多聚螯合物酶联抗体交联磁性纳米乳胶的脂联素免疫透射比浊方法研究

采用多聚螯合物酶联抗体交联磁性纳米乳胶的脂联素免疫透射比浊法检测了血清中脂联素. 发现多聚螯合物酶上含有大量HRP酶, 可以极大地放大检测信号; 在优化条件下, 免疫比浊信号强度在脂联素0.005~0.2ng?mL-1范围内变化时, 并随着ADPN浓度的增加呈线性关系(R2=0.998), 检出限为2 pg?mL-1. 该方法能成功用于血清样本中脂联素的检测.     

安胃片质量标准研究

对安胃片进行质量标准研究。采用薄层色谱法对安胃片中延胡索进行鉴别,并且采用高效液相色谱法对其中的延胡索乙素进行含量测定。色谱柱为Kromasil C18色谱柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（三乙胺调pH值为8.68,V：V=65：35）,检测波长为280nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温为室温。结果显示在薄层色谱中均可检出延胡索特征斑点;延胡索乙素在0.18—1.47μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为97.49%（RSD=1.64%,n=6）。本方法简便可行、重复性好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。     

Fast computation of observed cross section for ψ′ → PP decays

Physical design of positronium time of flight spectroscopy apparatus

Positronium time of flight spectroscopy（Ps-TOF）is an effective technique for porous material research.It has advantages over other techniques for analyzing the porosity and pore tortuosity of materials.This paper describes a design for Ps-TOF apparatus based on the Beijing intense slow positron beam,supplying a new material characterization technique.In order to improve the time resolution and increase the count rate of the apparatus,the detector system is optimized.For 3 eV o-Ps,the time broadening is 7.66 ns and the count rate is 3 cps after correction.     

对“微波共振跃迁法测量电子偶素2~3S_1-2~3P_1精细结构”实验拟合公式的探讨

本文对Michigan大学S.Hatamian等人在“微波共振跃迁法测量电子偶素2~3S_1-2~3P_J精细结构”实验中所用拟合公式进行了审慎的分析和推证,修正了该公式的功率增宽项,并就Mainz大学R.Ley等人对该公式的批评作了评价。最后,采用新、旧拟合公式对Michigan组实验数据进行拟合并讨论其结果。     

天然有机化合物NOESY谱的全弛豫矩阵分析

本文用定量处理2D NOE实验数据最精确的方法-全弛豫矩阵分析法定量分析了天然有机化合物显脉香茶菜素的相敏NOESY谱,计算出显脉香茶菜素分子中各质子间的交叉弛豫速率,根据1/r_tf⁶∝σ_tf计算出相应的质子间距离,结果表明:用全弛豫矩阵分析法计算出的质子间距与分子力学计算以及用单晶X-射线衍射法测得的质子间距离基本一致,为用核磁共振方法确定分子在溶液中的三维空间结构提供了可靠的结构参数。     

Charmonium results from BES

Using ～ 14 × 10^6 ψ（2S） and ～ 58 × 10^ J/ ψ data collected at BES Ⅱ/BEPC, the branching fraction of ψ（2S）→Ω-Ω^＋ is measured with about 5a statistical significance. The A electric dipole and ∧ decay parameter are studied using the decay J/ψ →∧∧→ ppπ^＋π^-. Using （106±3）× 10^6 ψ（2S） decays collected at BESⅢ/BEPC Ⅱ, we have obtained some interesting physics results. The branching fractions of XcJ→π^0π^0, ηη are measured with precision improved. The mass and width of he（l^1P1） state, together with the branching fractions of Br（ψ（2S） →π^0hc） and Br（hc →γηc） are the first measurements. Surprisingly, the decays of Xc1→φφ, ωω, and ωφ are firstly observed in BESⅢ data.     

正交试验法优选都梁凝胶贴剂的提取工艺

采用超声法优选都梁凝胶贴剂中白芷、川芎药对的最佳提取工艺.按照L9（34）正交试验设计,以欧前胡素、阿魏酸的转移率及干浸膏得率为综合评价指标,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.结果表明,都梁凝胶贴剂中白芷、川芎药对的最佳超声提取工艺为：8倍量的80％乙醇提取2次,每次超声40min;此时浸膏中欧前胡素的平均含量为0.1379％,阿魏酸的平均含量为0.1410％.本实验所建立的高效液相色谱法的准确度、精密度与重现性良好;提取工艺简便,合理.     

Hadron spectroscopy from B-factories

We review the recent experimental results on hadron spectroscopy from B-factories focusing on the exotic charmonium-like states.Among them we discuss the X（3872）,Y（3940）,Z（4430） ＋,Z（4050） ＋,Z（4250） ＋ and Y（4140） states found in B-meson decays,the X（3940） and X（4160） states produced in double charmonium production,the Y（4260）,Y（4325）,Y（4660） and X（4630） states produced with initial-state radiation in e ＋ eannihilation and the X（3915）,Y（4350） states observed in two-photon collisions.
