Conventional oven drying (COD) and supercritical drying (SCD) methods were applied to the preparation of Mn-substituted hexaaluminate (BaMnA111O19-α) catalysts. The effect of drying methods on phase composition, specific surface area, pore structure, reduction behavior of Mn^3 ions, and combus-tion activity of the samples was investigated. The homogenous mixing of the components in the sol-gel process could be maintained by SCD, and the hexaaluminate phase was almost the only phase of the resulting materials after calcination. H2-TPR revealed that the Mn^3 ions in the sample obtained by SCD were easier to be reduced than that by COD. Moreover, the samples obtained by SCD have higher surface area, narrower pore size distribution, and higher combustion activity than those obtained by COD. 相似文献

采用Zeta电位法对质量分数为20%的吡氟草胺悬浮剂所需润湿分散剂进行筛选,以激光粒度分布仪对实验体系的平均粒径(Dav)进行了验证。研究结果表明,除木质素磺酸钠以外,阴离子型润湿分散剂均可使体系的Zeta电位绝对值(│ζ│)达到40mV以上,体系较为稳定;阴离子型润湿分散剂NNO和MorwetD425复配后,相同使用量下体系的│ζ│较单一使用NNO和MorwetD425的大;当m(NNO):m(MorwetD425)=1:4,复配润湿分散剂的总质量分数为1%时,│ζ│达到最大值,颗粒平均粒径最小,热贮前后变化很小,体系达到最佳分散效果。因此,Zeta电位表征润湿分散剂在农药悬浮剂中的润湿分散性能与体系颗粒平均粒径的变化规律有良好的对应关系,故Zeta电位可作为表征润湿分散剂分散性能优劣的指标。 相似文献

Supercritical drying of alginate gels is an efficient way to prepare aerogels with high surface area (>300 m2 · g−1). FTIR spectroscopy allows to monitor the adsorption of NH3 from the gas phase onto the acid sites of the alginate. Free carboxylic groups are effective Brønsted sites, whereas the divalent cations used in the ionotropic gelation present the properties of Lewis sites. The ratio between Brønsted and Lewis sites provides infomation on the role of pH in alginate gelation and suggests that non-buffered gelation by transition-metal cations is a mixed ionotropic-acid process. 相似文献

Equilibrium of a capillary meniscus near a wetting film on a solid in a gravitational field is considered. Unlike previous studies, the present study proves that the fine meniscus structure in a gravitational field is a universal feature—it takes place in a wide variety of problems. In the general case, the capillary meniscus is at a certain distance from the wetting film and does not intersect it. The relation for the minimum distance from the arbitrary meniscus to the solid generalizes the Derjaguin formula for a flat slit. An equation that optimally approximates the meniscus with due account of the contribution of the meniscus/film transition region is derived. A refined solution to the problem of a meniscus on a vertical plate is derived within the perturbation theory. Both gravity and nonuniformity of the vertical static film above a capillary–gravitational meniscus do not affect the minimum distance (the influence is less than 0.0001). A general method for solving sophisticated problems of capillary equilibrium in gravitational field is proposed. 相似文献

Two hybrid coatings synthesized by using alkoxysilanes as precursors in a sol–gel process, differing from each other in terms of the organic components in alkoxysilanes, have been developed to improve the water repellent properties of base paper. The sol–gel‐coated base paper samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, time‐of‐flight secondary ion mass spectrometry, and contact angle measurements. The sol–gel coatings were found to clearly change the surface properties of base paper. Thin coating layers were formed on base paper surfaces. The topographical data indicated the formation of discontinuous thin films; the time‐of‐flight secondary ion mass spectrometry analyses confirmed that the coatings were covering the fibres but only partially covered the fibre–fibre intersections. Water and the subsequent heat treatment used as a reference treatment reduced the surface roughness and porosity and slightly changed the surface chemistry of the base paper. Synthesis of Highly Porous Organic/Inorganic Hybrids by Ambient Pressure Sol-Gel Processing 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
This paper reports the synthesis of highly porous organic/inorganic hybrids by a two-step acid-base catalyzed sol-gel process and ambient pressure drying. In the method organic and inorganic precursors are copolymerized so as to incorporate organic ligands into the solid network. The two-step acid-base catalyzed process was used to prevent phase segregation during the hydrolysis and co-condensation of organic and inorganic precursors. The organic ligands incorporated into the solid gel network modify the surface chemistry. Thus, the wetting angle is significantly increased so that the collapse of the gel network is greatly reduced upon the removal of pore fluid during drying. Organic/inorganic hybrids with BET surface areas above 1250 m2/g, porosities above 75% and pore sizes of 8 nm have been synthesized. 相似文献

考察了采用不同干燥工艺制备的TiO2粉体在粒子形貌、颗粒大小与分布、晶相组成以及比表面积和孔结构等织构和结构性质方面的差异。结果表明,利用常规的干燥方法,由水凝胶脱水所得的颗粒,颗粒间严重团聚,颗粒粒径大且分布不均匀,比表面积和孔体积最小;由醇凝胶直接脱水,则可以显著提高粉体的织构性能.而采用超临界流体干燥法则可以进一步提高粉体的性能,比表面积由水凝胶的4.88m2·g-1增大到113.8m2·g-1,提高了近30倍;孔体积由0.027cm3·g-1增大到0.41cm3·g-1.大约提高了15倍;而且其能够有效地防止粒子间的团聚,较好地保持了湿凝胶的网络结构,使颗粒尺寸降低且分布均匀,可重复性好. 相似文献
