The tunneling dynamics of a dipolar bosonic gas with repulsive interactions in a periodically driven triple- well are investigated. Because of the coupled effect of long-range dipole-dipole interaction and the short-range of on-site interaction, the increase of the repulsive atomic interactions can either suppress tunneling or enhance tunneling and, thus, the system experiences rich coherent tunneling(CT)-coherent destruction of tunneling (CDT) transitions. In particular, as the repulsive atomic interactions increase, the system can undergo CT-CDT-CT- CDT or CDT-CT-CDT-CT-CDT transitions. This cannot occur in non-dipolar gas, where the increase of the repulsive atomic interaction only suppress tunneling and the system can only undergo CT-CDT transition. We further present a good understanding of the results with the help of the quasi-energy spectrum of the system.  相似文献

We derive a modified analytical expression of a quantum radar cross section (QRCS). Subsequently, we present a comparison between the QRCS and a classical radar cross section (RCS) and analyze the factors that can affect the intensity of the peak and side lobes. Simulation results on a flat rectangular plate demonstrate that QRCS has a similar structure to that of RCS. The analysis of side-lobe structure can benefit the design of quantum stealth platforms as well as the research on quantum radars.  相似文献

通过化学裁剪法打开碳纳米管获得了粒径一致、性能稳定、具有蓝色荧光的石墨烯量子点。该方法属于化学溶液法,具有成本低廉、工艺简单、条件易控等优势。将该样品与半导体聚合物按一定比例混溶,通过旋涂技术形成基于石墨烯量子点掺杂的聚合物复合薄膜,进而制成柔性存储器。该柔性可弯曲存储器具有低驱动电压、接近103的ON/OFF 比率、较好的循环次数,较好的重复性和稳定性。该研究结果为柔性有机存储器领域的研究展开了新的方向。  相似文献

采用改进后的合成方法,以Se和ZnO粉末为原料,在十六胺(HDA)、月桂酸(LA)和三辛基膦(TOP)有机溶剂体系中合成了胶体ZnSe和ZnS量子点。主要研究了溶剂配比、反应温度及生长时间对ZnSe量子点粒径和光学性质的影响。结果表明:制得的ZnSe和ZnS量子点均是纤锌矿型结构,且具有较好的尺寸均匀性、分散性及荧光特性。粒子直径可控制在4.5~8 nm范围内。采用参数n(ZnO) : n(HDA) : n(LA)=1 : 2.1 : 5.2,c(TOPSe)=1 mol/L,在280 ℃成核,240 ℃生长条件下合成的ZnSe量子点具有最佳的尺寸范围,并且随着生长时间的延长,粒径变大,荧光发射峰明显红移。  相似文献

链路持续时间是影响卫星量子密钥分发量子比特率的重要参数.文章分析了影响星-地单光子和纠缠光子量子密钥分发链路持续时间的若干因素,并且进行了数值仿真研究.结果表明,随着轨道高度的增加或者地面最小通信仰角的减小,单光子和纠缠光子链路的持续时间有较大的改善;单光子链路时地面站同卫星星下点轨迹间的距离和纠缠光子链路时两地面站之间的距离也均是影响链路持续时间的重要参数;纠缠光子链路持续时间的影响因素较单光子链路更为复杂,其最终决定于卫星星下点轨迹同两地面站之间的位置关系.  相似文献

The effect of quantum well number on the quantum efficiency and temperature characteristics of In- GaN/GaN laser diodes (LDs) is determined and investigated. The 3-nm-thick In0.13Ca0.87N wells and two 6-am-thick GaN barriers are selected as an active region for Fabry-Perot (FP) cavity waveguide edge emitting LD. The internal quantum efficiency and internal optical loss coefficient are extracted through the simulation software for single, double, and triple InGaN/GaN quantum wells. The effects of device temperature on the laser threshold current, external differential quantum efficiency (DQE), and output wavelength are also investigated. The external quantum efficiency and characteristic temperature are improved significantly when the quantum well number is two. It is indicated that the laser structures with many quantum wells will suffer from the inhomogeneity of the carrier density within the quantum well itself which affects the LD performance.  相似文献

Utilizing the quantum statistical method and applying the new state density equation motivated by generalized uncertainty principle in quantum gravitaty, we avoid the difficulty in solving wave equation and directly calculate the partition function of bosonic and fermionic field on the background of rotating and charged black string. Then near the cosmological horizon, entropies of bosonic and fermionic field are calculated on the background of black string. When constant A introduced in generalized uncertainty principle takes a proper value, we derive Bekenstein- Hawking entropy and the correction value corresponding cosmologicaJ horizon on the background of rotating and charged black string. Because we use the new state density equation, in our calculation there are not divergent term and small mass approximation in the original brick-wall method. From the view of quantum statistic mechanics, the correction value to Bekenstein-Hawking entropy of the black string is derived. It makes people deeply understand the correction value to the entropy of the black string cosmological horizon in non-spherical coordinate spacetime.  相似文献

Electron transport properties of a triple-terminal Aharonov-Bohm interferometer are theoretically studied. By applying a Rashba spin-orbit coupling to a quantum dot locally, we find that remarkable spin polarization comes about in the electron transport process with tuning the structure parameters, i.e., the magnetic flux or quantum dot levels. When the quantum dot levels are aligned with the Fermi level, there only appear spin polarization in this structure by the presence of an appropriate magnetic flux. However, in absence of magnetic flux spin polarization and spin separation can be simultaneously realized with the adjustment of quantum dot levels, namely, an incident electron from one terminal can select a specific terminal to depart from the quantum dots according to its spin state.  相似文献

We propose a deterministic quantum secure direct two check photon sequences are used to check the securities of the communication protocol by using dense coding. The channels between the message sender and the receiver. The continuous variable operations instead of the usual discrete unitary operations are performed on the travel photons so that the security of the present protocol can be enhanced. Therefore some specific attacks such as denial-of-service attack, intercept-measure-resend attack and invisible photon attack can be prevented in ideal quantum channel. In addition, the scheme is still secure in noise channel. Furthurmore, this protocol has the advantage of high capacity and can be realized in the experiment.  相似文献
