Basic equations of the problem of the nonlinear unsymmetrical bending for orthotropic rectangular thin plate with variable thickness

Under the case of ignoring the body forces and considering components caused by diversion of membrane in vertical direction ( z-direction ), the constitutive equations of the problem of the nonlinear unsymmetrical bending for orthotropic rectangular thin plate with variable thickness are given; then introducing the dimensionless variables and three small parameters, the dimensionaless governing equations of the deflection function and stress function are given.     

On the Initial Boundary Value Problems for Two Dimensional Systems of Zakharov Equations and of Complex-Schrodinger-real-Boussinesq Equations

In this paper the author considers the initial boundary value problems for the system of Zakharov equtations (Za) and for the system of complex-Schrödinger-real-Boussinesq equations (SBq) in a two-dimensional domain. He proves the global existence and uniqueness of smooth solutions of (SBq) and of (Za) by means of continuous extension method and a priori estilmates.     

萝卜叶绿体rbc L基因定位及ctDNA基因文库的构建

用改进的高离子强度法分离的萝卜叶绿体（ｃｔ）经ＳＤＳ６０℃裂解，抽提的ｃｔＤＮＡ只需简单纯化即可用于酶切分析．萝卜ｃｔＤＮＡ用４种限制性内切酶ＢａｍＨⅠ，ＰｓｔⅠ，ＨｉｎｄⅢ和ＥｃｏＲⅠ分别进行单酶完全酶解，推算其分子量和长度分别为８２．５×１０６和１２５ｋｂ．以Ｎｉｃｋｔｒａｎｓｌａｔｉｏｎ标记的异源探针ｒｂｃＬ基因与ｃｔＤＮＡＥｃｏＲⅠ片段进行杂交，初步定位在Ｅ１１片段（１．７ｋｂ）上．以ＢｌｕｅｓｃｒｉｐｔＭ１３为载体构建了萝卜ｃｔＤＮＡＥｃｏＲⅠ基因文库     

复方丹参配伍比例对丹参化学成分溶出的影响

采用高效液相色谱峰比值法比较了由丹参和三七组成的复方丹参中丹参与三七的比例(以质量比计)从10∶0变化到1∶10的过程中丹参化学成分的变化。结果表明：所有合煎样品中丹参的主要成分含量均比单味药丹参中丹参主要成分的含量高,并且经典方(m(丹参)∶m(三七)＝5∶3)中丹参主要成分的含量最高。因此,丹参与三七以一定的比例(5∶3)配伍并且采用合煎的方法能够增加丹参成分的溶出率, 由此看来中医药中讲究的配伍规律是有其内在的科学道理的。     

A note on the exact synchronization by groups for a coupled system of wave equations

南中国海“G-Argo”声学浮标目标探测能力分析*

“G-Argo” 水下声学浮标作为一种新型的无动力无人移动观测平台,具备对海上目标广域、长时、隐蔽探测功能,是“透明海洋”工程立体观测系统的重要组成部分。本文通过在现有海洋环境观测浮标平台基础上,进行声学系统电磁兼容性优化设计,减小浮标平台对声学系统的电磁干扰,研制出具有目标探测能力的“G-Argo”水下声学浮标平台。并于2018年5月,在南海海区组织了多台水下声学浮标探测性能验证试验,试验结果表明,深海良好水文条件下,“G-Argo”水下声学浮标对航速10kn的配合试验船目标最远探测距离大于11km,对航速6.4kn的工程船目标最远探测距离大于42.8km,对航速12kn的集装箱船目标最远探测距离大于15.8km,对航速14.5kn的集装箱船目标最远探测距离大于24km。     

PA-130/CA合金膜材料的研制及其性能

采用溶液共混和液-固相转变法(L-S)制备了用于高效液相色谱(HPLC)柱填料的共聚尼龙/醋酸纤维素共混物(PA-130/CA)。以小分子量化合物为探针分子,用HPLC数据表征了PA-130/CA合金膜材料的界面性能,并研究了其合金膜材料的相容性和热稳定性。结果表明:PA-130与CA有很好的相容性;该合金膜的热稳定性比纯CA膜的有所提高;质量比为30/70的PA-130/CA合金膜对不离解极性有机物的分离效率更高。     

结构非概率集合可靠性模型

针对概率可靠性模型和模糊可靠性模型关于原始数据要求高的局限性,将影 响结构可靠性的不确定性信息用区间集合来描述,提出了一种新的结构可靠性分析的非概率 集合模型. 以建立的结构应力-强度非概率集合干涉模型为基础,用结构安全域的体积与 基本区间变量域的总体积之比作为结构非概率集合可靠性的度量,相对于 前人的研究结果具有更加明确的意义,并证明了它与概率可靠性度量 的相容性.     

Direct characterization of phase behavior and compatibility in PET/HDPE polymer blends by confocal Raman mapping

Morphology, chemical distribution and domain size in poly(ethylene terephthalate)/high‐density poly(ethylene) (PET/HDPE) polymer blends of various ratios prepared with and without maleic anhydride have been analyzed with confocal Raman mapping and SEM. The ratioimage method introduced here allows us to obtain enhanced chemical images with higher contrast and reliability. Compatibility numbers (N_c) are calculated to evaluate the compatibility of the blends. The incompatible polymer blends show heterogeneous distribution with phase separation behavior, while the semicompatible blends prepared with maleic anhydride show much smaller subphase distributions with less distinct interphases. After the blending modification by maleic anhydride of only 0.5%, the viscosity status and dispersibility between PET and HDPE could be substantially improved, and the interactions that exist between the two phases have also been proved by ATR‐FT‐IR results. High‐spatial‐resolution confocal Raman mapping coupled with the ratioimage method provides a very attractive way to characterize the compatibility and phase behavior of the polymer blend through different blending methodologies.
