非金属氧化—还原对MO2／MO2^—（M=N,S,CI）的电子转移反应动力学

以Marcus-Hush电子转移理论为基础，提出了用量子化学密度泛函方法研究自交换和异交换电子转移反应的理论方案。在DFT B3LYP／6－311＋G（2D）水平上研究了溶液中MO2／MO2^-，SO2／SO2^-和CIO2／CIO2^-等3个氧化－还原对的自交换以及它们之间的6个交叉电子转移反应的动力学性质，获得了与实验较为一致的结果。     

一种基于风车格结构的有效降低内重组能的咔唑类格子化分子

基于密度泛函理论(DFT)设计了一种新型的由4个咔唑组成的类芴风车格(GZP)的有机半导体材料, 研究了其结构特点及热力学和电子性质. 结果表明, GZP分为船式和椅式2种构象, 且船式构象GZP1(0 kJ/mol)比椅式构象GZP2(122.88 kJ/mol)稳定; GZP1构象的内孔径为0.298 nm, 外孔径为1.079 nm; GZP1的内重组能非常低, 空穴和电子重组能分别为0.089和0.106 eV, 可作为潜在的电荷传输材料.     

Nanoscale Phase Separation-Induced Suppression of Geminate Recombination in Low Bandgap Polymer-Fullerene Solar Cells

The short-circuit current of polymer solar cells based on a PCPDTBT：PC71BM blend is substantially increased by using a processing additive. It is found that the significant geminate recombination in the PCPDTBT：PC71 BM blend film is dramatically suppressed by using a processing additive which can produce a nanoscale PCPDTBT and PC71BM phase separation. The processing additive-induced aggregation of PCPDTBT polymer chains and PC71BM molecules can give rise to a driving force for the separation of charge-transfer states at the donor/acceptor interfaces into the free charge carriers and thus geminate recombination is suppressed.

Expression and Characterization of a Recombinant Truncated Capsid Protein of Hepatitis E Virus in Pichiapastoris

Hepatitis E is an enterically transmitted viral disease caused by infection with hepatitis E virus(HEV).HEV is a nonenveloped virus that has been classified in the family of Caliciviridae.The virus appears to be a polyadenylated,positive-stranded RNA virus with three major open reading frames(ORFs).The capsid protein of HEV is encoded by the open reading frame 2(ORF2).We attempted to produce a truncated capsid protein,designed p293,in Pichia pastoris.The p293 gene encoding amino acids(aa) 382-674 of HEV ORF2 was designed based on the full length of HEV ORF2,cloned into the yeast vector pPIC9K,and expressed in P.pastoris strain GS115.SDS-PAGE and Western blotting demonstrated that the recombinant protein p293 could well be expressed in P.pastoris.Under optimized conditions (culture medium pH,6.0―6.5;methanol concentration added daily,3.0%;inoculum density,OD600=60;induction time point,72―96h),the yield of soluble p293 was approximately 80 mg/L.We also observed p293 secretory expressed in P.pastoris to be 30 nm viral like particles by using electron microscopy.These results show that the p293 may has utility in the analysis of cell specific factors in the protein processing and assembly of HEV,and serve as a useful antigen for both diagnostic and vaccine purposes.
