Abstract Three new spectrophotometric methods are described for the determination of lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide in their binary mixturer: First derivative spectrophotometry ratio spectra derivative and Vierordt's method. The procedures do not require any prior separation. In the derivative spectrophotometry, the dA/dλ values in the first derivative spectra of the mixture were measured at 269.6 nm for lisinopril and at 279.8 nm for hydrochlorothiazide. The calibration graphs were linear in the range 25.56–129.50 μg.ml?1 for lisinopril and 10.60–139.80 μg.ml?1 for hydrochlorothiazide. In ratio spectra derivative spectrophotometry, the calibration graphs for 15.68–129.50 μg.ml?1 lisinopril and for 5.98–139.80 μg.ml?1 hydrochlorothiazide were obtained by measuring the signals at 253.7 nm and 243.6 nm for lisinopril and at 280.1 nm and 270.8 nm for hydrochlorothiazide. In Vierordt's method, A1 1 (1 %, 1 cm) values of lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide were determined at 259.8 nm and 272.7 nm in the zero-order spectra. The quantity of both compounds were calculated by using the A1 1 (1 %, 1cm) values. The methods were successfully applied to a pharmaceutical formulation for determination of both active compounds. 相似文献

Apart from its ability to image surfaces with atomic resolution the scanning tunneling microscope has evolved as a tool to manipulate single atoms and molecules. In this paper we present several examples of atomic manipulation and the formation of nanostructures with this technique. As examples for lateral manipulation, i.e. the sliding of atoms and molecules along the surface, we show CO, C2H4 and Pb on a stepped copper surface, the Cu(211). As examples for vertical manipulation, i.e. the transfer of atoms and molecules between the tip and the surface, we discuss Xe and C3H6. The design of our low temperature scanning tunneling microscope is shortly described. 相似文献

Toda field theories are important integrable systems. They can be regarded as constrained WZNW models, and this viewpoint helps to give their explicit general solutions, especially when a Drinfeld–Sokolov gauge is used. The main objective of this paper is to carry out this approach of solving the Toda field theories for the classical Lie algebras, following Balog et al. (1990) [5]. In this process, we discover and prove some algebraic identities for principal minors of special matrices. The known elegant solutions of Leznov (1980) [10] fit in our scheme in the sense that they are the general solutions to our conditions discovered in this solving process. To prove this, we find and prove some differential identities for iterated integrals. It can be said that altogether our paper gives complete mathematical proofs for Leznov’s solutions. 相似文献

Three‐photon absorption (3PA) properties of symmetric‐type carbazole derivatives show great potential for application in light‐activated therapy and optical limiting. A novel symmetrical carbazole derivative (abbreviated as POCP) with end‐groups of 1,10‐phenanthroline rings as the donor moieties, chained via carbon–nitrogen (C = N) double bond, has been synthetized and its three photon absorption properties has been also determined by using a Q‐switched Nd: YAG laser pumped with 30 ps pulses at 1064 nm in dimethylformamide. The measurement of 3PA cross‐section of this compound is performed by open aperture Z‐scan and σ3PA is 481 × 10–78 cm6 ? s2/photon2 for the transition S0 → S1. The influence of the molecular structure of this compound on three‐photon absorption cross‐sections is discussed micromechanically by Austin model 1 and Zerner's Intermediate Neglect of Differential Overlap/S method. We present a simple proof of the Leray-Schauder type theorem for approximable multimaps given recently by Ben-El-Mechaiekh and Idzik. We apply this theorem to obtain a Schaefer type theorem, the Birkhoff-Kellogg type theorems, a Penot type theorem for non-self-maps, and quasi-variational inequalities, all related to compact closed approximable maps.
