Mutation scanning-coupled analysis of haplotypic variability in mitochondrial DNA regions reveals low gene flow between human and porcine Ascaris in endemic regions of China

Haplotypic variation within and among the Ascaris populations representing six provinces in China was investigated. Mitochondrial DNA regions in the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (cox1) and NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 (nad1) genes were amplified by PCR from total genomic DNA samples (n > 720) from Ascaris individuals from humans and pigs, and subjected to mutation scanning and subsequent selective sequencing. For the cox1, ten different electrophoretic profiles were recorded for human Ascaris, and the same number for pig Ascaris, one of them being common to both host species. For the nad1, 11 different profiles were detected for human Ascaris, and 15 for pig Ascaris. Having defined all haplotypes (20 for pcox1 and 26 for pnad1) by sequencing, their frequencies were estimated in each of the two host species and each of the six provinces. For each mitochondrial region, the frequency of the different haplotypes varied considerably, depending on host species and geographical origin. Analysis of the sequence data (representing all haplotypes for each mitochondrial locus) by F-statistics indicated restricted gene flow between human Ascaris and pig Ascaris, and supported the conclusions from previous molecular epidemiological investigations that pigs are not a significant source of Ascaris infection in humans in endemic regions.

加入二氧化碳可以促进羰基化合物的烯丙基化反应. 实验结果表明: 在1.0 MPa的二氧化碳和2 equiv.的锡存在下, 以THF/H₂O为反应介质, 芳香醛化合物与烯丙基溴可以顺利地发生烯丙基化反应得到较高的产率, 而芳香酮化合物和脂肪醛等与烯丙基溴反应只得到较低的产率.     

Carbon Nanotubes‐Ionic Liquid and Chloropromazine Modified Electrode for Determination of NADH and Fabrication of Ethanol Biosensor

Potential cycling was used for oxidation of chloropromazine and producing an electroactive redox couples which strongly adsorbed on the electrode surface modified with carbon nanotubes and ionic liquid nanocomposite. The modified electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity toward NADH oxidation. The differential pulse voltammetry detection provided high sensitivity, 0.5835 A M^?1, low detection limit, 80 nM at concentration range up to 20 μM. An ethanol biosensor was also developed by immobilizing alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme onto nanocomposite. Differential pulse voltammetric detection of ethanol gives linear responses over the concentration range 40 μM–1.5 mM with detection limit 5 μM and sensitivity 1.97 μA mM^?1.     

2-芳基-5-(6-哒嗪酮-3-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑的合成

1,4,5,6-四氢-6-哒嗪酮-3-甲酰肼(1)和1,6-二氢-6-哒嗪酮-3-甲酰肼(2)与芳香醛反应得到相应的芳香醛腙3a～3g和5a～5g, 再将3a～3g, 5a～5g在溴的作用下, 合环得到一系列1,3,4-噁二唑的衍生物4a～4g和6a～6g. 化合物的结构经1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析得以证实.     

1-Heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt： One pot efficient synthesis of 2-aryl- 1-arylmethyl- 1 H- 1,3-benzo[d]imidazoles

Synthesis of 2-aryl-1-arylmethyl-1H-1,3-benzo[d]imidazoles by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with substituted aromatic aldehydes in the presence of l-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt (10 mol%) at room temperature.The reactions were performed in acetonitrile:water (8:2).The method was proved to be eco-friendly,convenient and the products were isolated with good yields (82-90%).     

水相条件下1,4-二氢吡啶衍生物的合成与芳构化

将醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯和醋酸铵的多组分反应引入到水相回流条件下, 合成了一系列具有生物和药物活性的1,4-二氢吡啶化合物. 在此基础之上, 向反应体系中直接加入氧化剂MnO2, “一锅法”生成了芳构化的吡啶衍生物, 将原来Hantzsch酯的合成与芳构化在“一锅”里实现, 缩减了反应步骤, 提高了反应效率.     

超声波辐射下β-吲哚衍生物的合成

在超声波下以吲哚、芳香醛、丙二酸亚异丙酯为原料一锅法合成了β-吲哚衍生物——5-[(3-吲哚基)．芳甲基]-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧六环4,6-二酮,其结构经IR和1H NMR确认。     

A simple and efficient one-pot synthesis of β-acetamido carbonyl compounds using sulfated zirconia as a heterogeneous recyclable catalyst

Sulfated zirconia has been employed as an efficient recyclable catalyst for the preparation of various β-acetamidoketones or esters at room temperature. The process involves the one-pot multicomponent reactions of aromatic aldehydes, enolizable ketones or β-ketoesters and acetonitrile in the presence of acetyl chloride.     

基于偶氮水杨醛酰腙的氰根比色检测探针的合成及性能

设计合成了一种基于酚羟基和氨基的酰腙类探针分子, 利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和核磁滴定考察了其对F^-, Cl^-, Br^-, I^-, CH₃COO^-, H₂PO₄^-, HSO₄^-, ClO₄^-, CN^-, SCN^-, SO^2-₄和NO^-₃等阴离子的识别作用. 结果表明, 当加入CN^-离子时主体溶液颜色由无色变为黄色, 而加入其它离子时主体溶液颜色不变, 说明该探针在DMSO/H₂O(体积比5: 5)体系中能选择性裸眼比色检测CN^-. 核磁滴定及质谱数据表明, 该探针与CN^-以1:1化学计量比结合, 该过程通过亲核加成方式完成.     

MgO Nanoparticles as a Recyclable Heterogeneous Catalyst for the Synthesis of Polyhydroquinoline Derivatives under Solvent Free Conditions

Magnesium oxide nanopartticels in average size between 35–120 nm were prepared by sonochemistry method. Synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives using MgO nanoparticles from the reaction of dimedone, benzaldehyde, ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate under solvent‐free conditions is reported. Easy handling, reusability, thermal stability and non‐toxicity of the catalyst make the present protocol as an eco‐friendly and economically acceptable method for synthesis of these heterocycles.
