而减小,而Mo-Co键长则相反。随μ(Z)值减小前线轨道中πNCS(1)轨道能降低,π'NCS(2)轨道能升高。(3)Z方向电场作用下,除(0,4)外所有配位方式的Mo1-N8键显著增长,结构不稳定。(4)电场作用下前线轨道能级交错,μ(Z)为正值的(0,4)、(1,3)的能隙ELUMO-HOMO在-Z方向电场中降低更显著,μ(Z)为负值的(2,2)、(3,1)和(4,0)的能隙在Z方向电场中降低更显著。分子极性越大,随电场强度增强能隙降低越显著,分子导电性可能越好。(0,4)、(3,1)和(4,0)可能具有整流效应,但(3,1)和(4,0)的稳定性较低。 相似文献

Mapping microviscosity, temperature, and polarity in biosystems is an important capability that can aid in disease detection. This can be achieved using fluorescent sensors based on a green-emitting BODIPY group. However, red fluorescent sensors are desired for convenient imaging of biological samples. It is known that phenyl substituents in the position of the BODIPY core can shift the fluorescence spectra to longer wavelengths. In this research, we report how electron-withdrawing (EWG) and -donating (EDG) groups can change the spectral and sensory properties of -phenyl-substituted BODIPYs. We present a trifluoromethyl-substituted (EWG) conjugate with moderate temperature sensing properties and a methoxy-substituted (EDG) molecule that could be used as a lifetime-based polarity probe. In this study, we utilise experimental results of steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence, as well as quantum chemical calculations using density functional theory (DFT). We also explain how the energy barrier height () for non-radiative relaxation affects the probe’s sensitivity to temperature and viscosity and provide appropriate ranges for the best possible sensitivity to viscosity and temperature. 相似文献
