高氯酸二水邻菲咯啉合铜配合物的合成和晶体结构

Crystal structure of the title compound， Cu(phen)(H₂O)₂·ClO₄(phen=1，10-phenanthroline)， was deter-mined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system， space group C2/c with lattice parameters a=1.49071(4)nm， b=1.38594(4)nm， c=0.70292(1)nm， β=108.509(1)° and Z=4; The Cu(Ⅰ) ion is chelated by a phen ligand and two aqua ligands in cis arrangement and assumes a C2 symmetric square-planar geometry with the CuN₂O₂ core. Eight Cu(phen)(H₂O)₂·ClO₄ molecules are interconnected by strong hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated perchlorate anions to form a molecular scale cavities along c axis. The bond distances of Cu-N and Cu-O are 0.2003(4)nm and 0.1973(3)nm， respectively. CCDC： 197600.     

Highly Selective Salicylate Membrane Electrode Based on N,N＇- （Aminoethyl）ethylenediamide Bis（2-salicylideneimine） Binuclear Copper（Ⅱ） Complex as Neutral Carrier

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N＇-（aminoethyl）ethylenediamide bis（2-salicylideneimine） binuclear copper（Ⅱ） complex [Cu（Ⅱ）2-AEBS] as an ionophore was developed. The electrode has a linear range from 1.0 × 10^-1 to 5.0 ×10^-7 mol·L^- 1 with a near-Nemstian slope of （ - 55 ±1 ） mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L^-1 in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25 ℃. It shows good selectivity for Sal^- and displays anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence： Sal^-〉SCN^-〉 ClO4^- 〉I^-〉 NO2^- 〉Br^-〉 NO3^- 〉Cl^-〉 SO3^2- 〉 SO4^2- The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper（Ⅱ）complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used for at least 2 months without any major deviation. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating current （AC） impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique. The effect of the electrode membrane compositions and the experimental conditions were studied. The electrode has been successfully used for the determination of salicylate ion in drug pharmaceutical preparations.     

Studies on synthesis and kinetics of thermodecomposition of the nickel(Ⅱ) compounds with Schiff base derived from amino acids

Monoaqua salicylaldehyde-o-aminobenzoic acid Ni(Ⅱ) monohydrate (cp1) and monoaqua o-vanillin-o-aminobenzoic acid Ni(Ⅱ) monohydrate (cp2) were synthesized. The composition and structures of these two compounds were analyzed. Their thermal stability and non-isothermal kinetics were also investigated by use of TG and DTG curves. The possible reaction mechanisms in their first steps of thermal decomposition reactions were deduced by means of integral and differential methods. Thermodecomposition kinetic equations of the compounds are as follows:Cp1: da/At = A . exp(-E/RT) . 3/2(1 - a)4/3 . [1/(1 - a)1/3 -1]-1 Cp2 : da/At = A . exp(-E/RT) . (1 - a)     

On the Crystal Structure of [Cu（OH）2（HeO）2（4-C5H4NCOOH）2]

The compound described as [Cu(OH)2(H2O)2(4-C5H4NCOOH)2] in Chin. J. Struct. Chem.,2001, 20:478-480 is instead the compound [Cu(H2O)4(4-C5H4NCOO)2], whose crystal structure has already been published elsewhere.     

氨·环己胺·羧酸根合铂(Ⅱ)类配合物的合成、抗肿瘤活性和与DNA的键合水平

本工作设计合成了6种新型氨·环己胺·羧酸根合铂(Ⅱ)类配合物[Pt(NH₃)((?)-NH₂)X₂](a～f){其中，X=CH₃COO^-(乙酸根)，CH₂ClCOO^-(氯乙酸根)，C₆H₅-COO^-(苯甲酸根)，p-CH₃O-C₆     

一锅法合成2-苄基-2,3-丁二烯腈类化合物

氮气保护下，以（三苯基膦）乙腈、苄基溴、乙酰氯为原料，三乙胺为碱，在二氯甲烷中经一锅法反应合成了12个2-苄基-2,3-丁二烯腈类化合物（3a~3l），其中3b~3l为新化合物，其结构经¹H NMR，¹³C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。

健康老年人血清锌,铜,镁含量的调查

应用原子吸收分光光度法对济南市健康老年人血清中铜、锌、镁含量进行了测定。结果表明，健康老年人血液铜、锌水平低，但铜、锌比值正常，而镁的含量则较高。提示这组健康老年人未患心、脑血管疾病及糖尿病的原因可能与铜、锌、镁等微量元素有关。     

二安替比林基—3,4—二羟基苯基甲烷与Cr（Ⅵ）显色反应的研究及应用

研究了二安替比林基-3,4-二羟基苯基甲烷与Cr(Ⅵ)的显色反应。在磷酸介质中,在Mn(Ⅱ)和吐温-80存在下,Cr(Ⅵ)与二安替比林基-3,4-二羟基苯基甲烷反应生成一种橙黄色化合物,其最大吸收波长为480nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.04×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Cr(Ⅵ)量在0.3～11μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。文中初步探讨了反应的机理,并将此法应用于钢铁样品中微量铬的测定,结果满意。     

铜(Ⅱ)-三氮唑偶氮络合物与脱氧核糖核酸相互作用的电化学行为

运用电化学方法研究了铜（Ⅱ）－三氮唑偶氮（2－[2,3,5-三氮唑偶氮]-5－二甲氨基苯甲酸，TZAMB）络合物与脱氧核糖核酸（DAN）的相互作用。在pH2.5(0.05mol/L）邻苯二甲酸氢钾（PBS）缓冲溶液中，DNA与Cu(Ⅱ）－TZAMB络合物形成一种电惰性结合物，使Cu（Ⅱ）－TZAMB络合物的还原峰电流减小。通过循环伏安法、盐效应以及紫外－可见吸收谱证实了是由Cu(Ⅱ）－TZAMB络合物与DNA形成一种插入式的电惰性结合物而使其峰电流下降。根据这种峰电流下降可以测定DNA，测定结果令人满意。
