EPO检测技术的研究进展

促红细胞生成素（EPO）是一种临床上广泛应用的重要药物，也是近年来兴奋剂检测的热点。本文主要从EPO的产生和应用出发，对EPO的结构、特性及其检测方法进行了介绍及评价，重点探讨了竞技体育中EPO的检测技术，并对检测前景作了展望。     

钴与2-[2-(5-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸显色反应的分光光度法研究

本文合成丁新试剂2-[2-(5-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(5-Br-BTAMB)。研究了在表面活性剂存在下它与钴的显色反应。发现 TritonX-100存在下,钴与5-Br-BTAMB在 pH6.0～8.5范围内形成稳定的蓝色配合物。其最大吸收峰位于660nm。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.22×10~5L·mol·cm~(-1)。配合物中钴与5-Br-BTAMB 的组成比为1:2.钴浓度在0～12μg/25ml 范围内呈良好的线性关系。在硫脲存在下,该方法具有良好的选择性,用于测定含钴分子筛和 V_(B12)中微量钴。结果令人满意。

催化光度法测定痕量Mn(Ⅱ)的研究——Mn(Ⅱ)-铍试剂Ⅲ-H_2O_2体系

研究了0.10mol·L~(-1)氨水介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)催化H_2O_2氧化铍试剂Ⅲ退色的反应,选择了最佳反应条件下。方法的检出限为2.0×10~(-10)g·ml~(-1),线性范围为0.4～20.0ng·ml~(-1)。本法简单灵敏、选择性较好,可直接测定茶叶中Mn(Ⅱ)含量。     

乙醇在双功能Pd-Cu/分子筛催化剂上气相氧化酯化一步合成乙酸乙酯

研究了乙醇在双功能在Ｐｄ－Ｃｕ／分子筛催化剂上一步合成乙酸乙酯的反应，发现Ｐｄ是氧化活性中心的主组分，Ｃｕ主要对Ｐｄ的氧化功能起调变作用，以减少乙醇浓度氧化副反应，提高酯化选择性，分子筛和酸性强弱对活性，特别是对酯化选择性有明显的影响，酯化要求在较强的酸中心上进行，探讨了氧化活性中心和酸中心的匹配关系以及Ｃｕ对Ｐｄ－的调变作用，提出了乙醇氧化酯化机理。     

Preparation, Electrochemical Behavior and Electrocatalytic Activity of a Copper Hexacyanoferrate Modified Ceramic Carbon Electrode

A copper hexacyanoferrate modified ceramic carbon electrode （CuHCF/CCE） had been prepared by two-step sol-gel technique and characterized using electrochemical methods. The resulting modified electrode showed a pair of well-defined surface waves in the potential range of 0.40 to 1.0 V with the formal potential of 0.682 V （vs. SCE） in 0.050 mol·dm^-3 HOAc-NaOAc buffer containing 0.30 mol·dm^-3 KCl. The charge transfer coefficient （a） and charge transfer rate constant （ks） for the modified electrode were calculated. The electrocatalytic activity of this modified electrode to hydrazine was also investigated, and chronoamperometry was exploited to conveniently determine the diffusion coefficient （D） of hydrazine in solution and the catalytic rate constant （kcat）. Finally, hydrazine was determined with amperometry using the resulting modified electrode. The calibration plot for hydrazine determination was linear in 3.0 × 10^-6--7.5 × 10^-4 mol·dm^-3 with the detection limit of 8.0 × 10^-7 molodm^-3. This modified electrode had some advantages over the modified film electrodes constructed by the conventional methods, such as renewable surface, good long-term stability, excellent catalytic activity and short response time to hydrazine.     

Structure of Palladium( Ⅱ ) Complex with 2-Hydroxy-propane 1, 3-diamine-N,N,N'''' N'''',-tetraacetic Acid

The reaction of PdCl2 in water with 2-hydroxypropane-1, 3-diaminetetraacetic acid (HPDTA) gave the complex Pd (C11H16N2O9)·1. 5H2O, which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction data show that Pd ( Ⅱ ) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two car-boxylic oxygen atoms. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group Pc with a = 1. 1240(2), b=1. 1183(2), c=1. 2597(3) nm, β=96. 33(2)°V=1. 5737(6) nm3, Z = 4, R= 0.038. The structure contains two crystallographically independent molecules which have slightly different orientations and are connected by hydrogen bonds.     

A Cu(Ⅱ) Complex with IM-MeImz-к2 N,O Mode in [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2: Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties

A new copper(Ⅱ) compound with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2 (IM-meImz =2-(5-methylimidazol-4-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-imidazoline-1-oxyl) has been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.3604(7), b = 10.3012(7), c = 16.6684(12) (A), β = 105.0290(10)°, V = 1552.25(19)(A)3, C24H34CuN10O2S2, Mr = 622.27, Z = 2, Dc = 1.331 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.876 mm-1, F(000) =650, the final R = 0.0374 and wR = 0.1079. X-ray analysis demonstrates that the IM-MeImz ligand is coordinated to the copper(Ⅱ) ion as an unusual didentate chelate with a κ2 N(MeImz),O(IM) mode in the complex. The square-planar coordination sites at Cu(Ⅱ) are occupied by two O and two N atoms from the imino nitroxide radicals. The complex molecules are connected as a onedimensional polymer structure by intermolecular interactions. Magnetic measurements show that there are intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(Ⅱ) ion and radicals.     

714名0—6岁儿童头发中微量元素水平的研究

报道了深圳市南山区７１４名０￣６岁儿童头发中６种必需微量和宏量元素的水平，分析了不同年龄、性别儿童６种元素的异常状况，研究结果表明，儿童头发中锌、铜、铁、钙和锰元素缺乏状况相当严重总缺乏率占８９．９％。     

苯偶氮罗丹宁类显色剂的合成及其与铜的显色反应

报道５－（４＇－氯－２＇－羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁（２），５－（４＇－溴－２＇－羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁（３）和５－（４＇－碘－２＇羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁（４）的合成及在水溶液中的离奶常数Ｋ和Ｋ研究它们与铜的显色反应，在弱酸性时，３种显色剂与铜均形成配位比为２：１的配合物，２与铜的显色反应，当铜浓度在０～２．５μｇ／ｍＬ范围内符合比耳定律。用分光光度法测定了合金中铜的含量。
