用钙离子选择电极测定配合饲料,混合饲料及骨粉中钙的含量

1 引言 饲料在畜牧业发展中起着非常重要的作用。目前,饲料中钙的含量测定是采用高锰酸钾法和EDTA法,高锰酸钾法测定时间长,手段繁琐,而且试剂耗费较多,而EDTA法的终点误差较大,不易准确测定。本文提出了用钙离子选择电极测定饲料中的钙,该法节省试剂,具有操作简便,快速、灵敏、比较准确等特点,非常适用于大批量的样品测定,通过实验,我们收到了比较满意的结果。

本文通过比较生物与非生物体系共轭分子的异同，阐明了生物体系中共轭分子进化的动力———不对称性，并举例说明了不对称性和由其带来的方向性在生物进化中的重要作用。     

NMR Studies on the Subacute Biochemical Effects of Aristolochic Acid on Rat Serum

The subacute effect of aristolochic acid （AA） on rat serum was studied by NMR method. The biochemical effects induced by AA were characterized by an increase in the amounts of creatinine, trimethylamine N-oxide, acetoacetate, acetate and 3-D-hydroxybutyrate and lactate in serum from ^1H NMR spectra. Principal component analysis was used for further comparing the similarities of ^1H NMR spectral profiles of serum from rats treated with AA and model toxins.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of O-Ethyl-N-（2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-xylopyranosyl）-thiocarbamate

The crystal and molecular structures of O-ethyl-N-(2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-p-D-xylopyranosyl)-thiocarbamate were determined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with space group P2(1)2(1)2(1), lattice parameters a=0.90636(18) nm, b=0.94716(19) nm, c=2.1855(4) nm, V=1. 8762 (7) nm3, and Z=4. All the substituents are in equatorial positions. There are four intramolecular interactions, each forming a five-membered ring. The molecules are linked by interactions to form three-dimensional framework. Atoms O6 and O8 show positional disorder.     

Two new C-glycosylflavones from the leaves of Iris lactea var.chinensis

Two new acylated C-glycosylflavones were isolated from the leaves of Iris lactea var. chinensis, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR experiments and mass spectrometry methods and were assigned as 5-hydroxy-4＇- methoxyflavone-7-O-（β-D-2＇＇＇＇4＇＇＇＇-diacetylrhamnopyranosyl）-6-C-[ O-（α-L-6＇＇＇-acetyl-glucpyranosyl）-1→2-β-D-glucopyrano- side] （irislactin A） and 5-hydroxy-4＇,7-dimethoxyflavone-6-C-[O-（α-L-2＇＇＇,3＇＇＇-diacetylrhanmo-pyranosyl）-1→ 2-β-D-glucopyranoside] （irislactin B）.     

A new caffeic ester from Incarvillea mairei var. granditlora （Wehrhahn） Grierson

A new cafferic ester, （＋）-2-（1-hydroxyl-4-oxocyclohexyl） ethyl caffeate, was isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of the whole plants of Incarvillea mairei var. granditlora （Wehrhahn） Grierson. The structure of the compound was established by spectroscopic methods.     

A new glycoside from the leaves of Neoalsomitra integrifoliola

A new ionone glycoside （6R,9R）-blumenyl α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1 → 6）-β-D-gluco-pyranoside （1）, together with a new natural product 2-methoxyl-4-trans-pmpenyl-phenol α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1 → 6）-β-D-glucopyranoside （2）, was isolated from the leaves ofNeoalsomitra integrifoliola. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. Compound 1 showed weak anti-inflammatory and low-level antioxidant activities.
