The aim of this study is to evaluate the applicability of the catalytic activity (CA) of the Fe3O4 magnetic system in the adsorption/degradation of methylene blue and esterification. The thermal decomposition method allowed the preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The crystallites of the Fe3O4 structural phase present an acicular form confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Transmission electron microscopy results identified the acicular shape and agglomeration of the nanoparticles. Mössbauer spectroscopy showed that the spectrum is composed of five components at room temperature, a hyperfine magnetic field distribution (HMFD), two sextets, a doublet, and a singlet. The presence of the HMFD means that a particle size distribution is present. Fluorescence spectroscopy studied the CA of the nanoparticles with methylene blue and found adsorption/degradation properties of the dye. The catalytic activity of the nanoparticles was evaluated in the esterification reaction by comparing the results in the presence and absence of catalyst for the reaction with isobutanol and octanol, where it is observed that the selectivity for the products MIBP and MNOP is favored in the first three hours of reaction. 相似文献

The covalent immobilization of trypsin onto poly[(methyl methacrylate)-co-(ethyl acrylate)-co-(acrylic acid)] latex particles, produced by a soap-free emulsion polymerization technique, was carried out using the carbodiimide method. The catalytic properties and kinetic parameters, as well as the stability of the immobilized enzyme were compared to those of the free enzyme. Results showed that the optimum temperature and pH for the immobilized trypsin in the hydrolysis of casein were 55 degrees C and 8.5, both of which were higher than that of the free form. It was found that K(m) (Michaelis constant) was 45.7 mg . ml(-1) and V(max) (maximal reaction rate) was 793.0 microg . min(-1) for immobilized trypsin, compared to a K(m) of 30.0 mg . ml(-1) and a V(max) of 5 467.5 microg . min(-1) for free trypsin. The immobilized trypsin exhibited much better thermal and chemical stabilities than its free counterpart and maintained over 63% of its initial activity after reusing ten times. 相似文献

连续流化床(内径123mm、高1.2m)中,采用工业纯碱(碳酸钠)为催化剂进行了高变质程度无烟煤一福建永安煤(低挥发分k=5.47%、高灰Aad=29.45%)混合气(空气/水蒸气)催化气化的研究,考察了催化剂质量分数、气化温度、水汽比等操作参数的影响。实验结果表明,工业纯碱作为催化剂添加5%可使碳转化率增加3倍,实现了煤的高效转化;气化温度有明显催化气化促进作用,超过900℃时,流化床内易结渣。从同时满足高产气率及高煤气热值两个指标出发,在适宜操作条件(碳酸钠质量分数5%、850℃~880℃、适宜水汽比)下,产气率提高2倍,从无催化剂时的2.13m^3/kg~2.15m^3/kg提高到4.2m^3/kg~5.1m^3/kg;煤气热值提高5倍,从1.0MJ/m^3左右提高到5.0MJ/m^3;表明工业纯碱进行高变质福建无烟煤流化床混合气催化气化具有重要的工业应用价值和现实的开发意义。 相似文献

A supramolecular catalytic kinetic spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of osmium(IV) and the possible mechanism of catalytic reaction was discussed. The method is based on the fluorescence enhancing reaction of o-vanillin furfuralhydrazone (OVFH) with potassium bromate, which was catalysed by osmium(IV) in water medium. Beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) obviously sensibilized the determination at pH 6.10 and 55 °C. Under optimum conditions, beta-CD-osmium(IV)-KBrO3-OVFH supramolecular kinetic catalytic reaction system had excitation and emission maxima at 337 and 490 nm, respectively. The linear range of this method was 0-120 ng ml−1 with a R.S.D. of 1.1%, and the detection limit was 0.38 ng ml−1. The effect of interferences was studied. Distillation was used to separate osmium from interfering elements in the samples. The proposed method was applied successfully to determine osmium(IV) in synthetic mixture and mineral samples, the results were well consistent with the reference standard values. 相似文献
