In this study, we described a point-of-care sensing protocol for rapid and sensitive detection of Microcystin-LR (MC-LR) in water by personal glucose meter. In this study, we described a pH ELISA using synthetic melanin nanoparticles (SMNPs) for the co-immobilization of glucose oxidase and second antibody as signal labels, portable pH meter as signal readout device for detecting biomarker of myocardial injury. This assay is easy-to-use, portable, sensitive and able to realize point-of-care testing (POCT), which was demonstrated the signifi cant promising in the early diagnosis and screening of acute myocardial infarction.  相似文献

利用温度脉动仪对大气折射率结构常数进行测量,通过在铁塔上不同测量高度架设温度脉动仪,对戈壁地区近地面层开展长期连续测量。从各测量高度折射率结构常数的累积概率、偏度与峰度、季节变化、高度经验关系等四个方面对大量实验数据统计分析,结果表明:测量地区大气折射率结构常数白天和夜间的累积概率以18m为区别界限,表现出明显的不同;所有测量高度折射率结构常数的概率分布均表现出右偏、平峰特性;季节变化对低层折射率结构常数的影响更为明显;测量地区折射率结构常数随高度变化的经验公式表明,白天折射率结构常数随高度递减接近"-2/3"指数,夜间折射率结构常数的高度变化则是表现出层次性,低层折射率结构常数随高度递减接近"-0.16"指数,而高层变化则接近"-1.05"指数。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to assess the effects of stress on physiology/biochemical component of S. polyrhiza and its impact on CuNPs synthesis and bioethanol production. NaCl with RV5 provokes oxidative stress in S. polyrhiza and significantly increase MAD, Proline, H2O2, ROS, SOD and APX activity compare to control condition. Starch accumulation in S. polyrhiza was found 354% higher and correspond 4.4 times higher ethanol yield under stress condition compare to control. CuNPs were synthesized with an average size of 23–26 nm by purified fraction of APX having 37 KDa MW, 1.44 IU specific activity. Synthesized CuNPs were stable up to 15 consecutive cycles and potency against wide range of reactive dyes. The maximum remedial efficiency of synthesized CuNPs for COD and BOD was 55263.3 ± 3298.5 mg/m3min. and 30560.3 ± 1987.5 mg/m3min. respectively for RV5 wastewater. 0.072 mg/g of bioethanol was produced from the wet pulp remaining after nanoparticles synthesis. High efficiency of CuNPs and significant production of Ethanol, indicate that the feasibility for circular model for continuous industrial wastewater treatment.  相似文献

Alumina sol containing nano-meter sized Al2O3 particles were synthesized using aluminum sec-butoxide and nitric acid as precursor and peptizing agent, respectively. Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was added to prevent particle growth and adjust sol viscosity. PVP/alumina hybrid fibers were drawn from the sol with a viscosity value in the range of 2,500–3,000 mPa.s. By guided through a temperature gradient tube furnace at a rate of 4 m/min, the wet PVP/alumina hybrid fibers were sufficiently dried. Sub-micro-sized pure alpha alumina fibers were obtained by sintering the dry hybrid fibers at 1,000 °C for 3 h. The organic matters were decomposed within a wide temperature range from 150 to 800 °C allowing the nano Al2O3 particles to gradually get together and form solid alumina fibers with smooth surfaces.  相似文献

This paper describes an initial investigation that shows the major impact that moisture and vegetation produce on a soil and how that effect may be measured using a thermal camera. In particular, those two variables influence how the soil compacts and, hence, the traversability of a vehicle. A broad set of experiments, under different weather conditions and with different soils, demonstrate that thermal properties derived from the thermal camera (i.e. thermal inertia) increase when moisture content of sandy soils increases. In addition to that, a relation is observed between thermal inertia and traversability (lower thermal inertia, worse traction; and vice versa). Another key behavior is noticed for vegetated soils, where a similar thermal inertia to wet sand is obtained but with only a third of moisture content. These results may be considered for maximizing traversability over sandy soils with higher thermal inertias, what eventually means higher compaction and safer routes. To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first work addressing the correlation between moisture content and vegetation, and the thermal properties of a soil using a light-weight thermal camera that can be mounted on a mobile robot.  相似文献
