多周期公用工程系统运行的模型,优化方法与应用

针对多周期公用工程系统的运行优化问题，考虑了设备的启停费用的情况下。建立了混合整数非线性规划模型并证明了最优解的存在性。针对该运行优化问题本将其分解成若干子问题，然后利用改进的Hooke-Jeeves优化算法求解每个子问题。应用于具体实例，其数值结果与其它方法得到的相比。运行时间短，且更适合多周期公用工程问题的求解。     

Quantum—Confined Stark Effect of Vertically Stacked Self—Assembled Quantum Discs

We study the electronic energy levels and probability distribution of vertically stacked self-assembled InAs quantum discs system in the presence of a vertically applied electric field. This field is found to increase the splitting between the symmetric and antisymmetric levels for the same angular momentum. The field along the direction from one disc to another affects the electronic energy levels similarly as that in the opposite direction because the two discs are identical. It is obvious from our calculation that the probability of finding an electron in one disc becomes larger when the field points from this disc to the other one.

综述了暗中空光束自旋与轨道角动量的一些性质及其与中性原子之间的相互作用,并简单介绍了暗中空光束及其角动量在原子光学和玻色_爱因斯坦凝聚(BEC)以及各种原子光学器件研制方面的应用.     

27,28P+28Si总反应截面增强及可能相关的机制

测量了27,28P和相应同中子异位素在28Si靶上的中能反应截面.测得N=12和13同中子异位素的反应截面在Z=15处突然增大.对Z≤14同中子异位素和28P的实验数据结果可以用改进的光学极限近似的Glauber理论很好地描述.28P的反应截面能够用扩大核芯以改进的Glauber理论来解释.但是,用改进光学极限和少体近似的Glauber理论却低估了27P的实验数据.理论分析表明,扩大的核芯加质子晕可能是响应27P+28Si反应截面增强的机制. The reaction cross sections of~(27,28)P and the corresponding isotones on Si target were measured at intermediate energies. The measured reaction cross sections of the N=12 and 13 isotones show an abrupt increase at Z=15. The experimental results for the isotones with Z≤14 and~(28)P can be described well by the modified Glauber theory of the optical limit approach. The enhancement of the reaction cross section for~(28)P could be explained by the modified Glauber theory with an enlarged core. Theoretical ana...     

Time—Resolved Photoluminescence Studies of AlInGaN Alloys

We study the two samples of AlInGaN,i.e.,1-μm Gan grown at 1030℃ on the buffer and followed by a 0.6μm-thick epilayer of AlInGaN under the low pressure of 76 Torr and the AlInGaN layer deposited diectly on the buffer layer without the high-temperature GaN layer,by temperature-dependent photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy and picosecond time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL) spectroscopy.The TRPL signals of both the samples were fitted well as a stretched exponential decay at all temperatures,indicating significant disorder in the material.We attribute the disorder to nanoscale quantum dots or discs of high indium concentration.Temperature dependence of dispersive exponent β shows that the stretched exponential decay of the two samples comes from dfferent mechanisms.The different depths of the localization potential account for the difference,which is illustrated by the results of temperature dependence of radiative recombination lifetime and PL peak energy.     

Enhancement of Overall Photovoltaic Efficiency by Changing the Position of the Attaching Group -RSO3- on the Hemicyanine Dye Molecules

A new photoresponsive D-π-A dye, mPS, has been designed and synthesized.Compared to the parent dye PS, IPCE values in the region from 400 nm to 560 nm was greatly improved upon changing the attaching group from the p- position to the o- position of the π-conjugation bridge. A solar cell based on mPS generated a remarkably high overall yield η of 5.4% under irradiation of 80.0 mW cm^-2 white light from a Xe lamp, Compared with PS, the overall yield η increased by 64%.     

Banach空间中拟-似变分包含解的存在与逼近问题

研究了Banach空间中拟-似变分包含解的存在与逼近问题.给出了一种寻求解的新的迭代算法,建立了具混合误差的Ishikawa型迭代序列强收敛到解的充要条件.所得结果推广了一些相关的结果.     

同位旋非对称核物质性质与扩展的BHF方法(Ⅲ)HVH定理与费米能量

在扩展的同位旋相关的Brueckner-Hartree-Fock理论框架内,在整个同位旋自由度范围内研究了质量算子的空穴线展开中不同等级近似下非对称核物质中Hugenholtz-Van Hove定理的满足程度,并计算了中子和质子的费米能量.结果表明为了使Hugenholtz-Van Hove定理达到令人满意的满足程度,需要同时考虑质量算子中的重排贡献和重正修正,从而指出了基态关联对于非对称核物质中单粒子性质的重要性.

本文对Ｂｒａｕｅｒ第２４问题［１］作了推广．利用Ｄａｄｅ关于循环块的理论得到如下结果：设Ｇ是有限群，Ｐ是Ｇ的循环Ｓｙｌｏｗｐ子群．设｜Ｐ｜＝ｐａ，ａ为正整数．令Ｐｉ为Ｐ中唯一的ｐｉ阶子群，１ｉａ．则｜Ｃｌ（Ｇ）｜＝｜Ｃｌ（ＮＧ（Ｐｉ））｜的充分必要条件为ＰｉＧ．
