Eastman-Kodak AQ膜修饰电极阴极溶出伏安法测定痕量铁

本文用热处理法成功地制备了性能稳定的Eastman-Kodak AQ/GC修饰电极,对Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)及其络合阳离子在该电极上的行为进行了研究。表明AQ膜对Fe~(3+)和Fe~(2+)具有相近的交换能力,可用于Fe~(3+)或Fe~(2+)及其总量的阴极溶出伏安法测定。线性范围分别为2.0×10~(-7)～2.2×10~(-5)mol/L(Fe~(3+))和5.0×10~(-7)～2.0×10~(-5)mol/L(Fe~(2+)),检出限为1.0×10~(-7)mol/L(Fe~(3+))。文中对电极反应和再生进行了探讨。     

磷化氢与环烯烃反应的原位^3^1P NMR研究

本文应用加压原位核磁共振波谱技术, 在反应温度50-70℃、反应压力1.0-2.0MPa, 氘代苯为溶剂, 偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂的条件下, 考察了磷化氢与环烯烃1, 5-环辛二烯、双环戊二烯、1, 3-环己二烯、1, 4-环己二烯及1, 5, 9-环十二三烯的反应。实验结果表明, 磷化氢与1, 5-环辛二烯反应主要生成双环膦杂环壬烷; 与其它环烯烃均不生成膦杂环化合物, 仅为一取代伯膦或二取代仲膦产物。磷化氢与环烯烃反应仍为串行机理。     

N-(2-羧基苯)-N’-(3-氨丙基)草酰胺桥联异双核配合物的合成、电化学性质和磁性

合成了 4种不对称草酰胺桥联异双核配合物 [Cu( oxca) M( phen) 2 ]Cl O4· 2 H2 O[oxca表示 N -( 2 -羧基苯 ) -N -( 3-氨丙基 )草酰胺三价阴离子 ,phen代表邻菲啉 ,M=Mn、Co、Ni、Zn].用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、热分析及室温磁矩等对所合成配合物进行了表征 .在 DMSO溶剂中采用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质 .在 4～ 30 0 K范围测量了 Cu( ) -Mn( )和 Cu( ) -Ni( )的变温磁化率 ,经拟合分别得磁参数 J=-1 0 .5 6 cm- 1 和 J=-1 7.0 8cm- 1 ,表明在异双核配合物中金属离子间有较弱的反铁磁性自旋交换作用 .     

Preparation and reactivity of metal-containing monomers

Electroreduction of methacryloylacetone and its Fe^III and Cu^II complexes was studied by cyclic voltammetry and preparative electrolysis on a Hg electrode. The possibility of the electropolymerization of the compounds at highly negative potentials (–2.0 V, vs sce) has been demonstrated. 5－（4－乙酰氧基苯基），10，15，20－三苯基卟啉金属配合物修饰的铂支撑双层脂膜的IV性质

合成并表征了５－（４－乙酰氧基苯基），１０，１５，２０－三苯基卟啉及其金属配合物，将它们作为修饰物，制得铂支撑的双层脂膜，用循环伏安法研究了抗坏血酸的氧化还原反应，并对其机理作了探讨。     

吸附溶出伏安法测定普罗帕酮的研究

在pH 6.47的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,可得到普罗帕酮的吸附溶出峰。峰电位为-1.38V(vs.Ag/AgCl),富集1min,溶出峰电流与普罗帕酮浓度在8.0x10~(-9)～7.0x10~(-7)mol/L范围内呈线性关系。富集4min检测下限为3.0×10(-10)mol/L。该法用于测定普罗帕酮制剂及人血清中的痕量普罗帕酮,均得到了满意的结果,并探讨了电极反应过程机理。     

Interaction of Hydroxylamine with Esters of 2-Oxobutenoic Acids. Synthesis of 1-Hydroxy-3-hydroximino-2-pyrrolidinones

New 3-hydroximino-1-hydroxy-2-pyrrolidinones have been synthesized by the interaction of NH₂OH and NH₂OBn with the methyl esters of 2-oxo-3-butenoic acid derivatives. Some intermediate compounds have been isolated and identified and the reaction mechanism is discussed.     

溶出伏安法测定水中痕量钴

在０．０１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ．Ｈ２Ｏ－ＮＨ４Ｃｌ和３．０×１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ安息香缩氨基硫脲体系中，钴产生一灵敏的还原波，其峰电位是－０．９４Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ），峰电流与钴的浓度在２．０×１０－８－１．０×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内成直线关系，检测限为５．０×１０＾－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，该法测定水中痕量钴结果令人满意。     

Determination of TNT and its metabolites in water samples by voltammetric techniques

Square-wave voltammetry with the hanging drop mercury electrode as the working electrode was used for the determination of ultratraces of explosives in aqueous solution. It was shown that the strong pressure dependence of the pneumatically controlled multimode electrode system of a conventional Metrohm apparatus could be compensated by an additional pressure regulation, through which the pressure variations could be decreased when switching from deaeration to the static measurements. By using square-wave voltammetry with this electrode system after this modification the limits of detection for 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) and other TNT-metabolites could be decreased down to 0.2 μg L⁻¹ when using a measurement time of 6 min. Also a simultaneous determination of TNT and hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX) was shown to be possible over a wide linear range and the detection limits then were 2.2 μg L⁻¹ for TNT and 25 μg L⁻¹ for RDX. By applying the highly stable and adjustable pressure as mentioned before, the calibrations could be kept stable over a period of up to 1 week.
