大口径高光学均匀性磁旋光玻璃研制成功

由中国科学院西安光机所承担研制的“大口径高光学均匀性磁旋光玻璃研制”项目日前通过专家鉴定．专家表示，该成果填补了国内空白，主要技术指标达到国际先进水平．同时建议进一步加强该项目的应用推广，力争研制更大尺寸的磁旋光玻璃，以满足我国科研工作和国家经济建设事业的需要．     

几率量子隐形传态的离子阱方案

本文提出了一个在分别囚禁于不同离子阱中的两个离子间实现几率量子隐形传态的简单方案,Alice对离子1和离子2的内态进行联合测量并通过经典通道告诉Bob测量结果,Bob利用一束经典驻波场激光与离子3相互作用并控制相互作用的时间就能够在离子3上最佳几率地重现离子1的初始内态.     

Ce3+对Er3+/Yb3+共掺氟磷酸盐玻璃光谱性质的影响

研究了能量接受离子Ce3+对Er3+上转换发光强度以及Er3+在1.5 μm附近波段发光性能参数的影响,并从能量匹配及能级结构角度出发对Er3+/Ce3+间的能量转移机制进行了分析.分析认为,4 I11/2能级的Er3+通过无辐射能量转移把能量传递给2F5/2能级的Ce3+激发其跃迁至2F7/2能级,而4I11/2能级上的Er3+则无辐射弛豫至4I13/2能级,从而有效降低氟磷酸盐玻璃中Er3+的上转换发光.当Er3+浓度为1.11×1020 cm-3时,Ce3+的最佳掺杂浓度为2.22×1020 cm-3,此时Ce3+的引入不仅可以降低上转换发光,而且有助于提高Er3+在1.5 μm附近波段的荧光强度、发射截面以及4I13/2能级荧光寿命.     

用自适应脉冲微扰引导混沌系统到周期解

用自适应脉冲微扰方法控制的系统的某个系统变量作为驱动,设计了一种自适应控制器方法对两个或多个响应混沌系统进行脉冲微扰,引导这些系统从混沌运动到低周期运动,实现同时控制多个混沌系统到不同的周期态. 当选择相同的自适应控制器输入变量实施脉冲微扰时,还可控制两个或多个混沌系统达到不同的周期态同步. 通过对R?ssler混沌系统的仿真研究证实了方法的有效性. 关键词： 混沌控制 系统参量 自适应控制器 脉冲微扰 周期态同步     

非参数回归函数估计的渐近正态性

本文研究了独立或相依样本时非参数回归函数的Ｎａｄａｒａｙａ-Ｗａｔｓｏｎ估计，在简洁合理的条件下，证明了估计量的渐近正态性．获得的结论可在时间序列分析中得到应用．     

Structural and Electrical Characteristics of Pb（Zr0.53,Ti0.47）O3 Thin Films Deposited on Si （100） Substrates

Pb(Zr0.53, Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) films were directly deposited on Si substrates without a buffer layer by pulsed laser deposition. Only(110)-oriented PZT peaks (other than Si substrate peaks) were observed from the XRD data. The electrical properties of the PZT/Si capacitor were characterized in terms of both the capacitance versus voltage (C-V) and current versus voltage (I-V) measurements. The clockwise trace of the C-V curve shows ferroelectric polarization switching, as is expected. From the I-V curves, the Schottky emission and spacecharge-limited-current behaviour are found to be the mainly leakage current mechanism in a certain electric field range in the negative and positive bias, respectively.     

Recursion Relations of Radial Wavefunctions of the Hartmann Potential

We obtain exact bound state solutions of the radial Schroedinger equation with the Hartmann potential, as well as two kinds of recursion relations of radial wavefunctions by using Laplace transformation. Those results are expressed only in terms of the principal and angular-momentum quantum numbers.     

单光子态的产生与测量

报道了通过自发参量下转换产生单光子态的实验研究,使用中心波长425 nm的飞秒脉冲泵浦Ⅰ类非共线相位匹配的BBO晶体,在实验上得到单光子计数率为2.978×10-4,并分析了实验中的相关问题.     

Spectral property and its shape transition on ^72-84Kr isotopes in microscopic core plus two-quasiparticle approach

By using a microscopic sdIBM-2 2q.p, approach, the levels of the ground-band, 7-band and partial two-quasi-particle bands for ^72-84Kr isotopes are calculated. The data obtained are in good agreement with the recent experimental results, and successfully reproduce the nuclear shape phase transition of ^72-S4Kr isotopes at zero temperature.The ground-state band is described successfully up to J^π=18^ and Ex=10.0MeV. Based on this model, the aligned requisite minimum energy has been deduced. The theoretical calculations indicate that no distinct change of nuclear states is caused by the abruptly broken pair of a boson, and predict that the first backbending of Kr isotopes may be the result of aligning of two quasi-neutrons in orbit g9/2, which galus the new experimental support of the measurements of g factors in the ^78-86Kr isotopes.
