环状配合物Me_2Si［η~5－C_5H_4Fe（CO）_2］_2SnR_2的合

通过ＳｎＣｌ_２对化合物Ｍｅ_２Ｓｉ［η~５－Ｃ_５Ｈ_４Ｆｅ（ＣＯ）］_２（μ－ＣＯ）_２（Ⅰ）中Ｆｅ－Ｆｅ键的插入反应以及Ⅰ被Ｎａ－Ｈｇ齐还原所生成的相应双铁负离子｛Ｍｅ_２Ｓｉ［η~５－Ｃ_５Ｈ_４Ｆｅ（ＣＯ）_２］_２｝~（２－）与ＳｎＲ_２Ｃｌ_２（Ｒ＝Ｍｅ，Ｐｈ）的亲核反应，合成了环状化合物Ｍｅ_２Ｓｉ［η~５－Ｃ_５Ｈ_４Ｆｅ（ＣＯ）_２］_２ＳｎＲ_２［Ｒ＝Ｃｌ（１），Ｍｅ（２），Ｐｈ（３）］。以元素分析、ＩＲ和~１ＨＮＭＲ谱表征了它们的结构，并用Ｘ射线衍射测定了配合物３的晶体结构。３为单斜晶系，空间群Ｐ２_１／ｎ，ａ＝１．０３８４（３）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．６３８４（１）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．５７６２（５）ｎｍ，β＝９７．９３（２）°，Ｖ＝２．６５６（２）ｎｍ~３，Ｚ＝４，Ｄｘ＝１．７１ｇ／ｍＬ。     

基于反馈参数调制的掺铒光纤激光器混沌同步

提出了一种基于反馈参数调制控制超混沌同步的方法，并应用于双环掺铒光纤激光器系统.针对此种方法所具有的相位模糊问题，设计出了自动消除反相位的电路，数值模拟表明只要适当选择反馈强度值，就能实现两双环掺铒光纤激光器系统的精确同步. 关键词： 超混沌同步 双环掺铒光纤激光器 反馈参数调制法 反相位     

超分子抗癌药物双环铂的结构研究

铂类抗癌药物在水中的溶解度和稳定性直接与药物的活性和毒性有关.几十年来,为了改进药物的效能和降低药物的毒性,做了大量的研究.超分子铂类化合物可能具有与众不同的物理化学性质,我们成功设计和合成了一个新型的超分子抗癌药物-双环铂,己证实双环铂对人类的恶性肿瘤有好的治疗效果.用X射线单晶衍射法测定了双环铂的晶体结构,又用电喷雾离子化质谱研究了它在水溶液中的状态.根据实验结果提出了双环铂在水溶液中的结构模型,解释了双环铂在水中好的稳定性和溶解度.     

两个新颖的联环十二烷衍生物的合成及结构表征

2-（2＇-Oxo-3＇-oximidocyclododecyl） cyclododecanone （1） and 2-（1＇-hydroxylcyclododecyl） cyclododecanone （2） were synthesized and characterized. The conformation analysis was carried out based on the NMR, molecular mechanics calculation and X-ray diffraction. The conformation of two cyclododecyl moieties of both 1 and 2 was found to be the [3333]-2-one or [3333] square conformation both in the crystal state and the solution. The dihedral angle between carbonyl and the oxime double bond of the ring B is 180°in the crystal of 1. The protons or hydroxyl group of carbon atoms to link the two cyclododecyl moieties of 1 and 2 constitute dihedral angles of 174°in the crystal, and 175°in the solution, and the C-C 6 bond between two cyclododecyl moieties can not freely rotate in the solid state and the solution. In addition, compound 2 was the first example of a-comer-anti-monosubstituted cyclododecanone. synthesis

报道以Ｄ－天冬酰胺为起始原料经９步反应合成旋光活性的（２Ｒ，８Ｒ）－二羟甲基－１，５，９－三氮双环〔４．４．０〕癸－９－烯盐酸盐，总产率为２５．４％．     

A Convenient Approach to the Enantiopure （1S, 2S, 4S, 5S ）- and（ 1R, 2S, 4R, 5 S ）-2,5-Bis （ phenylmethyl）-l, 4-diazabicyclo[ 2.2.2 ] -octane

Cyclodipepflde (3S, 6S )-bis (phenylmethyl) piperazlne-2,5-dione was prelmred in high yield by heating phenylalanine methyl ester in toluene under reflux. The reduction of this cydodipeptide with sodium NaBH4-BF3 in DIME gave the (2S ,SS)-bis(phenyl-methyl)plperazine, which, on heating with ethylene bromide and triethyiamine, afforded the title compounds. This methodwas proved to be generally applicable to the synthesis of C2-symmetric 2, 5-disubsiituted=l, 4-diazabicyclo [ 2.2.2 ] octanefrom the corresponding natural or unnatural amino acid esters.

双环磷酸酯类化合物NMR结构效应研究

用现有理论说明不了双环磷酸酯类化合物³¹P NMR化学位移的变化。本文在我们提出的核外电子云球对称效应原理基础上,用量子化学和分子力学计算的参数,表达了这类化合物³¹P化学位移变化的规律,同时还研究了它们的¹³C NMR化学位移和偶合常数的取代基效应。     

Reissner板切口尖端应力应变场

本文利用双重幂级数展开法推导出Reissner板切口特征方程,进而应用Muller迭代法求得不同切口张角下特征值序列解答,最后获得Reissner板切口尖端应力应变场.
