非完整系统Hamilton原理的驻值特性

本文论证了非完整系统的Hamilton原理的驻值特性，指出运用Appell－Chetaev条件的Hamilton原理和不应用appell-Chetaev条件的Hamilton原理都是驻值变分原理．并且，讨论了几个有关问题．     

Testing the Universality of Free Fall for Charged Particles in Space

At first a short analysis of the notion of the Universality of Free Fall (UFF) for charged matter is given. Even if neutral bound systems of charged particles are in full accordance with the UFF, there is still a possibility that an isolated charge couples anomalously to gravitational fields. The experiment of Witteborn and Fairbank aimed at testing the UFF for electrons is shortly reviewed emphasizing the various additional disturbing gravity induced electromagnetic fields. Since these additional gravity induced fields are not very well under control, a space borne version of this experiment will reduce these disturbances considerably. The corresponding estimates for these kinds of tests in space are presented. As a result, gravity–induced stray field can be reduced considerably. Furthermore, also patch–effects can be reduced efficiently due to novel coating techniques. Therefore, due to microgravity conditions and new techniques the UFF for charged particles may be tested with much higher accuracy than in previous experiments.

Existence of weak and strong solutions of an integrodifferential equation in Banach spaces

A class of evolution integrodifferential equation has been studied over the analytic semigroup of operators in a Banach space. Further the existence of weak and strong solutions in Banach space have been proved and extended to a maximum interval of existence.     

变量聚类—全局主成分分析在我国普通高等教育发展水平评价中的应用

本文根据1997年~2003年共同构成的关于我国普通高等教育发展水平的时序立体数据表,对各地区高等教育发展整体状况的各项指标进行变量聚类,以区分对我国高教发展背景与现状分别产生影响的各项指标,然后对每一类作主成分分析,选出能够代表该类的主成分。在此基础上,计算出各地区各年度主成分的增长度;再对各年度主成分的增长度作主成分分析,以期对我国高教发展背景与现状的总体变化趋势做出综合评价。     

城市生活垃圾分类方法探讨

在分析我国城市生活垃圾处理现状的基础上，针对目前生活垃圾处理方式中存在的问题，提出应结合城市生活垃圾处理方式，对生活垃圾进行科学分类，并论述了分类原则和分类方法．     

Boundary point lemmas and overdetermined problems

Two elliptic boundary value problems are considered: a problem of mixed type in a cylindrical domain, and a Dirichlet problem in an annular domain. Under some overdetermined conditions on the boundary gradient, symmetry results for domain and solution are proved. The method of proof involves the classical boundary point lemma by Hopf, as well as a suitable adaptation of it that works well at certain corners.     

Convergence Analysis of a Class of Nonlinear Penalization Methods for Constrained Optimization via First-Order Necessary Optimality Conditions

We propose a scheme to solve constrained optimization problems by combining a nonlinear penalty method and a descent method. A sequence of nonlinear penalty optimization problems is solved to generate a sequence of stationary points, i.e., each point satisfies a first-order necessary optimality condition of a nonlinear penalty problem. Under some conditions, we show that any limit point of the sequence satisfies the first-order necessary condition of the original constrained optimization problem.
